I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received when I needed it most. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure about what to do next, I strongly recommend reaching out to Mrs. Susan Kaplan. She has a way of turning difficult, stressful situations into clear and manageable steps—and that kind of guidance is truly invaluable.

Wanted to say that Gail at County Road William hill Liverpool is by far the most miserable manager you could meet. Doesn’t even say please or thank you and looks like she will bark at you any second.

Sue the manager at ainsdale , Southport branch has to be by far the worst manager off any shop in southport. After 10 complaints to her about the shop betting tanord that’s freezes, won’t take cash, her reply is that william hill have told her she is not allowed to turn it off or even put a out off order sign on it ( her actual words ) if that is true then william hill should hang there head in shame. Really nasty attitude towards customers , unhelpfull, talking to customers in the local village its the same answer People won’t go in the shop if Sue is in… disgracefully unhappy with the ainsdale, Southport branch

After losing a large sum to an elaborate cryptocurrency scam, I was devastated. I contacted a few “recovery services,” but they all felt shady—pressuring me into decisions and refusing to explain their methods. Then I found Mrs. Napua Francesca and everything changed.

Her team was different. They were patient, informative, and didn’t sugarcoat the situation. They laid out exactly how the process would work, what my odds were, and what their approach would be. Their communication was second to none. They followed through, checked in regularly, and gave me honest updates—even when the news wasn’t perfect.

It took about a month, but eventually, I got back a large portion of my stolen assets. I never thought I’d see it again. Their integrity was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise dark experience.

Just because someone doesnt want to use their service anymore they block them from all other providers. Poor customer service, no one wants to give answers to queries, just close the chat. Been with other providers for 15+ years, used William Hill for a couple of months and they have closed down all betting accounts and added to gamprotect list because i asked them to close my william hill acount and they refused repeatedly. I asked for the closure due to the poor sub standard customer service i received when enquiry in the chat about a promo i was no longer eligible for. When no answer was given, and the chat was repeatedly closed before i could ask them to elaborate on their copy and pasted message, i requested my account be closed and they remove my details, they refused. Eventually i thought this was resolved, only to find out they have added me to gamprotect and blocked me using any other gambling site. I have depression and anxiety which i stated to them, i believe this is discrimination due to my disability. I have never shown “worrying gambling behvaiour” and gamble only when and what i can afford to lose and only as a recreation activity and to help with social isolation. A company claiming to care about the welfare of the people who use its service, this does not show that. This shows a money hungry company who only want you to gamble if its through them, and they will stop you from gambling elsewhere if you try.

Awful, It’s a complete scam, has the features ready to pop on 10p a spin and you have have to spend atleast £30 to trigger them and you don’t even win money you put in back. Just william hill scamming customers to make sure they get their money back. £530 down since opening account and the most I’ve ever won is £30. Save your money and stay away from these complete scammers.

Withdrawal via faster payment stuck on processing. Contacted customer support every day, told the same thing. Payment team is looking into it. Support manager dane gave me personal assurance, to no avail. Every day same thing via chat, the only way it seems you can get in touch. So many 1 star reviews. Like others been with them years, but after i eventually get my withdrawal that is it. Use this site at your peril. All good till something goes wrong.

Well read the reviews, didn’t think WH would have bad reviews being a famous but unfortunately there like must of the other online bookies with offers, there’s one boost a day, which is less then a new site I’ve found, clue there orange and fly planes likewise got a email taking offer away, well bye then, gambling commission should clamp down on them!

Reply

Do not give your personal information out to “their customer service team” your information is being sold and used for fraud. They are asking for information from already verified accounts. Close your account and report this to your local police department.

Reply

Used for years with no issue until recently Every single time I deposit now it waits until it has my money then blocks me from placing bets or making withdrawal and so I have to contact customer services every single time This is where it gets really bad as the only option is to use the online chat and they just ignore your issues or refuse to answer simple questions or help then they end the chat so have to start whole process over again Avoid these now as whatever changes they have applied is ALL negative

Reply

Slow bet processing and limited esport markets. Bet365 much better experience. Some good offers though

1st time ever had to contact CS, last time and account closed, why? My account is verified years ago i had an old debit card on there owing to the local branch closure of the bank I moved accounts and forgot to delete the card,I only had a small win under 100 pounds well under and when I tried to withdraw it split the money to the old card and new one.The online chat does not allow bigger Font so it was impossible to follow the chat and the automated service was just doing the same thing over and oversent off an email instead and no reply, finally got the online chat to work 1st person put me over to another person.. went straight into details of all cards and ID. The account was verified years ago it was utterly useless and pointless. The site alone is clunky and so dated, its a total shambles will never use them again, for such a large company that website is an utter disgrace. So it appears William Hill has stopped other forms of contact apart from Live Chat or X. When I complained to 2nd opinion the reply was in a font under 10, and the person had clearly not read the email, It was “Contact live chat”. Every single CS contact now is just a complete shambles, They really cant hide the fact they do not care. I’ve made contact with the Gambling commission now, I’ve done everything requested and still nothing back from them.

!!! WARNING: DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL !!!1) I opened my account in October 2024, using their advertised sign up offer.2) I deposited £10, and after 2 bets, ended up with a balance of £25.3) My account then randomly gets PERMANENTLY banned, for reasons unknown (and won’t be explained by them).4) They are still to this day (4 months later at the point of posting this review), holding my £25 to ransom for random degrading photos (a selfie of me holding a bill, then a selfie of me holding my William Hill username on a piece of paper, etc). Every time I send them a photo they come up with another random photo that they want. They are literally robbing me of my £25.I’ve quoted The Gambling Commission below to them, but they just ignore any line of questioning and send standard template replies just insisting on more photos…”A customer request to withdraw funds must not result in a requirement for additional information to be supplied as a condition of withdrawal, if the operator could have reasonably requested that information earlier.”I’ve also asked them what crime I am suspected of committing, and they ignore me, just repeatably asking for more photos. What sort of crime involves making £15 profit? They literally have selfies of me and my ID’s, what sort of master criminal hands over their ID, etc?? Their conduct does not make any sense, other than a way for them to rob us of our money. As I said in my last reply to them, I could walk into any of their high street betting shops and spend and win/lose as much as I like, without any of this corruption, or being treated like a criminal.I am now taking this further with IBAS and The Gambling Commission.I will keep this review updated as the case continues.I will stress this again…!!! WARNING: DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL !!!
