Very misleading

Supposed to get 100 free spins. Signed up directly from the advert broadcasting this. Did I get the free spins. Did I heck. Very disappointed that when responding to a specific advert I did not get as promised. I feel I have been mugged.

I have used This site a few times and been tempted by the occasional free spins offer. I decided to do an offer where you staked £5 and got 10 free spins. I did this within the qualifying period and I tried using there online chat facility countless times but never got any reply . I decided to email instead , over a week I was asked to send proof of the offer and after sending the same email a few times eventually got a response telling me I hadn’t spent anything in the qualifying period . This is not true and I have contested this . I can’t believe the hassle I’ve had to go through for 10 free lousy spins . I won’t be using this site ever again , don’t trust this company . I wish I had seen these reviews sooner .

Betfred kept over £300 of my money,they blocked my account,accused me of all sort things.wouldnt speak with me or answer e-mails,not a good company at all they don't like winners,but if you lose there keep your account open,I've been betting for many many years,o the horses only Betfred have bad policies avoid at all cost,as for there bingo well don't matter what game you play the same names always win,is not a coincidence either,rubbish company.

Placed a thirty pound bet on the virtual racing at the Golborne branch of Betfred, as people know with virtual you only get informed of the race a few minutes before the race. I should of had £250 but it was to late as the women cashier interpretted the bet before stamping the slip. Shocking company.

My payout hasn't been processed in over a week. There website says 48 hours. Live chat is a joke. Wait an 1 hour to get through to anyway. And all they can tell me is 'there's been a delay no indication of how long it will take.

Been There for a while , cashout is switched off when u have 9 out of 11 ACCA wins , and they are winning, CASIONO IS the worst Invested Today 40 £ – played stake 1,00£ Literally had a 2 wins for 0,10£ and 3,60 nothing more , for 40 spins . Been with Betfred amongst others for a while now. Play the slots occasionally and have had both wins and losses. Won £150 over the weekend and winnings paid into my bank account by this afternoon, less than 24 hours later. Can only comment as i find, but for me they are decent and i would recommend.

Made an account received email to say I had been verified, Deposited £1k over 48 hours. I then won 3k so I requested a withdrawal to which it said successful. Next day tried to log on my account, and it said incorrect password you have been locked out call customer services, even though I knew the password was correct so I emailed the betfred support and asked what had happened and if my withdrawal has still gone through.
They asked me for passports, driving license two bank cars and a letter to prove my address and if I didn’t prove this they would keep my winnings. I then rang customer service and said so if I send all these documents across they will process my withdrawal to with the lady said yes. So of course I sent the documents they wanted across, they then stopped replying to my emails it’s been a week since I’ve heard anything I’ve called and tried the live chat to which their reply is they are still reviewing you I can’t give you a time scale. I feel like they are quick enough to to take your money but when you win they are definitely sore losers. I would never recommend this site to anyone if you want to waste your money and get upset that you’ve won and still can’t have your money then go ahead! In further I’ll stick to wink bingo, coral or ladbrokes I’ve won thousands on them sites before and they’ve never messed me around like this.

I registered on the page that gave you 30 free spins and £30 in free bets, I didn't get the 30 free spins so I contacted them but they wouldn't give them to me, they were cold calculated and cavalier, I'm registered with all online bookies. If I could give 0 stars I would. The % of payout's compared to what they take off people is totally wrong and should be made illegal. I have played on lots of sites over the years but this without a doubt is the worst. Also with how much people are struggling just now financely there just looking for something to help out. Bet regularly on distances and when meeting that are good they have no prices available. Contacted them by chat and they just said it was the Traders. No effort to help so I closed my account. Attitude is poor and obviously a poor customer service company.

Signed up and was offered £30 in free bets. Found out the only way I can get the free bets is to text them which I get charged for. This wasn't explained when I signed up.
Used their online chat and the person wasn't interested. Bad attitude and basically you don't text us tough luck.

Do not play their rigged Blackjack Switch. This rigged piece of garbage has just taken almost 200 pounds from me in 10 minutes. 6s 5s 3s it does not matter what the dealer has he either makes 21 or a push with 22 killing your only chance to recover. Playtech who makes these will eventually have to pay billions in recompense for their theft. The House edge ahould be miniscule but it is simply mathematically impossible for the house to run as good as it does.

Play if you want your money stolen. Otherwise avoid this and all Playtech products.

Haven’t been on the website for about a year but I remember I got lots of free bets during the World Cup and used them made just over £400 and was able to cash out no problem. As for their I store staff they were very helpful had a horse on and I was supposed to get £140 winnings but was only giving £110 staff spotted it strait away and fixed it. It was good because she said it that wasn’t right before me so she was well trained she seen the odds didn’t match up

Easy to set up the account and get started……. BUT first time i withdrew no money arrived within the first 48 working hours. Decided to login and see what the status was, could not find any place to look at in my account. So had a live chat which took several minutes to start talking to a person. They told me they are having problems and could not tell me when my money would hit my account………. i then went and read reviews stating similar problems from many unhappy customers! One star is generous. Hardly won but thought I'd give another try. Forgot my details 3 times so account was blocked. Contacted customer services via live chat. 23rd in queue. 15 mins later got connected , spoken to Jake D. Said account was blocked , went through all my security etc. Waited another 10 mins no reply. So asked again , then he said you have to phone 0800 number! After all that I told him nah no thanks will go elsewhere and leave a review on trust pilot. Planks! Crappy CS

Just home after betting 2300 pounds in betfred shop , that's not the problem . The problem is the one winner i got was 5 seconds late on the virtual but with the tv turned off in scotland and no commentary and the shop busy there should be a discretion for time and the fact that i am in a lot and bet regulary with them should mean something. I'm waiting to hear from area manager but if the bet isint paid out I'll never bet with them again, ita a disgrace that TVs are on in england but we are to guess when races are going off fs

Been with them for about a month now, iv not had a problem, could be a bit more quick with withdrawals but has paid out and live chat has been quick when Iv needed someone to speak to. Was a bit worried reading the reviews after I joined up as I had 500 to withdraw £100 then £400 on the same day, £100 went in first, spoke to someone on live chat today and the £400 will be sorted tonight, so fingers crossed all will be ok. Recently tried to place a bet in shop
With this company, the race had set off and the horse had fallen before the operator had time to place the bet. The bet should be void but the customer service team advised they have a 30
Second grace period. So
Taking a bet for something that had already lost surely is

This was not clearly stated also when I wrote my address why was I not told this and why was I asked to add promo code… Scammers!

went to cash my bet put on lucky 15 31 and 63 on my lucky 15 my horse was a none runner so put none runner favourite on in box with best odds. so i should of got 3xs the odd which it clearly states but the Manager of Bury St Heywood said i could only be paid for a single win so when i ask why i only got times 1 stake winner, i was told thats all i was allowed. so i phone customer services and they said that they couldnt understand why she had only paid 1times winner on the bet because i am entitled to 3 times the winner and told me to go into the shop and ask for a request for all my bets to be checked in the past, so did that. later on went back to the shop and asked the manager as she done it to which she replyed, we do not want your custom anymore your barred and she would only check the last week bets. so now i am sitting at home wondering what i have done wrong and is she a thief
