In every way from start to finish my experience with Neptune was fantastic! Simple to order online, I was given an estimated delivery date, then received a phone call to arrange a time suitable for me, they came to deliver but also built the bed and removed all the packaging. Really friendly and helpful members. I can’t rate them highly enough

I visited Neptune in Chichester with my friend yesterday. It is a beautiful store and such a pleasure to visit. All the assistants are welcoming, friendly and informative. The displays are inspirational and we always enjoy shopping at Neptune. This is exactly the experience people like to prevent them shopping online. A destination store well worth a visit.

Product arrived on time well packed looks in order not installed yet looks good quality as you would expect with the price tag Disappointed in sales advice from official partner shop we were told Neptune had a set price structure no discount between shops or direct ,only to find after we had ordered some official partner shops offering £ 200.00 taps for free on the unit we brought , so misleading to say the least .ordered direct & was given the option to cancel but had lost confidence in the partner shops , so proceeded to complete job as it was a key part to a custom designed bathroom on a tight timescale , but left with a bad impression , really don’t like been given bad advice and thought as bad advice given by the official shop Nepture could have honoured the deal advertised but they chose not too .Having brought a lot of Neptune over the years , as they say Months to find a customer seconds to lose one , will consider alternatives next time

Beautiful store, excellent friendly, knowledgeable staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and fantastic quality products. We were so pleased with the overall shopping experience and the subsequent delivery service, which was carried out by Neptune’s in-house team very professionally. The quality and design of our Suffolk table and chairs is just wonderful.

Having been to a few Neptune stores (my local being Colchester) it was a pleasure to be greeted by friendly staff (incidentally just half an hour before closing) that were welcoming to us and our dog (offering him a biscuit) and weren’t at all ‘snooty’. We have often encountered an ‘air’ from Colchester staff – even though we have spent 000’s on stone flooring with them. Recently we encountered a member of staff who kept us waiting in a queue whilst she finished her sandwich..in full view. What a lovely atmosphere at the Bury St Edmunds branch..even though we only purchased an extra flower stem. I know which branch i would prefer to shop at!

Shopping at Neptune is always a delight – together with all the creative ideas it brings. Recently visited the Cheltenham branch where Joy was particularly helpful assisting me in my quest for some bar stools. Once we made up our minds I contacted her and she arranged for them to be delivered within a week in time for the Easter Break . One of the stools unfortunately was slightly wobbly – I pointed this out when contacted by the after sales team and a replacement was promised with no question. Incredibly impressed with this service in these difficult times when no one seems to want to take responsibility. Neptune came good with good sales advice and an incredible after sales service so will continue to shop there and enjoy every minute. Kind regards Ann

This is the third Neptune kitchen I have bought and I keep returning because the quality is unbeatable!The staff at Weybridge couldn’t have been more helpful, from the beginning of the process to continuing after it has been installed. I couldn’t recommend more highly, if you want a beautiful new kitchen and any Neptune cabinets.

In the process of having a kitchen fitted by Neptune. This is my 2nd kitchen from them. First was fine. This experience has been terrible. 7 weeks with no kitchen, still not finished, numerous design errors and problems and no-one seems willing to sort this. Seems that unless I am chasing them and following up (which is hard to do when at work) that nothing gets done. I no longer feel able to recommend them as I would have at one stage

From our initial enquiry the whole process was excellent. Our designer Patsy and installation project manager Vicki, were professional, encouraging and reassuring guiding us with ideas to consider and ultimately delivering our dream kitchen. Communications were always timely and responsive and we are thrilled with the result.

Wonderful trip to Neptune this weekend with my Grandmother. Andie was excellent in helping us choose a tray as a 30th birthday present, she offered different suggestions and didn’t rush us at all. We came back the next day to purchase. It was lovely to take our time in the shop and even be offered drinks whilst we were there. It’s not our first time in Neptune and it won’t be our last. Thank you especially to Andie!

I love going to this store, not just because it is so beautiful & homely, but also because the team here are so lovely and welcoming. In particular the lovely Stacia who is always so kind, thoughtful & generous, with not only her time but also offering me a cup of herbal tea whilst I browse. Stacia also went out of her way and kindly managed to find me a much sought after bottle of the discontinued English Fig washing up liquid. Both Stacia and the team always make me feel special when I visit, and it is always a joy to purchase from this store.

