Arrived in time and fairly easy to put together although instructions had an error but still fairly straight forward. The chair looks very good and sturdy but beware that it is rather small. Ideal for a woman but for a 6ft 4 inch tall well built chap ( my husband) it was really too small. Nice chair though which gives good support to lumber region.

The Belfast Neptune shop is absolutely amazing were the staff go over and above their call of duty to assist and help you. I love the ambiance of the shop were every attention to details has been considered. I am in love with their tableware which is totally unique and of an amazing quality. I strongly recommend a visit.

We have like Neptune for many years. We wanted some new armchairs and were told to go to HQ in Swindon as they had all pieces. Unfortunately our experience was mixed nothing was labelled so you wondering around guessing. Staff were nice. So we thought we will pop into the Cheltenham store as a last attempt. The friendly managed welcomed us looked into a online order for me and handed us over to Flo. Flo listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the samples. Then when we found different armchairs she was so patient in discussing this and helping to order them later in the day. I think with these higher price products this level of customer service is what you are looking for. The understanding that creating the home you want takes time, thought and patience. Everything was explained by Flo, in terms of delivery and lead times. I am so glad we went to the Cheltenham store and met the friendly and helpful team there.

We are delighted with our beautiful Neptune kitchen. The whole process from design to installation and beyond went smoothly, and all of the team were friendly, professional and great to work with. Beth and Claire took time with the design. They always listened, made helpful suggestions and communicated well with us over amendments to ensure that the overall result was perfect. We love the style, colours and practicality of the kitchen as well as the quality of the products. Jen managed the ordering process well, including efficiently organising a replacement when the wrong oven was delivered. James did an excellent job as project manager, getting the technical details exactly right and even overseeing the installation while we were on holiday. Ben (fitter) and Matt (painter) worked skilfully and carefully and everything was completed with no mess. Thank you all for working on our project. We would be very happy to recommend Neptune Cambridge

Received very helpful assistance when I called customer service today. I had made an error on my order and was reassured that it had already been resolved by Neptune. I have been purchasing a few things for my new home from this company and cannot recommend Neptune enough. Everything I receive is beautifully and sustainably packaged and all of the Neptune team both at the Winchester store or customer services are so friendly, caring and efficient. I am very happy with my purchases as well !

We enjoyed a warm welcome at the store with croissants, coffees and smiles, ready for our mood board experience. Bethan, guided us through creating a mood board to use within our own homes and offered valuable advice on all aspects of creating a room scheme. The session helped pull together a scheme and helped enormously in getting it right! Our boards left with us along with additional colour charts, an interior magazine and follow up information.Would thoroughly recommend the experience and we look forward to booking another one, for another room scheme.

Online order was easy and the lights arrived much earlier than I expected – with notice from the delivery company.Lights were very well packed. Installation was straight forward, the hardest hit was cutting the un wanted chain links. The lights are gorgeous.

Amazing Mini Me Mood Board workshop hosted by Debbie. My daughter had so much fun talking colours, textiles and designing her dream bedroom! She chose rhubarb for her walls … can’t wait to start painting!We both had a really enjoyable morning.. Debbie was great (as were all the Neptune ladies).. really engaging with the girls and getting their creative juices flowing! Would definitely recommend and we’d love to do another!Keep going!!! Looking forward to more events!!

We are so pleased with our new Utility/Boot Room designed by the wonderfully talented Gill from Neptune, Farnham. Gill helped us every step of the way with the design process; choosing the right colours, textures and finishes to create a space that felt practical and beautiful. Every step of the process was seamless, from concept through to the final home visit to ensure we were happy with the completed space. We’ll definitely be using Gill and her team to help with future projects in our home.

