What a shocking company. My sister works there and they have meetings with the aim of messing with customers heads. They are told to target confusing customers which causes errors in judgement while betting and more profit for bet365. Different tactics to confuse and overload of thoughts etc. She says they are taught to say certain things to customers which triggers certain things in order to maximise customer losses and profit for them. Terrible place and immoral tactics.

This company should be reported and removed. My account has been restricted because of health and illness. How is this fair? Got restricted for 3 weeks now has been opened back up but they have removed all the boost offers because they don’t like disabled people. So angry will them and service.

Had bet365 account fir 12 years doing odd bit of sports betting.. They offered me free spins. Won £2 and started playing adventures in Wonderland. Lost £1000 in 1x hour. Advertises a 94% return. No way. Results of this roulette based game utterly fixed. The camera switches mid-spin when the wheel looks like will land on a bonus. Loved there app for years easy to use , latest update wasn’t keen but I had over £1k in my account so thought I’ll keep playing my weekly accasI had my phone stolen in a Saturday night and the thief managed to get through my fingerprint and then accessed all my data. He tried to withdraw my Money to his account which only come to light 3 days after getting and setting up a new phone. It has been I er two weeks and bet 365 still won’t give me my account back they say I’m in a queue to get a call from the security staff or someone but they don’t give a time and you can’t call them. I am skint from the thief also using my credit card and transfering money via my Paypal . bet 365 aren’t helpful. 1 star is too much. After settling the payment my Account was blocked. After a month they keep sending me repetitive emails advising the team is working on my refund, asking me bank data etc over and over again. And all to just get my money back. The worst betting agency ever. The send my money to my old account i closed months earlier. Then i had to wait over 5 days to get back even though they had it bounce back from the bank within 24hrs. I created an account yesterday to bet on F1 this weekend, deposit and bet £10 then received an email this morning stating the account has been closed “due to the nature of my business”. I can only assume by this they mean betting on a betting site. Contacted customer support as assumed it was a mistake and was informed that the account has been closed as a decision by their “commercial department” and they are refusing to give me my deposit back saying I will have to contact them again through support to claim if I win and will lose the money otherwise. I’m sorry but if I place a bet and you close my account with no reason, having broken no rules or violated any ToS, then you cancel the bet and refund the money. Absolute joke of a company, I assume they will only keep your account open if you’re guaranteed to lose your money – avoid doing business with this company at all costs to save yourself money and hassle

This site reduces how much you can bet each month, it seems if you win too much! You don’t even have to bet too much either, as they decide by %.Also, if you have phone issues and deposits don’t go straight in, they contact you and ask if you have money issues.I withdrew 30 pounds but this didn’t appear in my account within 30 minutes, but they then started asking if I had gambling issues. It was my money!

I’ve never been worse treated by customer support.For THREE MONTHS I’ve been trying to get a withdrawal, after Bet365 shut down operations in my country. With no possible to play, there’s no reason to keep funds in my wallet. Since bank is only withdrawal option, they asked me per email to enter my bank details. I know several from my country who has received withdrawals from Bet365 with same bank details, so I thought I’d be quick and okay, and support seemed nice and helpful.Fine, so far, so good. However, for THREE MONTHS I keep being assigned new support persons, where everyone asks the SAME QUESTIONS and want the same information all over again – on repeat. They don’t seem to care enough even to read the previous 1-2 emails with information I sent to the previous support person. And with every person, there are lengthy periods of wait, before a new person arrives with the same questions and the same lengthy delays.Three months has gone, and I still am no closer to receive my withdrawal of over €10000.Quite shocking. I have a deposit limit of £50 daily. And i use most of this limit nearly everyday if i have the funds. But they remove the free to play promotions when they choose to at anytime. Even if you have been playing them through out the week they remove them for example the goals giveaway promotion. That is very unfair to be honest. This is the worst Sports bet app you’ll ever find it is a sports BET app but yet customer service knows nothing about sports and none of which can speak English! A constantly have players and take bets on these players who are not even in the lineup. i signed up a few years ago, but never used the account due covid and other stuff, i tried to sign in but my email wasnt and phone were not correct, chatted with with 3 members of staff on live chat, but none of them could not me, my address and name is correct but nothing else, so that says to me my account has been hacked a breach of data protection act failure, i requested a DSAR which is i require bet365 to give me all data you have on me, the person i was chatting with ended the chat.revenue of 2 billion a year, complaints being made to the relevant ombudsman

Over the last few days I have placed some good football bets, they have offered some reasonable cash out value, so I have cashed them out. Then today, I had another 2 good bets with decent cash out value, but when I tried to cash them out I was logged out of my account directly and told I have reached my user limit (which is 8h) and that I could log back in tomorrow. First problem is that I was logged in for a maximum of 3h, MAXIMUM! Spoke with customer service for an hour, absolutely useless! First I complained about being prematurely logged out, they would not present me with any report of my login history, even though they clearly keep it, there is even a timer in the top corner when you are logged in!
