Really good bet exchange. My favourite bit about Matcbook is their unique Enhanced Specials which provide a lay market to adhoc boost markets created by bookies, I.e. player X to have 1 SoT boosted to 2.0.

I’ve made £330 in almost a month, never done anything like this before. Had a few mistakes but the live chat has helped to correct them. Top tip, read instructions more than once, and make you lay the bets with the exchanges. Not back

What a nightmare to try and sign back in to an account I had not used for a while!! I closed my original account and started again as they requested a massive amount of personal information which was ridiculous just for using my account again. They would probably sell this at some stage!

As a matched bettor this was my favourite exchange and the only one I’d used. Around two years in they sent me an email for some additional information as part of enhanced due diligence which was copies of bank statements and screen prints from my other betting accounts showing net deposits etc… at the time this made perfect sense to me, they’re just checks to prevent Fraud and Money Laundering etc… So I provided the information immediately. They asked for some additional which I provided and I genuinely thought nothing else of it. Then an email arrived to say my account has been closed, no option to appeal and they can’t tell me why. Clearly I failed the enhanced due diligence but as a low level matched bettor who sent all evidence over to prove this, I’m at a loss at how they decided that I’m a risk. Either their enhanced due diligence processes are not fit for purpose, or the agents processing cases are not doing their job correctly. Its a shame because its a good exchange but if I were you, I’d just save the effort and go straight to BetDaq or Pocketbet who also offer 0%.

A well run exchange with good support and very little downtime. Liquidity is improving all the time and has surpassed the likes of Betdaq which is promising and are 2nd only to Betfair. Free API usage along with this makes them a top recommendation.

Opened an account a while ago used now and again.Logged in today deposited went to play slots “user blocked” pops up, go on chat and advised i will get an email to unblock me but couldnt give me a timeframe, i withdrew my deposit which was approved then got an email within 2 minutes saying my accounts fully active, go back 10 minutes later and my account is now closed. Shambles of custoner service but at least i got my deposit back

Decent exchange but not as good as Betfair as fewer markets, worse prices and fewer offers. 2 stars because despite their claim of 30x wagering requirement on their introductory casino offer it is in effect 60x. Their terms and conditions are very clever to hide this fact. I would advise any customers to avoid this offer and keep your money in your pocket.

The betting experience has been positive, and I particularly love the Matchbook Zero feature due to its no-commission policy on winning bets.However, I have noticed a room for improvement in the live baseball betting aspect. There have been instances where the markets for baseball close when the games go live, and occasionally they reappear.It would be highly appreciated if the live baseball betting experience could be enhanced to match the level of quality and convenience offered for soccer. This would greatly enhance the overall user experience.If baseball can have similar live experience as soccer, that would be really great.

After a take a break period matchbook didn’t allow me to deposit. So because I’m a responsible gambler it might be they don’t want your business?Will complain to gambling commission. In my opinion this is a sinister twist on new legislation. Also…are all these 5 star reviews for real?…come on….

Great site only issue I like the in play market on the football it’s very limited ones with no green market you can’t even access the marker which is awful to lay out its win or loose which the exchange is not about that

I’d like to say, as a relatively long term player, I am totally amazed at how fast bank transfers go after i request, some are instant. I get emails asking me if i’m ok with betting losses, which overall i’m up, but I think is a good thing they keep an eye on loses as a responsible site. Overall, I think they are a solid, fair company and with the fastest deposit and withdrawal speed, wont be going elsewhere….

Trash websites, it doesn’t even let you bet. I was trying place some lay bets but it didn’t let me and they also lied about their promotions. do yourself a favour and avoid this scam website.