Discrepancies on the Neptune website versus actual stock availability was sorted by the very helpful staff at the Guildford store – allowing me to order the Shoreditch Carver chair and accept delivery 2 weeks post purchase.

Bought the tester paint which is good in shell to paint picture frames and lovely quality, but can’t shop in store unfortunately as a little pricy sorry. But the paint quality is good.

I now have my dream kitchen. After many visits to the store in Weybridge where I met Paul, I chose the Suffolk kitchen. We are so happy with the quality and the design. I cannot express how patient and helpful Paul has been with everything , even problems that arose with the building work. Paul was always at the end of the phone to help resolve any issues and offer advice he walked me through so many decisions and has over the time spent hours with me . So very grateful for his time and patience.I cannot fault anything about the kitchen it is everything I have always wanted. So much so we have had the utility room installed by neptune and are also having the bootroom, pantry and office installed by neptune , all designed by Paul . A big thank you to the fitters, Darren and Jake who have been meticulous in the installation and very hardworking.I feel so grateful to have had such a wonderful team, headed by Paul and the investment has been worth it.

Recently did the Moodboard course at Neptune in Farnham. Booked this because I did the SpringTable Styling course the week before. Both were really enjoyable, informative and fun. Came home full of ideas and enthusiasm. Really hope they do more courses which I will sign up for even tho’ it’s about an hours drive – well worth it

Having visited a number of Neptune stores and always having had brilliant service, I was disappointed during my recent visit to the Winchester store with my mum. We were the only customers in the shop and not one member of staff acknowledged our presence, even after we said hello to the three staff members behind the desk. Sadly not the helpful and welcoming experience that we have previously received at other stores.

We used Neptune’s design service for our lounge project. Leila was a delight to work with; we had several meetings, in store and at our home. Leila took time to understand our vision and get a feel for our likes and dislikes, the design pack was professional and comprehensive. At every step Leila kept in close contact, arranging deliveries and trades people and also to discuss or tweak ideas. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend the Neptune design package.

I wanted to find replacement cushions for an outdoor sofa and chairs. I contacted the Guildford Store and everybody I spoke to was excellent. They could not do enough to help me. Shaillie was the lovely lady who looked after me and one time when I called she was putting on her coat to go home. She delayed leaving for the day (a Friday evening too) and spent at least 20 minutes going through my order. Once placed, she kept me up to date with the delivery which arrived exactly when she said it would. Excellent to have this level of service.

Attended the Christmas tablescaping afternoon in December and the Mood board morning last week. Both events were well organised, informative, inspiring and fun. The shop/space for the events was set up beautifully and lovely refreshments provided. The Neptune team and guest speakers were friendly and very happy to share advice and tips. Would highly recommend.

Order placed end of December , for in stock items, didn’t receive confirmation of order for a few days , when I did items now out of stock and delivery end of February into March as this was for a birthday gift I then had to rush out and purchase something else as needed to be posted.I decided to wait for the order as could be used for a future gift , error.I had sooo many emails and texts say they couldn’t deliver, parcel on it’s way back to Neptune, I had changed delivery date ( not true) so on and so on , not once was a card pushed through the letter back saying tried to deliver your parcel , a nightmare from start to finish .Finally arrived March 14th 🤬

I attended a Mood board Masterclass. I was so impressed, it was so well organised and in lovely surroundings. The staff were amazing and so helpful.I met some lovely people and learnt a lot for my project. The teacher was amazing and the equipment and materials provided to create your board were great.This is the first class at Neptune I have attended, but will be doing more, as so enjoyable.

I spent a lovely few hours in the Bury St Edmunds Neptune Store yesterday – all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The time I spent with the designer, Gail, was very inspirational. She has fantastic ideas, along with practicality and great attention to detail. We spent time going through room layout, colour palette and accessories and she was extremely quick to pick up on a scheme that I love.Thank you to all the staff in the Bury St Edmunds Nepune store. We organised to have some additional shelves made for our bespoke larder cupboards, unfortunately the original records were not available, so Patsy came round and measured up everything and with some adjustments, managed to get these made to match the existing ones. Excellent communication and professionalism.

