Bet 365 is a terrible company, workers lie to customers about sign up bonus. I deposited three times to no avail I didn’t receive any bonus. I chatted with representatives for two hours. This company is misleading customers and being dishonest about sign up bonus. This absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. This company made me very ill. I’m under Doctors care. I deleted my account. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Stop lying to customers. I give this company zero stars. This company should be ashamed of themselves how I was treated. I asked for a supervisor. I was informed someone will call me 24 to 48 hours. This is outrageous. ::((((((((( I’ll report this company very shaddy.

Have been with bet365 for a while now ,Out of the blue I had a message which read as follows: (owing to the dubious nature of your buisiness we.are closing your account forthwith.) I am a 78 year old pensioner with no buisiness interests whatsoever .Trying to phone them is immpossible as is e-mailing what the hell is going on.??

I had an account with the original Bet365 before it was regulated in Ontario. Trying to place a bet is like trying to open and account and getting verified every single time. So many steps and forget trying to use a desktop/laptop always asking for the Authentication App…why is everything moving to mobile? Some people like using a wired computer. Even using trying to use a phone a while ago getting the app to work was like nothing I have ever experienced. I am tired of trying and just trying to place any bet on this website has literally forced me to quit betting which is the only positive thing. Worst site ever.

I have received about 15 emails from an email that I don’t use often that stated I had logged into my bet365 account. I have never heard of this company and when I tried to log into the website, it stated that I was blocked out of it. There is no way to contact them. SCAM!!

Downloaded the Poker App around 2 years back. Have deposited around £1500 in total. After playing around 50,000 hands at micro stakes and making a loss I won’t be coming back. Players busting out with their last chips always hit their miracle card. There are a lot of Donk players here but it’s impossible to take their money as the system is rigged against you. Very frustrating and soul destroying. I won more money playing on the virtual roulette and blackjack. I don’t mind losing it’s part of the game but it’s the way that you lose here. Shame really as it’s a decent app and works well on Android. Pay Outs are Fast. If you like Poker then go to a proper poker vendor like Pokerstars or 888. Bet365 Poker uses the Ipoker software and it really is terrible. I won’t be coming back.

Like many say, log in issues. You log in and it says have to check location, when ok let’s you in. Then try and play a game right away-oh-got to check your location..again. Inconsistant login problems. Get free spins, all of a sudden the log in you have been using for months-doesn’t recognize. Finally I closed account leaving free spins and went to different app. Had to keep downloading authenticator app, no matter how often you down load-never helps.

So , i have been a customer for probably about 20 years , never abused promos , not a multi accounter , and have spent many thousands of pounds with b365 over gaming , sports betting and poker through that time . Log in today and find that all of the regular free games offers have been withdrawn / not available to me anymore …6 horses challenge , goals giveaway, and prize matcher . I’ve seen many other people over the past 12 months say this has also happened to them , completely out of the blue . As a loyal customer for so many years , i have now withdrawn my funds , and have now placed these funds with another firm ( it’s not like there’s a lack of choice ) …but it is extremely short sighted by whoever makes these bizarre decisions for 365 , and instead of making some money out of me over a period of time , they will get absolutely nothing .

Didn’t accept the id I had sent in and then refused to refund the money I had deposited. Of course they had no problem taking the money, it was just when I wanted my money back they decided that they cared about verifying who I was.

The worst! I made a comment while I was playing that I lost all my deposit coz I had all my hands and wasn’t able to do a side bet when I got pairs. I deposited a bit more and went up and withdrew my winnings. 3 days later went back to play and they had suspended my account! Why? The lady from customer chat said that I wasn’t gambling responsibly!! Why??!! Because I had withdrawn my winnings 3 times? She interrogated me and asked me very personal questions and told me they were going to suspend my account for 6 months or a year. Why is it their business? Placed one bet and then was locked out of my account. When speaking to customer service was told they can choose to close accounts for any reason and that mine was closed and that was all the information they would provide and refused to look into the matter or even give a valid reason.

