We are thoroughly delighted with our new Neptune Henley kitchen, designed by Amber at Neptune Cheltenham. Amber met the brief fully, taking into consideration all our wishes and aims, and fully held our hand throughout the process along with Vicki the Installation Project Manager. The kitchen installation by Toby, with his skill and attention to detail, was exceptional. He came up with innovative solutions to issues, especially fitting the Quooker Cube items within the cabinet. The after care by all involved was outstanding. We now have a kitchen which has a place for everything, and that our home deserves.We would highly recommend Neptune kitchen to others.

Amazing store!Neptune has a reputation of being expensive but, when you can’t find what you want anywhere else, this is the place to come. Fantastic quality, wonderful range of products and everything you need for high end home decor. When you top that off with the great staff they have this is the place to go. Katie helped us through showing brilliant knowledge of the products, good insight into colours and matching different styles and couldn’t have been more helpful.Will definitely be back again!

We were lucky enough to join Nicola for her excellent talk on landscaping. We took our landscapers with us and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Nicola was fabulous and her knowledge was fantastic. We look forwards to meeting with her and more Neptune home events

Efficient, helpful and on time. Asked if they carried Neptune bags on board lorry but unfortunately not. Think it would be a good idea if bags are available to customers. This could be requested at time of purchase online. I know at your shops they are available and I have a collection and they are very useful, attractive and good advertising for Neptune. In Edinburgh I have been approached by an uncle of the owner of Neptune, whilst attending an event, as he recognised the bag.

I went to a cookery demonstration at Neptune which I really enjoyed. I thoroughly recommend going to one. I love how the store is laid out and the ladies in there are so friendly and helpful.

We purchased a Chichester Kitchen from the Bury St. Edmunds store which was fitted in March/April 2024. I cannot speak highly enough of our wonderful kitchen fitter Steve who calmly and knowledgeably resolved some unexpected challenges. He together with Emily our lovely designer have delivered our perfect kitchen. The quality of the cabinetry and the overall finish is excellent.

It is always a great pleasure to visit Neptune, especially the Bury St Edmunds store! I’ve been shopping there for many years. The range of stock is absolutely beautiful and the staff are always so lovely and friendly. A big thank you to Angie is always friendly and happy to help. I visited the Neptune Chesham store today for the Becky Cooking Event. It was absolutely amazing!!! I’m so full and have some amazing food recipes now because it was all delicious. The staff are so kind and friendly in this store the only Neptune I will ever go to!!!!

I am very happy with my bistro table and chairs , they are lovely quality and look quality, I hope they will last for many years . They were delivered with care and the driver made up the table and put it where I wanted it on my patio , I was very pleased with this service. Joy at the Cheltenham store was so helpful and made great suggestions about colours that we have now put into place, now impatiently waiting for our new sofa and furniture from Neptune and wishing they weren’t on a 12 week delivery.

Every shopping experience at Neptune, Chesham, is a delight. The store is beautifully dressed and the atmosphere is just so calming! I love going there. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I live in a small cottage and, as much as I would love to purchase furniture, most of it wouldn’t fit and, in all honesty, would be outside of my budget. My purchases have been under the “accessories” category; vases, ornaments, plants and flowers (faux). Still the staff have taken the time and trouble to assist and advise. For example, Sarah, took ages today, trying different flowers in a vase I had previously purchased from Neptune. Amazing shopping experience. Well done you!

What an amazing place….you could literally get lost looking around all the beautiful room settings! Easy to find and park and Shannan and Katy are beyond friendly….even offer you a drink! The product range is extensive and you can tell that both ladies are very passionate about all that they do. I will 100% be recommending and revisiting!

The sales assistant in the Wimbledon branch was so helpful! Unfortunately, three of the items I wanted were out of stock. Despite the disappointment the charming lady went above and beyond to try and source the products.

What a fantastic experience from the design and installation teams, everything went smoothly. The Henley Oak kitchen is lovely, classic, and does not compete for attention with other elements of the kitchen such as the range cooker, hand painted tiles, oak beams or log burner. It just sets the scene and establishes the overall tone as one of quiet elegance, which lets the bling elements shine. And most importantly, the functionality is amazing. Thank you Neptune.

A spur of the moment stop with a visitor from Scotland as we had been discussing garden furniture etc. and I knew there was a Neptune shop near to Henley-on-Thames.Easy to find, very helpful staff, nett result a purchase which came within 5 days. Brilliant,Delivery chaps helpful, on time and did ring 30 mins before arriving.

I just had to write to say how wonderful Georgia and Sophie were today at Neptune in Hare Hatch Reading. I booked to go on the mood board experience as just about to start renovating a new house and they gave me some great ideas. It was a really fun experience. I would highly recommend it.

Neptune had event in esher. Tried 4 times to contact both organiser and neptune (had 1 response from neptune saying they would get back to me… never heard again. And no reply from organiser…. all regarding disabled tickets. Also, by coincidence, this week received a parcel from Neptune, something I ordered back on 31st December 2023! Good job I havn’t got good memory 🤪.

Great service from friendly and very helpful staff. Although we had to wait a long time for the Milo footstool it did not disappoint when it arrived. So well made and the cover can be taken off and washed. So pleased that we chose to get it from Neptune as it goes so well with our Neptune chair.

We refurbished our house a few years ago and part of the project was to install a kitchen that would take ‘centre stage’ in the open plan living & dining room area. This meant that it would need to be a kitchen that stood the test of time, would not date and needed to look like a piece of quality furniture, classical, understated & elegant.There are a lot of kitchen company’s for different types of budgets with enticing offers and packages, but we decided you get what you pay for. Which is why when we stepped into the Neptune store showroom and saw the quality of its furniture for kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms, we were sold and what ‘clinched the deal’ was there life-time guarantee.This has already paid off, as 4 years on, we had an issue with some of the paint work. When we got in touch with Neptune to raise our concerns, the customer service was outstanding as Jo & Ian arranged a site visit & were clearly determined to keep us as happy & satisfied customers. One of their best painters ‘Bart’ was booked in to do the remedial work quickly, efficiently and with no fuss.I can’t explain how refreshing and re-assuring this was, no quibbling or trying to squirm out of their promise to do the right thing when things go wrong & treating us as a valued customer. It has made us fall in love with our kitchen all over again and appreciate our decision to stick to the principles of ‘you get what you pay for’ as for us this experience has proved that Neptune lives up to their reputation for excellent service, integrity & quality craftmanship.

Product knowledge not very good in store and head office not much better. I rang both the local store then head office after store couldn’t answer my query. I would have expected head office to have checked the product in person to give me the correct answer instead of guessing and giving the wrong answer.

Item delivered quickly and we’ll packed. Item was as described although the fixing screws were missing which were advised as being included.One star deducted to replace the four missing screws!

Sorry to say this as been to all previous sales in Swindon.Venue didn’t work (great parking).Aisles too close to each other and limited pieces available ( despite advertising garden furniture etc none available and other large items almost non existent and was told by staff that those items were too big and heavy to transport.Although I got caught in the queue indoors for over an hour and half because the card machine malfunction that was a venue problem.Please think about going back to Swindon although I only live 30 mins from Sandown.
