So I’ve had multiple wins and nights where I’ve been using the app all of sudden I win, and I can no longer log in it just loads and loads. Happens right near event ends or wins. Also started happening in WiFi what used to always be fine.Tech support exhausted all options after treating themselves and got sent to mobile network company, what good they can say about “blocks or filters” on my account.Do they block your account it’s completely pot luck whether I can log in nowadays and free bets I only used to get once following tipsters from twitter, same bets alerted them as a gambling looser so reward them

I won a 17 leg parlay with $1 to win a net return of $2,376, they robbed me of that money and told me the state of ohio took it with no explanation and details, they gave me an attorney general’s office to call and till this day i can’t reach anyone or get an explanation for where my money went . I have left numerous voicemails to the Rossman & Co Company which is the collection agency i was referred to that is supposedly holding my money, It’s been 5 days and counting and i still haven’t heard anything back. I called back bet365 to tell them of my situation and they said there is nothing they can do on their end and not obligated to tell me what that money was witheld for, i deposited more money in my bet365 account to place more bets for new upcoming bets, they withdrew that money from my account and told me its because the i still owe the state , i called them back again and they said it was for owing child support, mind u i don’t have any kids! I have been trying to reach them and still no response as my account has been blocked , till this day i am wondering where all my money went and have got no feedback. DON’T TRUST BET365 , they must be running a scam with the Rossman & Co company.

Been a loyal costumer with bet365 for 10+ years. Use the site for weekend football accumulators. Get the odd win here n there but usually funding other peoples wins with my losses. Had a lucky run over a 3 week period winning 3 or 4 bets put me 900£ up. Few days later my account restricted and message to contact bet365 after doing so they decide to close my account never to be used again. W@nk£r$!

I signed up for an account on BET365.com on 28th November 2023. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward but I took a few days to do my research before making a deposit. From the reviews on Trustpilot, I became very skeptical but after speaking with a friend who has been using the service for a while now and is happy with the service I decided to make my first deposit of USD 100 yesterday 6th December 2023. When signing up I was asked to submit my ID which I did and it was verified. Today I was asked to complete the address verification which I did, it took a little back and forth but in the end, I am now completely verified. I must point out that the customer service was very helpful and patient “Thumbs up to them”. I’m not ready to make a withdrawal as yet “only now started using the site” but I will update this article when I am ready to make my first withdrawal.

The company went totally disrespectful towards customers. When you loose , it is ok, but even if you win couple of thousands there are restriction. I am listening people from my country even can not open an account. They close down. The company went from number 1 in the world, at the moment there are on the bottom. IF YOU ARE FROM CANADA STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE IT BACK!!! They forced me into a deposit upon sign up, took my money before verifying my location only to come to find out I have to download multiple apps to try and use their website which did not work. Site does not work on my mobile or PC even after you download the authenticator app, doesn’t work. Tried to get refund through Chat only to be told they want more personal information from me such as my bank, address, bank acc num, etc.. to return the money. All over a stupid 5 minute transaction that I can’t even use, I now have to provide all this personal information I DON’T want them having. This is ridiculous and plain poor operating. They should verify your location FIRST before requiring a deposit method. What a shambolic company ! My account was restricted for no explained reason after 5 months. They kept referring me to Live Chat when trying to contact them. Placed 28 in waiting line after one hour got to number 13 and then cut off. My complaint via email was supposedly refered to management but ignored.Please take my advise do not consider opening an account with bunch of comedians. It is impossible to talk with them by phone and they hide behind live (more like) dead chat.

Worse betting site. Can not be trusted. If you’re due a big win they put a time out on your account to stop you from cashing out. Extremely dodgy. They were fine when you win little amounts but when it comes to big ones it puts a block in. Avoid!

I won a bet and didn’t receive my net return. I received a notification saying congratulations on winning your bet! I never received my funds. I talked to a representative through chat and she did not help. Francesca C told me that I will not receive funds after a winning ticket. This betting site is a SCAM.

Went through verification process, sent all kinds of personal documents which I was told were accepted. Still having errors logging-in, saying account not verified when I have emails from them saying it was. Spent two days going back and forth in correspondence only to be told that my account had already been closed! Now in the process to try and get my deposit back which I was forced to do when opening the account only to be told that I cannot make an withdrawal as this is restricted and I have to wait for a postal verification or a call. Easily took my money but making it very difficult to get it back. No explanation why they refused my application. Complete waste of time!

What a shocking company. My sister works there and they have meetings with the aim of messing with customers heads. They are told to target confusing customers which causes errors in judgement while betting and more profit for bet365. Different tactics to confuse and overload of thoughts etc. She says they are taught to say certain things to customers which triggers certain things in order to maximise customer losses and profit for them. Terrible place and immoral tactics.

No way. Results of this roulette based game utterly fixed. The camera switches mid-spin when the wheel looks like will land on a bonus. The result when this happens every time is that it lands next door on the lowest possible win. Utterly blatant disgusting cheating that Bet365 are complicit with I shut my account with them. Loved there app for years easy to use , latest update wasn’t keen but I had over £1k in my account so thought I’ll keep playing my weekly accasI had my phone stolen in a Saturday night and the thief managed to get through my fingerprint and then accessed all my data. He tried to withdraw my Money to his account which only come to light 3 days after getting and setting up a new phone. It has been I er two weeks and bet 365 still won’t give me my account back they say I’m in a queue to get a call from the security staff or someone but they don’t give a time and you can’t call them. I am skint from the thief also using my credit card and transfering money via my Paypal . bet 365 aren’t helpful. The worst betting agency ever. The send my money to my old account i closed months earlier. Then i had to wait over 5 days to get back even though they had it bounce back from the bank within 24hrs. Then when finally they got it back in my betting account they put restrictions on my account and i could not bet. Then you ring them and they say u need tro speak with supervisor but there is no one there and they will ring me. 4 days later i get a missed call from them. Over their terrible service.
