It’s been two months now since my account was locked without any reason. They requested that I submit documents for verification and ever since, nothing has been done. They locked the account with funds inside. Please, if you are in Nigeria or any Africa country, run from Marathonbet because they will lock your account the moment you have funds in it and their support will not respond to you.

Worst live support and company ever. My withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours and I tried to ask their live chat support for assistance. Their live chat just repeating the same script for asking my security question before they can handle my request, no matter what I said to them that I don’t remember the answer and how to request for re-set the question. What I want from them is to proceed the withdrawal or at least tell me why they are holding it. I just received their email they required me a customer verification ( which I believe I already did all those during account opening), they asked me to upload the documents through the web-site, but that button just doesn’t appear, and couldn’t get any reply from their customer support. That’s what happen to me after I won $10000

This is a pure scam site, please don't use it. First I deposited 50,000 Naira which was never reflected in my betting account and my bank account was debited. I contacted them and they asked for the payment slip which I sent to them, but they still didn't do anything about it. I deposited another 25,000 Naira thinking maybe the first deposit was my bank issue and the fund would be reversed. I traded with the 25,000 Naira and the fund turned 57,000 Naira within 3 days and then tried to withdraw. Only for them to reject my withdrawal and asked me to send my ID, deposit slips, proof of address, which I did. They replied after like 4 days that I should take a pix with my ID in one hand and a 4-digit number they sent to me to be written on paper and hold the two close to my face in the picture, which I also did. They would reject and ask me to take another one and they would reject and they kept rejecting the picture telling me the quality is not good enough and blocking my account. They are thieves and scammers. Don't use them.

If it was possible I would give them 0 stars,very useless site,when u start winning just know you are their enemy.Just to withdraw $80 they took 2 weeks+,at the end of the day they seized it all.After doing a useless id check,closed my account and used their terms and conditions as an excuse.Why didn't they tell me to verify bfor I ever deposited,the law clearly states if a site is able to verify once one registers they shouldn't use it as a means to hold ones money.PLEASE DONT EVER REGISTER ON THIS SITE!

Fastest withdrawal I have ever experienced. Less than 1 minute. Great slots which I haven't seen on other sites. The slots are quite entertaining not like others that just go dum dum dum. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn't give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus's for at least half your waged money then give you bonus's for next to nothing an example of this is.... Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. This company closed my account because I was not meeting 'responsible gaming requirements' they claim they use to prevent 'problem gambling'.Sure, I've stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I'm not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don't think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. I suppose I'll use another company. One that actually has an email or chat function.[Edit] Oh wow, after reading recent reviews (which are almost all 1 star) seems I dodged a bullet with this company

The usual game i play has been back on site 3 deposits on this and only a 40p win??? Really. Seems being of the site the RTP is 0.

Couldn’t give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they can’t even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Almost 48 hours later I’m still being told that it is being investigated by the sports team, some sports team they must have not knowing the result of one of the biggest sporting events of the weekend. Avoid this company!

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.

I deposit 3000through UPI .but not credit to my account.i sent many mails to support and screenshot but no reply from team... This happens twice...if they want to close company then close it permanently... not to disturb public time only in withdrawal and deposit...
