Patsy our designer has been fabulous to work with, the process was made a little more complicated by my Principle being overseas in a different time zone and with a short time frame, but with Patsy’s patience we got a design they were happy with.The professionalism from the installers, waste removal and Toby the fitter was superb. Vicki the installation manger with the fabulous pink nails went above and beyond when the pressure was on and always with a smile. I cannot thank Patsy and Vicki enough for making sure everything ran smoothly and taking on the stress and worry of getting the job completed by the deadline. Overall Neptune’s focus on customer service and willingness to go the little bit extra made the whole experience from design to sign off a great experience.

After my wife died I decided to redecorate/refurnish my Breakfast Room/Conservatory – for fresh new look after 30 years.After visiting various High Street furnishing shops I decided to spend more money, come to Neptune Tonbridge and get the benefit of their high quality design and service.I do not regret this decision – great presentation in the Showroom with attractive designs, quality products, very helpful and professional staff giving good advice ( Dawn and Teresa) – and being very patient and tolerant of changes of mind!I could not be more pleased.This would be a 5-star review except for the rather heavy-handed returns policy and quite slow delivery of upholstered furniture.

Having loved Neptune from the first time I ever walked into one of its stores, there was never a doubt that, one day, I would be lucky enough to have one of their kitchens. That dream has now come true with Patsy, from Cheltenham, in conjunction with Vicki, the technical manager, designing the most beautiful Suffolk kitchen in my new location in The Cotswolds. I am thrilled with it and the whole process has been an absolute pleasure, with professionalism from all parties concerned, from delivery drivers, waste collection and excellent fitters. Nothing has been too much of a problem, and Patsy and Vicki have always been quick to help with advice on hand and making any necessary adjustments to the design along the way. I was also given a discount for recommending my sibling to Neptune, with Patsy, too, designing their Chichester kitchen. It has been a joy to work with such a friendly and efficient set of people! Thank you Patsy, Vicki, Toby and the work surface team.

Had the most wonderful time at the mood board workshop. Learnt so much about planning the decor of a room in a relaxed and enjoyable way, with expert advice on tap. Will definitely look out for more workshops in the future!

Mood Board Loved, loved, loved the day, I have waited three – four months to do the course (Weekend session) but absolutely worth the wait. The guidance enabled all of us to explore ideas and have our thinking extended, I will definitely do this again. Love the design ideas I have now got for my lounge cannot wait to bring the ideas to life. Just a thought Neptune, but what about a discount on the products we selected as part of our mood boards? We had four people in the group and I think that was spot on I think had we been the six it would have been tight for one to one time with the designer.

The mirror is excellent quality and the delivery instructions were followed as requested.My only disappointment was that the box said the mirror came with the relevant fixings for the item to be put on the wall but these were not in the box so we had to go out to buy some

The furniture we wanted was in stock so enabled prompt delivery. The process of arranging delivery was via phone and conformation email and was straight forward. The delivery drivers unpacked the product, placed it in the room we wanted it and took all packaging away. There were very friendly and efficient.

Participated in the Abstract Landscape painting workshop with Laura, who is a teacher who supports her students to go beyond what they thought was possible! Brilliant, inspiring and experimental. The Neptune staff were so helpful too -would highly recommend it to get the experience of something special.

Great experience shopping in Neptune. Adam was so helpful – this is the 2nd time he’s helped us & we cannot praise him highly enough. We were offered a drink, our dog was given treats & process for ordering our furniture could not have been easier. Thank you. We will be back!

The Bath store is beautiful, and the team is lovely. We were assisted by Beth. She was extremely professional and kind with us, from ordering to delivery, she was there, patient and always willing to help.

We are so pleased that we chose Neptune to supply and fit our kitchen in our new self build home. The process was by far the least stressful part of the housebuild! The customer service at Neptune really is first class. Claire from the Cambridge store was so friendly and accommodating of what we required, and assisted us with any changes that we made throughout the design process. The technical side went very smoothly too, thanks to James’ liaison with our developer which made the process feel seamless. Jennifer at the Cambridge store sourced the Siemens appliances and was always very helpful ensuring the installation process went smoothly with 3rd party suppliers. We’re really pleased we used Neptune to supply the Quartz worktop as despite being more expensive than supplying it ourselves it took a lot of stress away. We love the product itself and so pleased with the choices we made in the end. It’s a beautiful classic kitchen that will stand the test of time. Thank you Neptune!

What a beautiful showroom in Bath. Popped in on Tuesday to choose some fabric samples for a new sofa and paint swatches for our new living room. We were assisted by Maisie who was so knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back to place my order soon

The website seems to jump around to touch sensitive at times.What’s happening to your offering it seems to be shrinking. Lighting very disappointing.