We have just completed our kitchen renovations and are delighted with the service and final outcome from the whole team at the Colchester store. On our first visit to the store we were greeted by the lovely and very informative Christina, who we have dealt with throughout for various pieces of furniture, accessories and advice. Our designer, Rebekah was excellent, very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, she listened to our wishes and produced a kitchen we just couldn’t say no to!Rob, our project manager was there alongside us from start to finish, which made the whole process seamless, again nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand to answer any questions, queries and technical issues that arose, another gem in the Neptune family.This takes us on to Darren, our appointed fitter and the only word we can use is Wow! His attention to detail was phenomenal, he worked tirelessly to complete the fitting of the kitchen not only on time but also to an exceptional standard. He was polite, friendly, professional and very tidy, at the end of each day you would never know we were in the middle of extensive works.Once fitted Chris was sent in to give the final, signature coat of paint and again, his attention to detail, care and professionalism was second to none.Our whole journey from start to finish has been faultless, the end result has more than exceeded our expectations, well done to ALL the team at Colchester, carry on with the excellent service you provide.Paul and Kay French

As is always the case everyone at the Neptune bury st Edmunds store are second to none. Emily has kept us informed throughout even arranging delivery to the store and for Steve to collect from there instead as we couldn’t guarantee being home for the delivery. Since we had the kitchen fitted nearly two years ago if we have ever had an issue the store has resolved it as soon as is physically possible! It is genuiunly a pleasure dealing with all at Neptune. As for Steve’s workmanship as is the rest of the experience his work is second to none, and it is a pleasure to have Steve come into our house to do any work, he is always ensuring he isn’t impacting you as the homeowner at all, it’s like having a member of family in the house, and once complete Steve always always leaves the house in a tidy manor. Not only is Neptune furniture stylish in a lovely rustic way, but the staff at Guildford saved me from making a few errors and planned the right amount of furniture for each room which was wonderful. One of the Guildford girls on her way home for the evening brought a sample chair for me to check how it would fit in the space I had available, this was over and above my expectations. Recently I had an issue with a piece of garden furniture and it was replaced without any hesitation. Warm wishes to Neptune Guildford Well Done Thank you.

The staff at Neptune managed the project very well.They were friendly, professional and easy to contact with plans and alterations being made at the Hove shop. The furniture was delivered on time after a comprehensive survey.The schedules were adhered to.There was some waiting time with lamps and taps but this was more to do with Brexit! We would have no hesitation to recommend the Neptune experience.

We bought a cable-free lamp a few years ago and love it. Sadly the charger broke but Neptune were happy to send out another one over a year after we ordered it, great service!

Neptune in Chichester is an absolute delight to visit. The beautifully designed showroom displays their wonderful range of furniture and home accessories so well. Excellent customer service, staff are so helpful especially Jo and Helena who really helped us on our visit recently. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Items were over 20 days late than the projected delivery date which meant I could not finish my bathroom on time. The furniture that did turn up had a significant amount of defects.

Attended the BSE store for a Moodboard workshop, although have visited many times to pick up smaller bits and pieces.Workshop was fabulous, left with some great new ideas, Gail and her colleague were excellent, making us all feel relaxed and testing out our ideas. Highly recommend and can’t wait to catch up with Gail and the team again to bring the room to life!Also wanted to flag how welcoming all the staff were to my incredibly sassy little cocker spaniel, when I brought her with me one time. She’s a big fan.

We have recently used the design team at York to refurbish two rooms. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The designer took the time to understand our needs and how we used the rooms, visited the house to get a feel for the light and space within the rooms and the designs we got back were everything we could have hoped for and more. Nothing was too much trouble the whole team from design to customer service to the delivery team were excellent, professional, polite, and friendly. I will certainly use the design team again, the details and thought that went in to the designs and the finished rooms was superb.

I was given wrong advice via customer support email. I called the Farnham shop to verify and was given the correct advice. The lady was so helpful and managed to order the extra marble tiles I needed to arrive the next day. She went the extra mile and that’s really appreciated. I’ll definitely be shopping at Neptune again! We plan to get a bed and some paint for our next project.
