PLEASE AVOID THIS BETTING SITE. They are Absolute waste of time and a pathetic betting site. I jointed the site and tried to put a simply bet. I picked 4 horses and tried to put 6x£3 doubles and 4x £2 trebles. But the site would not allow me to put this simple bet on. It kept on automatically populating my bets with £10 win bets and only would allow me to put fourfold. I wasted 1 hour on their live chat system and got even more frustrated with the nonsense responses. I simply withdraw my deposit and gave up on them. I suggest you don't get involved with this site.

I deposited 1.1k and instantly suspended my account. I contacted live support to enquire why, and they stated it was the safer gambling team. I asked for a timeframe of this being completed, one could not be given. Once my account is un-suspended I will close my account and use another bussiness. If I don't receive my money which is rightfully mine, I suggest to everyone start a complaint, contact your bank and start a chargeback all payments you have not received.They lock your account and keep your money. Absolute joke of a company. I suggest midnite start taking these reviews seriously, look at your overall rating... It's not just me.

I'm totally lost for words I have just experienced the most disgusting misconduct ever, last night I had started playing on midnite and like most players lost and my deposits doubled and continued. Shortly after midnite emailed me offering an affordability questionnaire of course for legal reasons and in terms • 3.3.3 of their t&cs it states "if midnite believes that a players gambling will cause them financial or personal difficulties midnite reserves the right to close their midnite account" at that point midnite should have closed and frozen my account after the deposits doubled and continued after that email, however, this was not the case and the account was not closed. Bearing in mind my details are already on multiple databases such as GamProtect which is supposed to stop players like myself from using their products and services. Well apparently midnite does not care enough to use these databases and allow their vulnerable customers to go willy nilly and play as they wish. After TRYING to speak with a customer services member over webchat I asvised them as to whats happened and they responded with a copy and paste of a section of their terms and conditions of course which literally states they were in the wrong! I follow the response by asking a question and the chat was closed and ended on me after I had asked a question that was ignored. I am apawled and disgusted by the service that has been provided and the non exsistent care you give to your vulnerable players.The extremely rude webchat advisor raised a complaint for me however 8 weeks is a limit set by the financial conduct authority and gambling commission so to not make the situation worse to prove more how much misconduct has gone on here id like a response in the next 3 working days.Yours.Thomas

However I have no issue with them at all.I have decided to leave a review is after reading the other 1 star reviews about this bookmaker.I have used Midnite for a few weeks now and I have not encountered any problems. I have deposited and withdrawn with no problems. I have been asked to verify my identity which was easy and fast. There are 1 star reviews on here from quite frankly absolute imbecile. As you can see from posts, this company cannot be trusted as a gambling company and cannot be trusted with a correct duty of care for customers.They let me deposit over £1000 over a 2 week period.Then at midnight (no pun intended) they phoned, had a 5 minute conversation and closed my account.I had the displeasure and waste of time called Krieger who assured me they would investigate the whole procedure from start to finish.And who after 3 months internal investigation they cleared themselves.They tried to ban my comment 2 weeks ago from here.I have given them opportunity to reimburse some of my money, before unleashing their own Governance on them, but they've refused.Im already on high risk and they did no pre financial checks, but were happy to take my money I will make them accountable and hopefully people seeing these reviews will keep them from going near this Site.

I can only comment on my own experience with Midnite. I signed up, deposited £10 and received the free offers. Everthing has gone smoothly. Very good offers for new customers. Had to provide passport and address proof, and this was verified in under an hour. There were no issues withdrawing money.No issues at all. I feel sorry for people who have had bad experiences, but they are not all bad.

It’s now been 4 days since the site stole my money. £570 in the balance and they just froze my account even after passing level 3 verification previously. Apparently it’s been dealt with by another department . They tell you to go to live chat that doesn’t work and emailing is pointless. Ive never experienced anything like it. I’ve done nothing wrong yet been treated by a criminal. Get ready for the ‘please contact live chat’ reply. It’s total rubbish. Do not use this site no matter what you think about the promos. Have a decent win and trust me you will regret it.

The odds on horse racing for this company are woeful. Normally a point or so lower on most horses on each race with no offer to take SP or best odds on Uk horse racing. I contacted their customer service who were very nice but did nothing about the issues I raised.

