The bar stools are beautifully made and the two gentlemen who delivered them were very efficient, informative and polite. The bar stools were wrapped well and therefore well protected. The lady in the shop was also very helpful and attentive. Neptune is my first choice in home style and products. Beautiful and stylish. You get what you pay for.

I have been visiting the Hailsham Neptune for many years and what a wonderful store it is too! We are so lucky to have such a quality company so near. Shannan, Katie & Katy always give such a warm welcome they feel like friends I have made over the years.They are so knowledgeable on the Neptune range and go above & beyond trying to help which is always so fab! Definitely my absolute favourite shop.

Excellent piece of furniture and beautifully finished. Delivery was seamless and delivery team were great. Received a bonus £50 voucher as a thank you from Neptune which encouraged me to buy a lamp to add as a finishing touch. Lovely company to deal with.

Was told these outdoor furniture would de delivered as seen – not told the products would be assembled on site. Was raining heavily so had to work indoors in our hallway and we hadn’t arranged to be at home for the almost 2 hours that it took. The sales agent did call to apologise – but I’m not sure I would have parted with that much money if I had known it was ‘flat pack ‘ furniture. Awful customer service – the company have not offered anything other than a ‘sorry’. First and last Neptune purchase I’m afraid !

I attended a cooking demo at Neptune Chichester today. Becky Wilkinson was superb. Interesting and entertaining. A great afternoon held in the dream store that is the Chichester branch of Neptune. Thanks to all and especially the wonderful Debs.

The service was excellent. The delivery guys rang me 30 minutes before they were due to let me know they were on their way. They assembled the table and removed all packaging. Everything was as I was promised.

Everything went like a dream from Georgia in the Reading store who took our order, to Dean and his driver who did the delivery and assembly of our Chichester bedroom furniture. Everyone had a thorough understanding of the products and took every possible care to ensure that our order was correct, every precaution was taken when bringing it upstairs and the assembly and positioning in the room was done with exceptional care.And the furniture is lovely………………..

I ordered my chair in January, finally it arrived at the end of April. However yet again it was plonked in a box not protected by any sort of cover especially given it was cream linen fabric. It has a slight mark on it but by this point I’d waited so long that I couldn’t be bothered to send it back even though it was very expensive. I think Neptune are relying on their middle class followers more than their quality these days. It’s a shame.

It’s always such a joy to go into Neptune, everyone is so friendly and nice, no pushy sales tactics just clear honest advice and recommendations. They go should and beyond to help, such a wonderful experience. Went in for one thing came out with many!!

They really do go the extra mile Having been told by friends that the cookery demonstrations were brilliant thought I’d give one a goWhat a great way to spend a couple of hours. Becky(Wilkinson) is the most amazing chef. Her laid back approach is fantastic as is the food she preparedShe would make a great tv chef. Makes food prep fun and is very entertaining. Looking forward to her next demo

Excellent product and excellent customer service. We bought Suffolk chairs which are beautiful and strong. After many years of heavy wear they still look great but needed a couple of replacement foot pads.These were sent free of charge. I had explained that we wanted them quickly as we had family over the weekend but this is a bank holiday so amazing that they got here the next day. The man I spoke to sent them immediately. I later spoke to a lady to double check on number of items being sent. Very pleasant people, efficient and easy to deal with. We would definitely buy from them again.

I came to the Cocktail making class. I could not fault the warm welcome extended by your staff Annabel and Maisie, they were so helpful and made each guest feel part of the event group. It was a very enjoyable night making beautiful cocktails in your stunning showroom

An evening in the fabulous Bath Neptune, learning to make cocktails I wouldn’t usually have attempted. Professional cocktail maker with amazing support from the Neptune staff, especially Annabel Chapman who was really knowledgeable and helped make the event fun. I particularly enjoyed getting to know the Neptune barware (some of which will definitely be purchased) as well as their kitchen options. useful to see the uses of the Neptune cabinets which are as practical as they are stylish.

I booked the interior design service, needing support with redecorating my lounge. Rhonda has been wonderful in creating a beautiful and detailed drawing and mood board for the room. I have loved the whole experience from meeting her at my house to going through the presentation in-store. Neptune sells the most beautiful pieces that have really enhanced my lounge. Thank you, highly recommend.

We bought two of the picture shelves and they are so good! Very easy to put up and lovely to be able to change pictures around. Expensive but worth it.

The two ladies who work there made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Because of them I would highly recommend a visit. The shop is beautiful with gorgeous home products.

I have Just had my kitchen redone by Neptune and it has been a fantastic experience. The staff involved at every stage have been kind, considerate and helpful. The work done in a timely manner and to the highest standard. Darren the Project Manager and Fitter and his whole team have been amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Placed my order paying £6.95 delivery fee for two small items only to find out it’d take over 6wks to arrive When they did actually arrive they were damaged!! I emailed Neptune on arrival and had no reply.I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN !!! Useless customer service

The customer service team at Neptune were truly the best I have ever dealt with. They were efficient, helpful and solved my problem immediately. They were a total joy to deal with and as a result I will certainly make sure I shop at Neptune whenever possible.It is rare these days to come across such a great customer service team and have such a good experience.

