Not enough money in the pool. Poor odds. Live casino is good fun. Live chat is manned so no wait. In the stone age when it comes to withdrawals, with 3 to 5 working days to hit you debit card

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Terrible customer service and the verification process isn't possible if you bank online. As I couldn't be verified (due to not having a utility bill in my name/address or having a high street bank statement) my account was closed and the money I deposited was stolen. Never had this problem with Betfair Exchange and Smarkets.

I've never experienced such a pretend betting exchange. They don't offer prices. Right now ATP and WTA has resumed after 6 month layoff and former number 1 tennis players are playing currently and there's no prices offered. The NBA play offs are on too and prices are disappearing on site. The in play aspect is non existent. This product has gone down hill so much. I'll be closing my account and moving to a real betting exchange. Even smarkets operates better than matchbook.

i think they've been great in handling my account as i didn't operate for months because i couldn't send my Documents for verifications but once sent it took about four days to get the account up and running with the lads on the Live chat have been very helpful i couldn't ask for more.

Terrible shocking, I went through all the drama of sending in proof of ID, for them to suspend my account weeks later & now tell me i need to show my income, last 3 wage slips,they have the audacity especially when the UK gambling commision has suspended there license due to fraud & the ceo has resigned.

I would give you five. It's a great service. I just don't like the commision of 4 % for non UKs. I understand the Covid situation was tough, so that might be the reason. Just my insight.

Are they paying people to leave reviews? All the 5 star reviews from people with only 1 sentence? In guessing they've not actually placed a bet seeing as its an exchange and there is no liquidity!!!!! That's quite a big deal in my book!!!! But hey keep up with the 5 star reviews though jfc. How can you rate an exchange great when there's no liquidity??