Verification took seconds to upload driving licence and energy bill, it took 3 minutes for the documents to be verified. Great range of slot games, I did win quite a lot and was a little worried about withdrawing. I cashed out £4500 and this took 4 hours on a bank holiday to arrive in my bank. rigged casino, money goes so fast with no wins iv lost £140 over 2 days with about 1 hour of gameplay on 20p and 40p stakes, i deposit between £10 and £20 a time and its usually gone within 5 minutes scam site , went on live chat to delete my account which was told to message via email and i will get a reply within 1 month?. don’t waste your time and money , these companies need to be banned , seems like all complaints get the same reply of come back to the website to live chat to probably bait people in with a bonus of some kind knowing full well they will get some extra cash from punters

I registered, deposited £20, had a good few hours play on the casino and ended up on £150. It was up to £180 at one point. Decided to withdraw the £150 that same day. I visited the site again the next day and discovered they have a free daily scratch card but I was unable to find it. I contacted support via live chat and also email to be informed there were restrictions placed on my account and that I wouldn't be able to play the free daily scratch card or take part in any future Midnite promos. I now can't trust the site and won't be going back.

Account was closed with no reasoning within hours of opening with an unsettled bet. I received absolutely no communication about this through email, so I spoke to a representative on live chat who repeatedly said that they refuse to disclose any reasoning behind the closure. Eventually the representative offered to refund my £10 bet to my card, however had I not reached out and pushed for it I am certain they would have been perfectly happy to keep my funds. There is a reason so many reviews are negative, there are loads of far better bookies out there - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Signed up and all seemed great, starting doing their signup offer and got restricted in the middle of doing this, then got asked to provide documents to just keep my account open and the restrictions would stay in place! Absolutely shocking to restrict someone in middle of a signup with absolutely no reasoning at all but expect you to still bet with them! Think I’ll take my business elsewhere

I am glad I did not read the reviews, before using them. (I normally do). I NEVER EVER go out of my way to do reviews but after (incredibly - he and his friends will never use it again!) a recommendation I tried this account out and the ONLY reason why it appealed was the immediate nature of withdrawals BUT they are the WORST business I have ever dealt with and have harassed me continuously asking me for a mass of data and I lost approx £500 and they said to me yesterday that there would be no more hassle and the ‘matter was closed’ but today on Easter Monday when I sit here at Chepstow racecourse they have mailed me to say that they have been ringing me and my account is only ‘withdrawal only’ as I picked a 14-1 winner.They are a disgrace and I usually do KYC on betting companies and should have come here - more fool me!!AVOID - PLEASE TRUST ME!

Thought oh no.... going to have to do the verification dance....Wasn't until I read another review saying his withdrawal was through within 30mins.... checked my bank... and had already received it. Only signed up last week, had no issues seeing i always verify before making a deposit, one would of thought that was common sense! had to put 5 stars, to try and cancel some of the haters! would however give 4 stars anyway.Just would like to see a search button and a few more providers. Runs smoothly, no technical issues and made a withdrawal yesterday which is already safely in my bank! happy days.

Do not give your money to this company!!! It started out fine, I’ve been with them for about a year. Placing small bets and occasional blackjack. Throughout my time with them, they’ve every so often requested documents from me, asking for income/wageslips etc. I’ve always provided these, and my account has been unlocked. Now, two weeks ago, then blocked my account when I had a live bet (so I still have no idea of the outcome.) they asked for my bank statements and ID, I provided this. Nothing to hide! Now they’ve closed my account stating ‘Thanks for your patience whilst we reviewed your source of funds, unfortunately based on the provided information we have made the decision to keep your account closed’. I think they basically haven't reviewed my bank statements yet and because I raised a formal complaint, they’ve decided to close my account just to get me off their back, as I’ve been chasing them for two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone, loads of better sites out there, the bigger ones, who don’t request bank statements and even if they did, it wouldn’t take them 2 weeks to review. Jokers of a company * addition to their reply - no point going to their website chat or emailing, never respond. Just say ‘we’re reviewing this’. Took them two weeks before and only got a response because I kept chasing and raised a formal complaint, which hasn’t even been acknowledged.
