Fake controlled slots 1.000 plus spins for 5 days in a row on sme slot machine to win nothing at all or even hit 1 slot bonus round has to be controlled ? the is such a thing as rtp what is return to player over a long session of play on the same slot but at 365 this dont happen at all . Am getting more like 10 to 15 % rtp and not 96.7 % as slot says . Now am unsure if 365 is accountable for this or if its the game provider blue print gaming but what ever way you look at this its still foul play no slot takes 5.000 plus spins not to even hit 1 bonus round and the fact that if you do hit a bonus round it still can pay so little so if you dont have a chance of hitting a bonus round then what chance do you have of winning

Turned $70 to $1200 over 3 months then they limited my account could not place a bet that could win more than $20 after three days of winning within their limits they further restricted my already limited account. I cant win more that $10. Its as if the UK is a banana republic and no laws exist. How can this be allowed to happen?

I placed a number of bets on bet365 including a 250/1 bet builder. This bet builder won at had a return of £1255. When I went on the app to cash out my winnings, the bet had been cashed out and my £5 stake was in my account. After questioning this to customer service team they said I cashed the bet out and refuse to pay me my winnings. Worst betting platform Iv ever used and will rob you dry the first opportunity they get. Avoid at all costs

I placed an each way bet with bet365 and my horse came 3rd…it was settled as a “lost” bet even though it paid $9.50 for a place ( 3rd) …I called and told them what happened and they said they would send it to the appropriate department “for review”…I explained the horse came third …they said “bets are taken by humans but settled by computers or bots…I said it’s a clear payout bet as I got a third…they said we will have to review it and became hostile…ahloe$

Paid the required deposit on the Liverpool Newcastle game and the promotion was £5 free bet every goal scored up to £25. Six goals scored so I should have been credited within 48 hours. Of course, the free bets never came through and trying to get an answer out of these people is almost impossible. You lose the will and just let it go,which is probably what it’s set out to do. Crooks

The Wild Life Extreme slot do not play it, it takes your balance and gives you nothing but pennies do not understand how these slot providers get away with it.

Unserious and unprofessional trashThis so called company is completely rubbish. They have no clue about how to choose and recruit eligible and qualified applicants for their role.I applied as a German speaking customer support in Malta.Besides the fact that this role is extremely bad paid and with unhuman working hours, they don’t even care if you have a heavy costumer care background and experience like me in the 1st and 2nd level support for VIP customers at Siemens company in Munich.I am more qualified than other applicants but like I said, these motherf*ckers give a damn about your qualifications, because if you know too much than you basically should, you could be problem for them. The mentioned job role is neither a high skilled role nor a professional one where people need a heavy bunch of experience and knowledge. So my suggestion for those who are thinking about working in this crapholeKeep distance, save your time and energy and don’t waste it

I placed £10 @ the required odds on the liverpool v newcastle game last night & they ” promised” to credit???? Doesnt apply… these bookies are absoloute thieves & i they are in the scrap bin.. i will get my ( 25 pound) free bets back in time. Goodbye u crooks!!!!!

I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 4 years ago and wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that?Companies like this prey on the poor and the government allow it.

Reply

They let you win at the start pulling you in to bet more, but at the long run they will always win as its all rigged, I thought all the reviews here is trustpilot were fake but, trust what they have to say and stay away from this. Take it from me, they will eventually win.

Reply

Absolutely terrible slots. Never get bonus or feature on any game. Better online slots out there. Read all reviews save time and money.

Reply

I signed up for an account and before I could even do anything my account was restricted & I couldn’t place a single bet. Physically couldn’t use anything. They then don’t let you completely delete your account for security reasons.

So i won a bet one on my parly was viod so the viod tje whole bet dint give me yhe differt what a ripofg

Most rigged casino ever, compared to all other casinos I play it never bonuses. It just eats they have manipulated the slots. Stay well clear I’m closing my account

I registered with bet 365 and Deposited £10.There were restrictions placed on my account before I even had a bet. Trying to contact customer services was impossible. One star is too high a rating .I hope that a Labour Government will nationalise all gambling so that the people of our country benefit from the revenue made.

Awful company and horrible customer support They froze my account after winning £20 They ended up not letting me withdraw my money and shutting my account

Reply

Got blocked because apparently I spent 30 hours logged in and it’s like 3 days that I can not unblock it. The costumer services saying they will call me shorty but 3 days is to short for the apparently. Horrible experience.

Reply

Bet365 software has a glitch where you get your account frozen and they can’t even manually pick cash out option when available causing you to lose your bet.Worst yet customer service denies this is a issue

Reply

Worst betting app on the market. Always freezes, so slow sometimes a game will finish before you can even get a bet on. Total shxte.