Delighted with our new sideboard. Great in store advice and service and very helpful delivery men. Only downside was the original delivery date was changed to a week later due to volume of orders in the paintroom.

Bespoke dresser (v expensive) delivered twice in faulty condition. We were left without a dresser (having disposed of our old one) for two times one week + so all contents on kitchen table.. Would have expected a replacement instead of repairs. Customer Service a disaster. See my correspondence. No real apology and nothing at all from store from whom it was ordered.

Just had our new Harrington table and Parasol delivered by Nathan and Steve.The table is lovely and the guys set it up with the parasol for me, even though it was raining. I had to write this review because of the excellent and kind customer service I received from Reading Neptune. Laura and her team went completely out of their way to help me and I couldn’t be happier with my garden furniture. I wish all shopping experiences were as brilliant. It’s a beautiful shop with beautiful furniture ! The staff were friendly and approachable. There was a relaxed atmosphere where you could just browse if you wanted to. The staff were readily available to help but not crowding you.

I attended an abstract landscape painting workshop hosted at Neptune Bath. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole event – Laura Richards the artist was so friendly, she put everyone at ease and was so encouraging. I love the Neptune store, the setting was great and felt like we were in someone’s home. The Neptune hosts were lovely and very welcoming. I will definitely be looking out for other events being hosted here!

This is a follow-up to a review posted on 9 May 2023. At that time there were two failed deliveries due to damage to paintwork and poor quality control. Today marks the fourth aborted delivery. Again damage and poor finish to the paintwork. I’m expected to believe this product was quality checked before it was sent for delivery, but how with such obvious damage? To say I am frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I’ve lost all faith in Neptune following this experience and am now left wondering how many attempts should it reasonably have taken to get this right for a customer? Or do I now look to source furniture elsewhere.

Over the last 13 years we have enjoyed visiting both your store on the Bath Road and the Chesham branch to purchase items for our home or paint from your fab range Our daughter is also a fan of Neptune she has a cottage in the Chesham area, and loves the Chesham showroom ( always a lovely experience) The customer service in both branches is always exceptional and on Tuesday 27th June when we we visited your Bath Road store for some advice, your staff certainly did not disappoint .We were greeted by three lovely welcoming ladies. Taylor took the lead and asked if we needed any assistance, she was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she is very knowledge of your product and really went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. Whilst we browsed she made us a cup of most welcome coffee 😃 what service !!!!!When you read in the media that good customer service is dead, they obviously have not visited a Neptune Store where great service is in abundance.We understand that you were on annual leave. Excellent customer service in store. We looked at a number of tables. Staff were knowledgeable but didn’t push and left us to ponder while we made our decision. We were informed of delivery date which we needed to change. The delivery drivers were also excellent. They assembled the table with great respect for our property. I would have given 5 stars but no attached info on product maintenance.

Again Neptune came up trumps. Our order was speedily dispatched and the product just what we wanted. The only oddity was that a crucial part of the address was somehow chopped off in the final billing and there was no way of changing it. The delivery driver remarked on it but said he used his intuition which turned out to be correct.

I cannot rate Katie, Sophie, Ian. Jo and Bryn highly enough for their professionalism, enthusiasm, design and build quality at the Chichester store. We are beyond delighted with our stunning kitchen. Our space was a little unusual and they relished making it everything we wanted! The after care is second to none too!

The customer service that I was given from start to delivery of my furniture was first class. Very helpful lady showing me suitable items in the Bath shop. Quick and efficient delivery information and follow up. Big shout out to the delivery men. They were lovely and took their shoes off before walking on the carpet, they gave me clear information on how to clean my oak and couldn’t do enough to help, they even put the console table in its new place for me and took all of the packaging away. Loving everything Neptune 😀

Beautiful ambience in the Bath Neptune showroom, showcasing some of their gorgeous homeware whilst Novel Wines told us about the lovely local produce. Maisie and Amber were excellent Neptune hosts! My husband (no previous Neptune experience) was bowled over by the whole evening and inspired to buy…a painting!!

As always Neptune is a wonderful shop to browse around, full of beautiful and tempting items! I had two very nice ladies who helped me choose a lampshade for my lamp, which was delivered to the shop at a later date and I was informed of its arrival immediately.

I recently attended a group Design workshop at Neptune Bury St Edmunds with Gail. During the course of the two hours Gail helped me to create my own sample moodboard using beautiful samples from Neptune. I found the whole experience a wonderful insight into the world of interior design. I came away having made new friends and revitalised with ideas for my project
