Joined to put a bet on day of grand national deposited £10, £30 free credit, bet on the winner said I would get 52 pound back, on the day had 82 pound in my account , tried to withdraw my winnings, unable to. They locked my account, then allowed me back in after validation lo and behold my account minus £52 , total rip off company they should be investigated .

To rate my experience with 1 star is generous. Placed a bet with Bet 365 on the winner of the grand national. This was placed and the funds taken from my account.Received no notification that this bet couldn’t be accepted when placing it. I tried to login after the race, I couldn’t access my account and was told the bet had been made void.Terrible company and they should not get away with scamming customers as I can see from the reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced this unjust treatment of customers.

I cannot verify my account as I do not have a smart phone. I have tried for hours and not got anywhere. So I have closed my acount. This is digital exclusion. Shameful

Very scammy and dodgy. Deposited £10 for the National, won £30 but wouldn’t let me withdraw to my card, wanted bank details and ID etc. Never had this with any other sites. Wonder if they’re selling details on? (the few positive reviews seem to be fake too, which is a red flag imo).

I don’t usually bet but signed up for the Grand National on their deposit £10 get £30 of free bets. Small print reads the bets must be settled before the free credit is applied – which is well hidden. Deposited and bet £10. Account shows only £2.50 settled even though £10 has – so no free credit has been applied. This is FRAUD in my opinion. They take your money based on a promise that they don’t intend to deliver.

Horrible company, likes the users to deposit money as it benefits them. But once you win, then there is all kinds of problems with the withdrawals!They closed my account for suspicious behaviour. an online company which does not allow you to bet while being outside your country. You can’t have 2 accounts under your name if you are a citizens of more than one state.

However, in my £10 my horse came in 4th (allegedly they were paying out on 6th place)! Surprise surprise, nothing back, only normally bet on the grand national but in future I will go into a shop and forget the crap’offers’

This is a scam betting site…they’ll take your money via credit card but will not send you back your cash that way. They force you to have a separate bank account only in your name, no joint accounts. So to get my winnings, I must go open a new account just to receive it. Stay far away from these guys, they suck.

Amazingly bad experience. I opened an account and uploaded my passport and drivers licence. Checked back two hours later to see if my details had been verified only to find that my account had been closed. Contacted support and they said I’d failed the verification!! I said that this was annoying but asked them to delete my personal details. I was told that they’d be keeping my details! This is illegal under GDPR and I’ll be reporting this behaviour. Why would they even need my personal details if they won’t let me have an account with them? What a way to run a business!

Opened an account to avail of an offer of €30 of free bets. My account was closed a day later. Was first told it was for multiple accounts which i dont have and secondly it was due to the nature of my business whatever the hell that means. But its ok, as they understand how frustrating it is for me. Asked them how long they will retain my card details as i cant long on to delete them. Told me to read their policy to see what they do with my information

Deposited money with debit card. Won. Went to withdraw and was told they can only pay via international wire? What? My bank isn’t on the swift network and literally cannot do international wires (tangerine in Canada , any idiot can look it up). They are baffled and won’t pay. Want me to open an account with a new bank? Took my money on debit visa no problem though! And Interac etransfer. Totally incompetent or trying to steal from me, not sure which.

I got robbed not the first time as well from bet365 so I cashed out at 270 every single bet come in and one was 2/0 I had over 2:5 goals only needed one more goal for 731 but cashed out at 270 and then I said I am overdrawn in my bet365 account then got a reply saying sorry your bet lost how can this possibly be I cashed out when it was 2/0 the game ended at 2/0 and then said I owe bet365 it’s a joke ripping off people like me from a Maori million pound business you should be ashamed of yourselves I will not rest until I get answers not about the money its about getting robbed

So if you pick the player who’s the emergency in your multi you have no chance of winning it is a rigged bet. How can a player you pick get 15 disposals when they only get 10 minutes of play time. Refused to process a withdrawal my UK bank account.When pressed they said it’s just not an account they support. It’s a well know account provider, Mastercard backed with over 25million global personal accounts.They’ve told me my ONLY option is to open a new bank account to withdraw my funds.At no point in the signing up process, or account use did they make this clear. This site totally bulshit scam. I was playing Baccarat over 1 year and keep losing over 25k in total. Last week I start winning and start getting error “bet no confirmed” in every hand winning my bet disappeared then only losing hand will accept my bet!!! or suddenly get connection lost which never happed before and I have the highest internet speed. I have screen shots and video of the entire session. After they took my winning money back then they let me login next day and after I deposited money I got kicked out from site and my account looked. When I contacted customer service they told me my account under review and my fund freeze. This site is a big scam unless you keep losing they let you play but if you win forget about it.
