Very pleased with the sale and delivery service Neptune provides, we were kept informed from both office and drivers , Daniel and Hamid , really courteous even though we were their last evening call on one the hottest days yet !!! All installed and packaging taken away . Thank you guys .

As always outstanding customer service- always personally greeted- offered a glass of Prosecco which was a really lovely touch and nothing was too much hassle for the lovely lady serving me!

Your paint is too thick. It makes it tricky to work with. Cutting in was nigh on impossible. I had to dilute with water to make it even vaguely workable. This is my job so I know what I’m doing. The colour, the coverage were very good, but it’s just not workable as it is.

Hi. The guys were very nice but the only reason that I am giving 2 stars is because they scratched our decking when they were moving the garden furniture around.

What a positive weekend we enjoyed selling Brax to all the lovely Neptune customers in the fabulous Bath store.Maisie organised the market so well with good communication and unflappable ease and all the stalls complimented eachother. Annabel was a star seller, encoraging shoppers to try clothes on , taste everything and buy! Looking forward to hopefuully another one in the Spring.

Order placed with Bristol, payment made to Bath.Same company but they don’t talk to one another!Order lost so had to go through process again, client had moved into their house before door knobs came for there hall unit

Best part was not dealing with manager of the Bath store. Designers, drivers and customer service other than that single person are excellent.PS Our home is like a Neptune showroom so feel qualified to comment

What a delightful store the Bath one is. Light airy, beautifully laid out. Fabulous products and delicious cafe attached. Beautiful outside seating area to boot.Annabel Chapman helped us navigate the sofas, materials and furniture – what a joy she was. So knowledgeable, helpful and full of joy. We came away enthused and inspired.

The Summer Market was just the experience I was hoping for – showcasing some beautiful local products in the gorgeous surroundings of the Neptune store. The rum tasting was delicious and made buying everything following that a little more relaxed! Well done Maisie and the team. Can’t wait for the Christmas one!

We were one of the exhibitors at the Summer market and had the most wonderful weekend meeting all Neptune’s lovely customers (and their dogs!) and all the Neptune staff who are absolutely stellar. Maisie organised everything beautifully. It was such a fab experience and we’re so hoping you decide to repeat it at Christmas!

I am a regular at Bath Neptune, I love everything! Your staff are always helpful, particularly Annabel who has a great sense of style, she has helped me with two rooms at home and is always spot on with her advice. I was at the Sunday Market at on 3 September and up she popped again, full of smiles and guidance as to which small businesses were there.

I was kept informed about the delivery, when my order arrived it was very well packaged in quality boxes . My faux flowers where tied with ribbon and in tissue which was a lovely touch . I am happy with my purchase. I love Neptune as a brand .

A lovely idea and we bought candles and cheese from the market and a cup from Neptune. My feedback if you wanted to improve anything:- Ticket said 9.30 but store/event didn’t open until 10am on Sunday – No one checked our ticket which was fine but would have been nice if ticket holders got a little goody bay or gift? – We LOVE Neptune but not sure the Neptune side of the event was capitalised? Maybe we missed something But overall it was lovely and if you do a Christmas version we will be back!

Arrived at 9.30 at the time we booked to find nothing ready. Thought we would have a coffee and wait for everything to get set up and although it looked very open was told very sharply by a member of the cafe staff they weren’t open until 10 If you advertise an event to start at 9.30 then it should be ready

Lovely store. The best Neptune one I have visited. Jaq’s cafe is great. A real asset to the shop. All makes for a good experience. Always a pleasure to visit.

Customer service said my Neptune tallboy must have been repainted as the picture I showed wasn’t a Neptune colour. I ordered the Juniper touch up paint nevertheless and it was a perfect match!

As always it is the quality of the items, furniture etc. that is associated with Neptune that is the strongest selling point. This was just a woven tray, “…. but not just any woven tray, it was/is a Neptune woven tray and that matters

I absolutely love this store. I bought a beautiful sheepskin rug, some vintage cheese and incredible olives. Many beautiful offerings in a gorgeous setting.We will be back!

I can only comment on ordering to delivery as I haven’t yet used the paint. The ordering process was easy and delivery was earlier than expected which was great. The paint was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.

I bought two Hanover Cordless Lamps online. When they arrived both had different chargers. Thought nothing of it & placed them either end of my mantle place. After a week or so I noticed one was taller and the light was different in both. So I rang Neptune & they advised me to bring them back & try match with display models. So I drove the 40mins to Neptune Global village & when i arrived the assistant said I was misinformed, no two lamps are the same. Also I was outside the 14 days for exchange. She also said display models have been there for 2 years. When there I made another purchase of €180 & asked for discount based on inconvenience & this was declined. That aside my lamps retail at €260 each & I’m not convinced they’re all different. I think they came from two different batches.Was never at any stage offered an apology. Wrote my feedback last week & asked for a response, have heard nothing back!Love the lamps however extremely disappointed with my experience. For such a high end brand they lack customer focus!

The glasses are paper thin and one broke when washing it. Very surprised that Neptune sold such poor quality goods. Neptune provided a full refund without me asking. Excellent service and my faith in Neptune restored.

The cushions for my Neptune dining chairs are well made but far too thin for any comfort…not up to the usual high standard I have previously experienced from Neptune.

delivery of one small sample pot of paint took 4 days which was disappointing when some retailers sent next day delivery

I was very pleased with my recent purchase, the Bowsley jugs are lovely quality love the detail on the bottom of the handle neutral colour which blend in with any colour scheme, recommend.