Great customer service. We found an angle poise floor lamp we liked in the shop but unfortunately we discovered it was the end of a line. The Guildford staff contacted other stores for us to no avail but we were able to purchase the display one in Guilford (with a discount!). They were all really helpful especially Shailie who gave advice on the shade too. I don’t like “interior design” shops but they are all really approachable and efficient here.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble and if they are unable to answer a question they get back to me. I truly love the products from Neptune and look forward to their new seasons ideas ( especially the garden!) Love it!

Had a complete replacement kitchen installed incorporating Neptune’s Henley range. We bought through the Guildford store and were delighted with the service we received, from start to finish. Gareth made the design process smooth, taking all our design requirements fully into account and adding the flair that we hoped to tap into by using Neptune. He steered us through our many uncertainties and anxieties, ably supported by Sarah.As for the installation, that all went to exactly to plan. The installation schedule was set and met to the day…a big relief when dealing with such a disruptive process as a kitchen replacement. A big thanks to Ian Williams and the delivery teams for making sure the schedule was met and to Ian Woodward who, with his support team, worked incredibly hard with impressive levels of skill and professionalism to complete the installation, all in a friendly and polite manner.Finally ‘Anything Stone’ did a great job of installing a quite expansive area of worktop.To sum up, an excellent team effort produced a beautiful, high quality new kitchen, all achieved in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommended.

Really impressed by everyone from Neptune. Tahirah did an amazing job in the entire design process and Neil and his team were great in getting the kitchen installed. We are super happy with the results and are now having another room in the house designed and installed. If you are looking for top quality kitchen design and installation then would thoroughly recommend Neptune, they really seemed to care about providing the perfect solution based on what we were after and attention to detail and great communication throughout was really refreshing and really appreciated. When we entered the store the staff were so friendly without over powering you. We enjoyed looking around and the staff answered questions we had without trying to sell us something. The store is amazing and we were offered a drink as we had travelled quite far to get there. My husband gave in and bought me the clovelly dinner set. The staff were so helpful, everything beautifully wrapped with care. A special mention to Sarah, Patsy, and Emily Grace who were working that day, not only were they very king but also recommended us a lovely restaurant to eat at. We’ve just had a Chichester kitchen fitted into our newly renovated home and to say we’re thrilled would be an understatement. We dealt with Rachel, and from beginning to end she’s been amazing. She totally understood my brief and came up with some beautiful designs for us. She was patient and very understanding when I had my indecisive moments, and came up with a design that I couldn’t be happier with. The fitting process was also just as impressive, and our fitter Aaron was a perfectionist. The quality of the product and the customer service has been outstanding and choosing Neptune was the best decision we made. I genuinely can’t thank them enough.

From my first meeting with Sarah, I felt her warmth creativity and incredible support.We discussed a plan for my home selecting certain items of furniture/mirrors/flower arrangements, down to paint colours etc. Her ideas were similar to mine so it made it very easy for me to make the right purchases. Lucy helped me choose Pictures for my kitchen/hallway/lounge and in fact, brought a picture to my home believing that it would look fab in the kitchen and it did. I purchased 2 matching one. They look stunning. Sarah and Lucy were pivotal in helping me to choose the perfect items to make my home feel complete, thus creating a homely, comfortable and stunning feeling.Neptune is a beautiful store with absolutely gorgeous furniture etc. I am so delighted to have found you.Without you my home may not have the finishing touches that it has. Two Matilda Chairs bought in 2019 faded and frayed badly within 2 years of ownership.Neptune told us it was our fault if sunlight was getting to our chairs (nobody lives in the dark permanently!)As it happens I have 30 years experience as a fabric supplier for upholstery, curtains and fashion fabric, an experience ignored by Neptune in our communications.Neptune Dublin store advised that because we bought the chairs in a sale, we were not entitled to any recourse!

I had a new room renovated and extended that desperately needed some interior design. I wasn’t sure where to go for something I would really love (as I’m very particular!) but I read some excellent reviews on Trustpilot about Jess Barrett in Neptune Guildford. So I gave her a call! After a few months of meetings and discussions, install day arrived last week! Jess and Shaillie shut themselves away til the grand unveiling. Well, what can I say? I was literally blown away by everything. It took my breath away! The room is absolutely stunning. It’s everything I wanted – and more!! I love everything in it. It was such a pleasure to work with Jess and benefit from her fantastic advice and recommendations. I’m so delighted to have finally find someone who will give me interior design that I will love for years to come.

The quality of Neptune bed linen is superb, like silk And retains its whiteness incredibly. The fitted sheet was big enough to cover a thick mattress which no other brand has achieved for me. Delivery was also super fast.

We chose Neptune to redesign our living room as their sofas were the best we had seen.Our room designer, Harriet was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. She took time to get to know us and as a consequence her room design was excellent and reflected the style of our house and our likes and dislikes. She was also incredibly flexible about including some of our treasured pieces that we wanted to keep.She managed the project efficiently from beginning to end and absolutely everything happened, such as the paint delivery for the decorators, on the dates we agreed and without fuss.The delivery guys were excellent, Harriet joined them on installation day to style the room and we are thrilled with it. It has transformed our space and it is comfy, cosy and homely. We are impressed with the quality of all the furniture. I cannot fault Neptune and their staff, throughout our experience they were efficient and professional, they communicated with us throughout the process up to letting you know when they are 30 minutes away from delivery and all in all it was a lovely stress free experience. We are really thrilled with our new room.Thank you Harriet!