I can’t find fault with the service I have received from all the staff at Neptune, Hailsham. Katie spent a considerable amount of time listening, advising and very knowledgeably designing our lounge and being very patient with my inability to make final decisions! The lounge never fails to receive a “Wow” when people first see it! Highly recommend the Home Design service!Katie also helped me make a little used dining room into a very welcoming room by advising on additional furniture and accessories and she dressed it beautifully for me. Now I love it!Finally she helped me in vastly improving a guest bedroom with new decor and accessories.Shannon was very helpful in helping me make fabric choices in Katie’s absence. Also Lottie who now may well be designing our kitchen and all the other staff who have served me over the past months are always very helpful and very friendly. Toby for all the aftercare too – an excellent service.It is always a pleasure to visit the store and enjoy a coffee and chat whilst browsing or making purchases!Look forward to my next visit

I can’t rate the team at Neptune highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was so helpful. Katie and Shannon have been brilliant and guided me through colours, fabrics and furniture for my lounge. I love it so much, that I have returned and Katie is helping me style my bedroom! They are all so lovely and helpful and have such a fantastic eye for what works well. Thank you ladies!!

Just had a new kitchen fitted. All went exactly to schedule and the trades involved in the installation were all first class, friendly and polite. The kitchen is of a high quality and the overall service was excellent.Difficult to see how such an inherently disruptive process could have been any smoother and the end product is excellent.

We received a very warm welcome from the Ladies of Neptune Farnham when we arrived for a lovely morning with Lucy The table stylist who showed us how to style the table for spring . It was such an enjoyable time we created our own flower arrangement which we took home with us , Lucy answered questions and imparted her creative knowledge, all in the beautiful space not to mention the delicious coffee and refreshments provided by the ladies of Neptune.Thank you all for a great time

We have just had a beautifully crafted kitchen installed by the Neptune Tonbridge Store. The whole process has been a delight, from the first design consultation with Tom to working with project manager James, installer Ollie and his brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues were resolved quickly, often before we even knew about them. We now have the kitchen we have been dreaming of for at least 10 years.

You get what you pay for, not the cheapest product on the market, but certainly the best I have used, leaves beautiful finish on oak. Follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.

Attended a tablescaping workshop at Neptune, Farnham. All of the Neptune staff were friendly and attentive and the workshop was fabulous, such a great space and worked very well – I wanted all of the items from the table as well as the open plan kitchen we were in! Would highly recommend, beautiful space and styling. I would definitely be interested in attending future workshops.

This is our first full timber, handpainted kitchen. We love it. And dealing with Bronwen from the Weybridge showroom was a delight. She designed a gorgeous kitchen.

Another great colour (flax blue) applied to the walls in my home. Do this paint a favour and treat it to some nice brushes and rollers. The final result will be worth it. I’m looking forward to buying a third colour.

I rarely write reviews, good or bad, but I am so disappointed with Neptune and their misleading information for customers. I attended a lovely design workshop in the Bath store in September 2023 in the lead up to moving into a fixer-upper. Whilst there I wanted to purchase a small kitchen item (board and dipping bowls) but unfortunately they only had the display item so I paid and ordered for them to be delivered to home back in Wales. After several months and a house move I chased the order directly with the store who were very apologetic and explained that the order had not been processed (despite taking my money) as the dipping bowls only came in a set of 6 (not 2 as had been displayed) They offered to send out the set of 6 at no extra cost but advised that there would be another wait of a couple of months before delivery as out of stock. The order finally arrived last week and 2 of the dishes were damaged but Neptune felt this was acceptable as I had only paid for 2 ! Today, I have been looking to order some timber ceiling cladding advertised on their website for £60 per m2 but sold in packs of 3.3 m2 coverage for £295. The maths does not work and the two different prices represent nearly £1k difference to my order. Once again, Neptune are offering misleading pricing information. I am aghast that a company offering premium products at a premium price are falling so far short of premium with their customer service.

I Always trust the quality of this paint!! Good coverage and great strength of pigment. A Loyalty scheme for re-visiting customers would be welcome as the products are fairly expensive and the carriage adds to the cost which might deter some people. Whilst you “get what you pay for” it might encourage more sales! Jane Knowland Harleston,Devon

I went to a tablescaping workshop with Lucy. Had an amazing time. Learned a lot and enjoyed looking round the shop after and buying a few things for my table. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite shops to visit.

I am lucky enough to be having a new kitchen installed by Neptune in the coming weeks. I am so looking forward to it and will post again when it is done, but I just wanted to say how fantastic my Designer Bronwen Firth has been over the planning process and I couldn’t have felt more safe and looked after in her hands.
