On arrival at the store we were seeking information on bedroom furniture and sofas and were fortunate to be greeted by Nikki Smith.Nikki proceeded to understand what we were looking for and provide advice and information on appropriate fabrics and colour schemes as well as a suitable bed mattress.Her knowledge and product information was second to none and she was not only extremely professional, but also engaging and friendly.Nikki managed to research the database to find our previous Neptune orders to confirm the custom paint colour and wood to help match the additional furniture we are currently looking to purchase.We left the store with a quote that included lead times allowing us to plan our order in line with our upcoming house move.Having both worked in customer focused environments we were impressed with Nikki’s style. It has been a long time since we have experienced such excellent customer service and we have no hesitation in returning to the store to place our order with Nikki.

Items are expensive but top quality. No problems ordering. Advised in advance there may be a delay in receiving my order but in the end it came sooner than expected. Very pleased with my purchase.

The best customer service i’ve ever received from Mavis & the team at Wimbledon. With a small budget and no added pressure, Mavis has been utterly amazing, discussing my ideas with me on the phone and spending a whole morning with me at the beautiful wimbledon store working through how we can improve my little house with some high quality neptune accessories. The team at wimbledon were so welcoming and I highly recommend using them from buying a candle to a kitchen!

The staff at Neptune in Cheltenham couldn’t have been more helpful. They ordered the item we needed and gave us information on how to put up the Buckland print ledge. All this and we were also offered a delicious cold drink on a warm day! Our order then arrived unbelievably quickly on the next Tuesday.

Ordering small things from neptune online is a bit hit and miss. I ordered 3 pillar candles last November in a dark red colour for my Christmas table. One arrived six weeks after Christmas and the remaining two arrived today, 24th May. I had completely forgotten about them as there were no emails from neptune.

Staff at the store were approachable, friendly and helpful. The item I wanted wasn’t available in that store so an item search was carried out and found at a different location. There was an issue with the delivery so they refunded the delivery charge and made arrangements for the item to be collected by a staff member at their next staff meeting. They went over and beyond to help and kept me informed every step of the way.

I ordered in store and received garden furniture in February. I then went to take advantage of the 15% offer and saw that the bench I had ordered had a cushion. I contacted Customer Services and without hesitation sent the cushion out to me. Fabulous customer service, and high quality products make Neptune a great experience as a customer.

Great products. On the day of my expected delivery the delivery vehicle broke down, Neptune wasted no time in arranging an alternative vehicle so that all the deliveries were carried out that day still. Professional and great people.

I ordered the Silver Birch paint which was delivered to my doorstep within days so very impressed with the service. The paint is of excellent quality and looks beautiful. Will definitely use you again

Last Sunday I visited the beautiful Bury St Edmunds store and found the experience delightful. I want to update the furniture in my dining room and the honest advice given by Sarah was excellent. Her expertise and product knowledge was second to none. Having gone home and discussed the options with my husband I will be returning to the store to make some purchases.

This was our first visit to Neptune. It’s such a beautiful store, a perfect setting for the products, which didn’t disappoint. The range is so well designed, it makes it so easy to put together a stylish look and the quality is exceptional. Items were delivered within a couple of days, set up and all rubbish cleared by two very polite workers. The customer service is brilliant, the store manager went above and beyond to separately deliver an item that hadn’t been in stock for the main deliver. Will definitely use again.

I attended their event with Dilly Carter which was wonderful. I have also attended cooking events in the past. The shop is such a beautiful space to host events and th me staff are super helpful.

I attended a mood board design workshop held by Jane at the Bury st Edmund’s store. Jane was very welcoming and brilliant for any experience as being a beginner myself she gave me so many tips and design ideas that I could take away with me. She listened to my ideas and helped to enhance them with her expertise. I cannot wait to create my room from the designs we created and I will definitely be back in store to collect the items I need from Neptune. There was the perfect amount of people on the course for Jane to give enough time with each of us and plenty materials and photos to take away with on the mood board. Thanks again Maxine

This is my 2nd workshop with Neptune. Both have been amazing fun and extremely useful. The designers, Gail and Jane, are hugely knowledgeable and both are a delight to spend time with. It’s fascinating to hear what the other participants are at the workshop to achieve – and because we all have the same aim, we enjoy each others company. The whole morning is such a positive experience and good value, I would highly recommend the workshops to anyone. Can’t wait for the next one!!

