We recently had Harriet, the interior designer, help us with ideas to revamp our lounge. Absolutely delighted by how it now looks. Very collaborative and took into account our ideas too. Harriet and all members of staff at the store were always extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent at keeping us informed re delivery of various orders. The delivery chaps were helpful, polite and punctual.Thoroughly recommend Neptune.

Great service and advice from Daisy at Edgbaston shop.Only thing that detracted was the delivery from DPD who are rude and took 2 attempts to delver. On both days I waited for them. I have made formal complaint to DPD . Neptune delivery staff are fantastic. Worlds apart!

I absolutely love this brand, but there isn’t a shop near us so I do relay on the websites. Twice found ordering ver easy, dispatch has been swift, delivery is excellent, as is the customer care on the occasional time I’ve needed to ask a question re size etc. I have not problem in recommending Neptune 5 star service from me ⭐️

Efficient service. I was kept informed of my delivery dates, 2 days before given a 3 hour slot and on the day telephoned when 30 mins away. All very helpful and thoughtful. The drivers were professional and I didn’t have to ask them to take their shoes off, they did it automatically. My bed was erected super quick and all the packaging removed from the house. Excellent service.

I have to say that although we waited patiently for our furniture and accessories. It was a very long wait.You sent a voucher for £50 before the furniture arrive, so I didn’t know what I would need till everything in place. The voucher had by then expired.

During the course of a major downsize I was in search of something of a New Look whilst at the same time retaining some of my much loved Brown Furniture and my penchant for William Morris’ patterns for my curtains.I approached Flo, a designer at Neptune in Cheltenham and she came up with gorgeous and imaginative designs for my brand new over-55s apartment. Flo was incredibly helpful and fun to work with and she really got under the skin of the style which I knew I wanted but was unable to articulate for myself. So clever.The result is absolutely stunning and I am utterly thrilled with my New Pad.I cannot thank Flo and all the lovely team at Neptune Cheltenham enough for their enthusiasm, wonderful expertise and tremendous service, all served up with such fun, charm and smiles.Customer Service in Swindon cheerfully sorted the inevitable small hiccups and the Delivery Drivers were all so kind, helpful and efficient.Altogether I have had a really great experience with Neptune – their product is excellent, not cheap but very high quality and beautifully designed. Highly recommended.Thank you very much indeed.

We attended the Mood Board session and it was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so interesting and informative to get their professional interior design advice and suggestions. The session was relaxed and informal and there was no hard sell of Neptune products or services, just a lovely time with a group of like-minded people. We will definitely attend further events hosted by Neptune Bath!

I attended a Moodboard Workshop with a friend and what a great time we had. Jane’s one-to-one advice was invaluable, opening our eyes to different colour schemes and furniture placement to really enhance our rooms. We came away full of ideas and ready to get started!

We ordered three bedsteads & headboards from the Farnham branch. They were helpful with choosing the fabrics and Catrina kept us updated when there was a delay with delivery. All assembled by the courteous delivery guys and we are very pleased with the beds.I would feel very confident in ordering from Neptune again.

I came in to get some paint, you asked whether I needed emulsion, I said that I assumed so and I told you what it was for. However I see that I should have been offered Eggshell style paint. I have used it since I had bought it. It is not cheap and so am quite disappointed at the lack of appropriate advice.After writing the above review I was contacted by Neptune by both email and phone. I am pleased to say that my issue has now been completely and quickly resolved without any fuss. I now have the appropriate paint type in an appropriate amount with some additional useful advice to further protect my furniture.

We have bought a few items from this store, all of which we love. But it was when one of them sadly broke that Neptune’s exceptional customer service blew us away.

Only half of my kitchen was delivered when I was told it was in stock. Called head office so many times and no one gets back to you. Nearly six weeks on and still currently awaiting items to arrive and little communication. I find it such a shame as I think the products are of good quality.

The quality of the stools we have purchased is outstanding they are beautiful and work so well in our kitchen. The delivery was as promised and on time. The stools even came with a small pot of paint to touch them up as they are hand painted, not expected and a lovely addition to have included as accidents do happen!

