Simply tried to sign up and I’m being turned away because they don’t accept my identification and in the same breath saying GOV.UK does not recognize the Citizencard? when it’s clearly approved by the Home Office (GOV.UK) which I stated and this is the response I received “We understand it” basically that means no matter what I said right or wrong they were not willing to help me and that’s terrible customer service referring me to the terms and conditions on which I accepted when I signed up? implying I should of known beforehand? Citizencard is legitimate identification for the UK! nit everyone drives or goes abroad! the Citizencard is perfectly acceptable day to day identification! Casumo accepted it back in 2018! terrible attitude towards me not willing to help me or nothing!

So thought I’d give them a try all good until they suspended my account and asked for verification. Sent them my driving licence and a shot of a statement showing my address and it was the dated for Feb 2024. They then ask for a PDF copy. I don’t think so as that would show financial stuff. Very dodgy, avoid at all costs.

They take your money and then ask you to verify your account but then refuse your government approved identification although that is what is required! As a matched better I’ve taken advantage of Midnite often. I took so-so value from a matched betting point of view for almost a year to keep them giving me free bets. It was very rare I had to contact customer service to get a free bet credited to my account. Once they sent the gubbing email I smashed some BIG arbs and was quickly blocked from any real bet. Fair enough. Thanks for the free money for almost zero effort Zero issues with withdrawals. Minimal issues with the decent weekly free bet offers. Customer service was always quite positive No real complaints. If Midnite want to hire a bum to freeze bets on their site when the odds switch and will cost them a lot of money with people arbing them, let me know

Reading through the reviews was very hesitant making an account, had slight issues getting verified but once I did no issues with the company so far. Deposits and withdrawals fine, mostly receive payment within a couple of hours. Website is good and easy to use and loads of promos

They’ve suddenly locked my account after a deposit without saying why?!? They’ve blocked even the withdrawals which is ILLEGAL and the customer service they were just sending you away saying there is a “team” dealing with this and they can’t provide a time frame when the problem will be solved or say exactly what’s the problem! Do not use this company!!! They are scammers!!! Joined, I was verified, won £700 then my account was suspended! I was never even informed by email or any other correspondence from this company that my account had been suspended or the reason why. I only found out when I tried to login. Went on the live chat several times and it was a complete waste of time they just fob you off saying the responsible team are looking into it – I have still never been told why the account was suspended. Have also sent numerous emails to support@midnite – total waste of time! I also have not had my money sent to my bank account. This has dragged on for nearly a week and nobody from Midnite has contacted me regarding this matter! They seem to think they can keep a hold of my money without a reason! I have made a complaint to the gambling commission but this will take weeks/months to sort out but I hope in the end they shut these rats down! Deposited £50 won a couple bets withdrew the money and woke up to an email to verify my account so I thought okay fine sent in passport, driving licence and me holding my passport they wanted a picture of my card now I deposited via revolut which in my case is a virtual card through the app they were happy taking my money through this but sending it back seems to be a massive issue they’ve currently got £50 of my money that they say they’re holding even though I’ve sent in the documents they require I am contacting my bank instead for the money back as midnite customer service are rude this company deserves no business and hopefully will go bust one day when the authorities find out how they work

Joined today, 4 bets 3 winners. Up a few quid nothing major and account suspended and had to send bank statements for full month of February. Site is actually good, but going by my experience and these reviews I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away. Typical lower grade betting site, it’s fine to loose but not win.

WARNING!!!!!Do not use this company, You will spend all of your time chasing them to get your documents verified and your funds sent back. I deposited and won a small amount of money, they locked my account and said they needed to speak to me, I waited and waited for the call which never happened. I went on their live chat for 2 hours and an operator called John left me waiting for ages, before telling me they are busy and could not give me any timescale for a call back, despite being informed 4 hours earlier that they would call me this evening. With disappointment I asked for the account to be closed and my balance sent back. I was informed that my account was closed but they will only send my balance back when they had reviewed the account. Signup was easy, voluntarily uploaded documents to get verified. I was verified within 30mins. Easy to use interface. Withdrawals are instant which is a big bonus. Now for the but. From time to time they lock you out from betting for 5mins. I mean what is that all about? Encourage you to bet more by emailing offers and having weekly reward clubs. Then when you take part regularly as they have encouraged you, they send an email saying you’re banned from all future promotions. Only been singed up for about 6 weeks, what a poor way to treat a customer that you are making money from.