Visited Neptune today and bought myself a few little treats! The shop is so beautiful and the staff so friendly and helpful. Even got to have a Pimms and blini whilst I shopped, as there was a garden party. Lucky me! Looking forward to my next shopping trip there!

I recently ordered a Henley side table from Neptune in Knutsford. I couldn’t find it on line , so phoned the store , they managed to find the item which I then duly ordered I picked up the table at the store and as always looks amazing

I ordered a Clementine double bedspread online (which took ages to arrive but I expected that). It’s lovely but was surprisingly small for a double. Granted, the size is clearly available on the website, but a standard double is 235 x 260cms, not 215 by 250cms as the Neptune bedspread is. And a super king size is 305 x 260 cms, not the 260 by 260cms that Neptune offers. So, after deciding to return it and order their super king instead, I took the double back to my local Neptune store for a refund. Of the two staff I dealt with there, one was fairly helpful but the other seemed totally uninterested and offhand. Also, there is a disconnect between the online store and the actual store as, rather than have my refund processed straight away in the actual store, I have to wait for it to be processed online through Head Office. It’s fine, as I really love the bedspread. And I’d have given more stars had the in-store experience been up to the same standard.

The girls in Neptune Hailsham today were so friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a glass of delicious Prosecco. I loved the garden furniture on promotion. Staff were really helpful with information on the couple of items I came in for and I hadn’t allowed enough time for the vast ranges on show. Will definitely be back!

I love wandering around admiring the many beautiful and stylish home furnishings. I don’t think I have ever left without having bought or ordered something! Having recently moved to Hailsham we have needed to decorate a new house and buy some bedding and kitchen ‘stuff’. We found Neptune on the way in to Hailsham and find we love many of their products. The paint is high quality and the crockery likewise. Egyptian cotton bedding and even artwork have also made their way home with us! Katie, Rachel and Katy are always smiling and offer a coffee (and nibbles today!) to make it a relaxed experience. I’m sure we will end up buying more in due course, a gem of a home interior shop and highly recommended. Not cheap, but quality never is.

I was informed of the delay to my items being delivered due to issues beyond control on two occasions. When my order arrived I was and still am highly satisfied, Well worth the wait. Padded really well so as to stop them getting damaged. One highly satisfied customer.

Totally disgusting performance. The sale was a complete farce. Approximately two hour wait to get in. Then over an hour wait to pay. Ran out of bags. Total disaster. Demanded all on line payments saying no cash accepted then sent customers off to find cash points as they couldnt even organise their on line payments. Total disrespectful to customers. Absolutely pathetic. People were walking away in disgust. Happy to say I will never ever spend another penny with this company and shall encourage others to follow suit. A total disgrace. Management you should be 100% ashamed of yourselves.

Visited Neptune’s Chesham store for an event with Dilly from BBC’s Sort Your Life Out. What a beautiful space, really friendly staff and loads of amazing interiors inspiration and products. The event itself was really good with delicious food and drinks, so will be keeping an eye out for other events in the store too!

Neptune’s service has been second to none! I am always impressed with the warm welcome and the way in which the staff absolutely ‘get’ their products. I absolutely love visiting the Tonbridge and Canterbury branches.

Excellent customer service. Easy to order online, products came quickly via home delivery. Packaged well and environmentally friendly (we recycle all cardboard). Items (2 wall lights) were of beautiful high quality and look stunning! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and buy again.

I was advised that the delivery team would ring 30 mins before delivery which was due 1 to 4pm. They were to assemble the work station and remove packaging. No call, so I waited in until just before 4pm and popped out – the item was delivered and left in its packaging. The delivery team asked if the decorator was going to assemble the item – they were behind schedule and had to go from Birmingham to Gloucester. They did offer to return at some stage if necessary. Disappointing. This is a review of delivery, not the Edgbaston shop staff who are excellent.