What a Fantastic Experience, we (The Cork and Truckle) were lucky enough to be invited to the Neptune Summer Market as a seller of Snowdonia Cheese. We had a fantastic time meeting new customers, making some great sales and gaining some valuable exposure as a small independent business. The market was expertly arranged by Maisie who provided great communication and support though out, we were always made to feel very welcome and the entire experience left everyone we spoke to, feeling good and very positive. We learnt a lot about Neptune and the excellent products they offer as well, so well done on an excellent market, we will be back.

Attended a 2-hour workshop on creating a “moodboard” as an aide-memoire for design ideas for a room to be decorated/furnished. What a win-win this workshop was! I had few ideas about how to decorate our new-build flat but in 2 hours with 3 staff in attendance I (and 6 others) got advice and suggestions on paint colours, flooring, rugs, curtains, furnishings… and was given samples and paint to model it all on a take-home Moodboard. Plus, had lovely coffee and biscuits, lots of laughs, and concrete ideas for making my new home lovely. All for £10! Wow. For Neptune of course – they got 7 of us pouring over their catalogues, paints, fabrics etc. etc. and almost certainly all of us will purchase from the store now. The £10 is refundable if we buy anything… but I suspect I shall be spending LOADS more than that. Thank you ladies for a super morning, and top notch customer service.

We really like our media cupboard base, but, for such a high profile item we were disappointed to see black knobs and black hinges on our pale coloured unit. I was pleased to discover that you do have silver hinges, but no one mentioned them before. I was very sorry to discover that your alternative knobs are shiny silver. (Great in a kitchen perhaps, though not in ours). I shall have to go searching for knobs with a brushed finish.

I have never used Neptune paint before but I had a particular shade in mind that my usual go to Farrow and Ball didn’t have. I received my paint charts within days of my request. I chose the three colours I wanted and I then realised they had a shop in York so I called the day before visiting to establish what they had in stock as I needed 15 litres of paint plus primer. I visited the lovely showroom the next day which was a Sunday and I was able to collect 10 litres and the other 5 was ordered to be delivered to my address. The staff member discussed why I needed the primer and advised because theirs is water based that I should use another brand for my particular project which saved me £75. I was very happy with the honesty and service I received. The Emulsion paint is lovely and thick and has given my walls great coverage with two coats. I had a slight change of plan with my project and one of the 2.5 litres in that colour wasn’t needed. My husband returned it two days later and exchanged it whilst buying another two tins and a small primer which having had the use of a water based primer explained to me I realised that would be needed elsewhere. My husband was sent home with the extra tins in a lovely canvas bag. I have been a slave to Farrow and Ball for 15 years (I paint my whole house every year) and have spent a considerable amount of money on paint but in future I will be shopping with Neptune as the quality is superior. The ability to buy the paint in Neptunes showroom rather than online was a much nicer experience, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

Today we did the final sign off on our new kitchen from Neptune. What I’ve learned through the process is that you can’t pay for perfection – because humans aren’t perfect! But I don’t regret a penny I spent on my Neptune kitchen (and we spent quite a few) because from design through to completion we have been met with care, competence, kindness, solution focussed people and with a stroke of brilliance here and there (especially in our designer). There was plenty of humanity along the way (things didn’t run smooth as they rarely do in the middle of a remodel), but things not being smooth doesn’t need to be stressful if you’re working with people who care about getting it done right. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen, with our bright orange tangarine everhot stove, with our old kitchen table and with space for a dancefloor if the table is moved (our design criteria was that the kitchen is always the place for dancing in the best parties). Our teenagers are using it much more, helping themselves to food and even cooking for themselves more. Our endless thanks to Clare, for her inspirational design and clear explanations of what was possible and what wasn’t possible and suggesting great alternatives, and to James for endless patience and kindness, and to the multiple kitchen fitters who made it all come to life. We love it. Thanks!

Having been told before ordering that there was a 2 -3 week lead time for delivery, I received an email from Neptune 2 days before the expiry of that period to then say there was now a 3 month delay. As this was a second bedside lamp to match one already purchased, I had no choice but to just wait for it as the return period for my original lamp had then expired. Very frustrating.

I ordered the Everhot stove (not cooker). Love your show roomsStaff always friendly and well informed, or willing to find out the information required. I gave a 4 not a 5 as they forgot to chase up a part of my order. However they responded very positively when i re contacted them. I would recommend anyone about to do some remodelling or redecorating to check out your stores. Love them