Been a regular and loyal customer for many years. Do multiple football bets each week during premier league season and have a go on the casino games occasionally. I have always rated the company highly and had positive experiences. However, when I logged in this weekend to place a bet, I got a message that my account has had restrictions placed on it and I’m no longer able to place bets. I assumed it was a mistake as there is no reason I know of for this to be the case so messaged the team asking the reason for the restriction so I could understand if I’d inadvertently done something wrong (which I’m sure I haven’t, just do normal accas and single bets, no matched betting etc). The customer service team refuses to give me any information at all, they just said they investigated and restricted my account. So I have essentially been banned for seemingly no reason, or possibly in error, and am not being given the slightest bit of a reason why.

Bad return to Bet 365I recently came back to Bet 365 after a period of self exclusion. I was using the site with no problems putting on bets some won some lost as you do. I ended up reaching my deposit limit that I had set up previously prior to self exclusion. As my financial situation changed and I’m in a position to do so I asked to increase my deposit limit which after a few generic questions it was increased and by a considerable amount too. I continued to use the site with no further problems but from what I could remember from my previous playing days with Bet 365, they did great customer offers and rewards for loyalty. I reached out to customer care because I didn’t have this option on my account and the response i got was due to their commitment to responsible gambling I’m not eligible to the offers, be that the small reward you might be lucky enough to get from time to time please take into account that I was able to increase my deposit limit without any eligibility test been done. So basically their commitment to safer gambling was non existent when requesting a deposit limit increase but any offers on site I’m not eligible for. I was not happy with this response and regretfully I canceled my account. I’m not going to play with a site who will take my hard earned cash no problem but will exclude me from any promotional offers etc.

Responsible gambling departments are absolutely pathetic. I sent them my current account bank statement, balance at the time was around 30k. My savings info was in 6 figures. My net spending since I opened the account maybe 5 years ago, ”give or take” was a net loss of around 5k. On average a grand a year in net losses. Then the real fruit machines started, notably the responsible gambling department. They wanted a tax return! WHAT!!! They then said they wanted to see my full bank statements showing everything I had bought or received. Not like I have any fetishes but yeah whatever you plonker who the hell do you think you are, was my thoughts. Been with 365 for quite a few years. Recently they have stopped me playing their FREE games as part of their commitment to gamble responsibly.. I only do small bets and never had an issues before. The thing what has got me is that I am still able to deposit if I choose? So FREE is NO NO and deposit is YES YES…..I will be closing my account and I will join someone else.

Just avoid this crap. The last day’s I’m play when if I get bonus not even paying 10% of the bet so remain 0 or just very little under 0.50 pence . Ned 150 or 250 spin to get bonus and very poor rtp like from 100 the normal is 95 back but here from 100 you get max 10% back. Whatever you do, DO NOT INSTALL THE APP.I did this and sent over £20, a few days later my bank contacted me to verify 7 transactions, I knew nothing about these. Apparently a 3rd party (it showed on my statement as MECCA GROVSENOR) tried to take several payments of £5 and several of £9.I immediately cleared all my app data, un-installed the app and will NEVER install or use bet365 again.My bank is sending me a new card.

Tonight I got cheated by SAM BARROTT referee and bet365. EZEs goal was perfect and should of stood.Will hughes did not foul anyone and if anything he was fouled.Very dishonourable and the fact that my money got flushed away on 1st goalscorer I’m absolutely fuming. CPFC was cheated out of this Brentford game and I really hope this referee gets a fine and holds his hands up.His fine should equate to the amount people lost at betting because of his decision.He cost people alot of money with his corrupt decision or as he puts it a mistake. I won the money and they don’t give me money to withdraw from Brazil to another country. I live in another country! the rules do not prohibit the withdrawal of money to another country. the rules even say that they can be translated internationally. in general, they are scammers! Have been a customer since years. self excluded myself for a year due to other priorities.Following the year, tried to use the site again for sports betting, it would put restrictions on my account and would not let me deposit or bet!Spoke to their customer service through email and live chay, they are not helpful at all. I got only their stage names like Joe Lily Amber and so many others who would tell you that the technical team is looking into but no one would sort this out. They even go bias saying the verification team identified the issue and this will shortly be sorted and f***, it is still the same. Chucked a 20 on big bass just cos bored, lost the lot, absolutely gutted, what am i gonna tell the wife and kids when i get home and i don’t have the weeks supply of smack.
