It goes without saying that the quality of the Neptune units for our office is excellent. However build quality isn’t always matched by the level of installation or on-site service. Rob our fitter took great care to make sure everything went smoothly and the assembled unit was exactly how we wanted it. Great service

I moved into my cottage about 18 months ago. The walls were painted all white so felt very cold during the winter months. I decided to paint some of the walls in Olive to add depth. I was not disappointed wow this colour is beautiful. Just need my Neptune cushions and table lamps to finish my room off.

Liz and the team really understood my requirements and helped make sure that I got what I needed. I had two weeks to get everything sorted and they all delivered. Great job and would definitely recommend them

Absolutely atrocious paint. 65£ tube of 2.5 litre eggshell paint. The wall would have needed 5 coats at least. And the smell? Smells absolutely disgusting. It’s bad when you go to a different company. Get the same paint colour matched and the quality is so much better. Price does not always mean quality. Extremely disappointed.

Another fab visit to the gorgeous Neptune Chichester to watch a wonderful cooking demo by the very talented Becky Wilkinson.The team are always so welcoming and it really does feel like popping into a home. Debs looked after us brilliantly and the lovely lady on reception always remembers us, including names – now that’s service! 👌

Had a very informative and enjoyable evening learning about vegetarian food from Jaqs, very nice surroundings and I’m looking forward to the next event. Food was delicious!

Excellent quality furniture, can not fault that. The delivery wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. Communication from the actual delivery people was poor, I never received an email or call to confirm time. I was promised a ‘white glove’ service, assembly of bench , removal of rubbish etc . This didn’t happen. Dropped off box and left.

I purchased four Somerton medium storage baskets. They were delivered promptly and are a lovely quite pale rattan. Very pleased.

Myself and a friend went to a cooking demonstration today at Neptune Chichester our first experience. We both throughly enjoyed it. We were greeted with coffee whilst being shown through to a kitchen area. The demonstration was being taken by Becky Wilkinson a lovely lady who is a professional cook and home economist and works with many well known chefs. She made Five Veg Dhal, Vegetable Shaksuka with Feta & Rose Harissa followed byPomegranate & Orange cake. All 3 dishes we were served to try along with a glass of Prosecco. They were all absolutely delicious. We were given a recipe booklet with them in to take home so we can cook them ourselves. We were also given a Neptune candle. It cost £20 per person so really good value. Becky was on hand to answer any questions afterwards. I highly recommend this event which they hold seasonally.

Just finished tasting the delicious results of a fabulous cooking demonstration with Becky Wilkinson at Neptune Chichester. Love Becky’s recipes, the Neptune Kitchens and the Chichester store. Becky and the Neptune staff are wonderfully friendly. It’s such a beautiful place… if only I could live there.

Very helpful indeed, we had difficulty getting our old suite out of the front door in readiness for our new ones and after a quick phone call Joe came to take a look then proceeded to help get it out without any damage done ready for the charity shop collection.We are very pleased with our new furniture,and service from start to finish was excellent.

The atmosphere in the store was very calm and relax. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy(6 mugs)and was helped to do so by this friendly and soft spoken young woman, who wrapped my items individually very carefully.The Neptune Experience makes all the difference in a not always pleasant world.I can’t wait for my next visit when back in London.

When I bought the sofas I was expecting delivery by the end of July 2023. I had to chase every time rather than was notified there was a delay. In the end the sofas arrived at the end of September. Very disappointing customer service.

Neptune have always been great supporters of My WiSH, their local NHS charity, and this time was no exception.Jane designed a beautiful room in our Butterfly Garden which is for end of life patients and their families at the West Suffolk Hospital. She then went above and beyond by arranging for much of the furnishings to be donated. We cannot thank her enough for the time she put into this project. We were blown away with her plans and to see them in reality was even more amazing. Our donors have been thrilled by what she created. Huge thanks to Jane and Neptune for everything.

I’ve shopped there several times now and usually the staff are ok. Not tremendously friendly considering what things cost, but ok. However, called there last week (Monday) and they were shockingly rude/disinterested. Great shame really. Not sure I’ll bother again.

We are regulars here and our experience of ALL the staff is that they are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly.This afternoon we visited and were helped by Emily Grace and her colleague Adam. Not only did we get our usual high standards of help … so did our dog, Betsy, who was given treats. Wow!