Reply

For those who want to report these scammers, I have found a page called (ASKGAMBLERS) they help you recover your money from the casinos by reporting them and they make everything easier

I had made a bet on tennis that appeared to have won and gave me the option to cashout so I can bet and not have to wait for the bet to settle. I notice the match has still kept going as there was reversed call but my money was still my account and there was no outstanding bet to look at in case of cashout so I thought I was ok. I then notice my money from my account I wagered is gone. I noticed the bet I made would’ve lost but I cashed out and didn’t even give me an option to cashout again during the match after the call was reversed. This site glitch not only cost me money but their team doesn’t care about good faith. They care about getting money is anyway possible and don’t care about their customers. I would suggest FanDuel as I haven’t experienced any site glitches and better promotions. If you have bet365 I would delete the app

Why is this site even allowed to stay online? So many complaints about customers not getting paid their money. Why aren’t people getting together and suing this company for theft? Because clearly they are stealing. Companies that are using them as a sponsor should be ashamed about luring people to their site just to get scammed of their money. Everyone should get together and stop this awful company from continuing. I cashed out $4000 still had $1100 in my account. They shut down the account during my bets and was unable to log back in to get my money. Over a month now of themSaying my account is under review. They are crooks and I hope they get shut down.

This review isn’t because I was doing Bussiness with this company, but a friend was banned for winning and this has passed in to all other companies he is out of Bussiness due to the ban.Zero Star for bet 365 would be more fitting.

Unbelievable to see this company taking advantage of customer If you have a player to have a shot 5 minutes into the game the player got injured and taken off immediately your game is marked red Paddy Power will void the player and your game is still on This company is fraud I’m going with paddy Power from now on People stay away from this criminals

Registered an account, made a wager in a bingo room and suddenly account becomes unusable. Contacted live chat who said account was banned and have no further information, i asked about getting a refund and basically said no refund whatsoever. Pretty scummy/scammy company if you ask me. Avoid if you value your money!

I don’t know why I gave bet365 so many chances to do better, but this has to be one of the worst platforms out there. Their customer support is atrocious, their loyalty to high paying customers is no where near rewarded like Stake.com does, if bet365 even rewards their users. Do yourself a favour and go with stake.com or another platform that will treat you right and reward you for your loyalty, what a lot of garbage this bet365 team and platform is.

You disgust me with 2000 pounds and not even a prize in thief conditions. I hope no one plays on this platform because it is a waste of time.

The deposit using Interac is quick i tried to take advantage of the match bet but they force you play in the Casino and you cannot even make sports bet until you have wagered like 40x your deposit in the casino. Anyhow i was unable to download their Bet365 Authenticator so i had to have them cancel my match bonus which they did. I immediately tried to withdraw the funds and what bothers me is that after you click the withdrawal there is nothing on their interface that shows your withdrawal so you contact Customer Service thru the bot chat first. Once you have located live chat they tell you it is being processed. So i wait 24 hours as suggested and they say the same thing next day. If they made the effort to process my withdrawal you usually get an email from Interac stating your transaction is in process. They are just holding my funds until either i give up or I forget about my funds or even worse I reverse the transaction expecting me to play on their site. Anyways it has been 3 days now and everyday i gotta go thru the same b.s. Unfortunately they are missing the bigger picture because if they were prompt on their withdrawals people like myself would write something nice. All of us Sports bettors like nothing better than quick no frills withdrawals. I did get my funds returned after I wrote this review. Took 3 1/2 days.

Utter crooks went to withdraw 6000 euro worth of wins tonight to previous uploaded wire bank details exact same as always and successfully used by other casinos today and yesterday to my pay me.45 minutes wasted in chat for them to fob me off by saying they sent an email to a department not good just wilfully withholding my winnings!

Cheating, Cheating, Cheating. Don’t invest money any beating apps like it…if you greed, you loss. Please avoid it all my BD people. Thanks.

0 stars… they don’t reward loyalty here at all they punish it. I use them regularly because they tend to offer the best odds on football markets and that what I like to have a little flutter on… I put lots of small acca bets on at £5 maximum. They continuously ban my account from receiving any free bets or bonuses or the free games they offer. When you contact customer service they just say this is a decision from our traders and cut the chat off…. Absolute shambles of a business… it’s like me going to Asda and buying all my shopping there and when they have a buy one get one free offer or something similar they tell me I’m not allowed the offer as I shop there all the time!!!

The company will rob you of your money. Sometimes when you withdraw they don’t even cash you out!! Don’t get me started on the customer service it’s a joke – absolutely ridiculous! Never am I using them again. I’m still chasing up funds that I am owed and getting absolutely no where with them do not use bet365.

Reply

This company banned me after a few modest wins. I have noticed they are now sponsoring videos on oddschecker.com. No surprise because they are pricing up races well in advance of other companies and if there is an obvious gamble taking place, they cut the odds – and the other bookies follow suit. That would be fine if people like me were allowed to access their early prices but we aren’t. They are killing horse racing.

They unsafe won’t allow me to remove my card also asked for days to close my account gets blanked I never been able to deposit makes it seem odd !

0 stars for this ridiculous company that restricts accounts and dont let you to bet.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Their service felt more like a gamble than a see bet. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve experienced unjust account restrictions and closures after a few modes wins, echoing a pattern of poor customer service. It’s clear at winning is penalized here. I’ve now turned to FXMP for better use of my money, where consistent returns and fair treatment are the norm, something bet365 has failed to do.

I have been using bet365 for a while. I like playing the Blue Wizard game. But recently something has changed on this game and it’s impossible to win. BONUS DO NOT PAY. If you are lucky enough to actually win the game takes it all back. I don’t mind losing but this company is brutal.SF

Reply

Account closed moments after opening and placing a bet – depriving me of the option to cash out the bet, which I’d only placed to take advantage of the new customer deal. No explanation provided and will only receive anything back if the bet wins.
