Just adding to what looks like strings of poor reviews recently. I use coral sparingly but not anymore, deposited £25 x 3 last night and it was saying declined by bank but it has actually come out. They are saying there is a problem and money will be deposited in 24 hours. So not my fault but i am £75 down and not even any good will gestures because i don't qualify? what qualify? you have taken £75 and have technically issue that is in no way my fault yet there is no sense of good will at this company. Always thought the mobile site is poor and slow too, you would not get this at William hill and skybet they would care about customers and want them to return, never again

I firmly believe the 'free to play' slots tournament is a complete con. How is it people manage to score 1200+ or 1300+ points? The highest score I've ever had was just over 300 and I thought I'd done well. To score 1200 or 1300+ they must be getting the bonus game on every of the 30 spins or win top wins on every spin. I was play for a few years and today I go to sign in to be told my account has been suspended and to get my account reactived I need to take a selfie of my self holding my documentation. I don’t even take photos for my self let alone strangers with my I’d. The staff member took my money without explaining different options.
I won the get but staff told me I hadn't won because I'd put it on wrong

As someone who only uses the SPORTS part of Coral I fail to understand all the negativity. They have honoured all promotions I`ve used. Winnings are paid quickly and withdrawals are not an issue. I feel like something has to be done about sites like this. My boyfriend had a gambling problem which I thought he was over (I know this isn't anyone's fault before I go further) but has not. He just gambled away his entire months wage over a couple of days with coral and now can't pay his bills, and now it's got to that stage he's tried to harm himself. I contacted coral about it and got his account closed but all I really heard from them after that was that they're under no obligation to give any money back. While I do understand this it's crazy that they allow someone to gamble that much without asking questions and I would have hoped they might have given something back.

For the record, I have written this review through my boyfriend's email that was linked to his account so that coral know what I'm talking about when they come looking.

Why I have to even give it a single star! Shocking service in Lewisham branch for two days on the trot. Have in a slip, staff told me the price on my slip was not valid, I said fine what is the price? Was given a bug undercut and then they said SP only, gave me the slip back and returned to texting. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in regards to payment issues and they are unbelievable for telling lies I have lots of screenshoted evidence of lies and.
I am SELFEXCULED and have been since 2012 coral confirmed this for me.
But lastweek I noticed around £900 of me money disappeared after I done I bit homework I turns out coral have been taken transactions for around 4-5months. They told me this is impossible so I sent the evidence didn't here back so after I rang I have twice been promised by 2 mangers and giving there word of a call back I still 1week later have no call back and still haven't got my funds back. This is, without doubt, the worst bookmaking website bar none. In fact, it's actually one of the worst website experiences on the internet. In my opinion as a user, this website is totally unfit for sports betting purposes and provides a highly frustrating experience that is far from enjoyable. It shows a complete disregard and contempt for customers who, lets be honest, are the people paying for this.
If I could give zero stars for this, I most definitely would. Get it sorted.
On my other issue, of fixed slots, I keep seeing a reply from Coral to bad reviews of, "We appreciate that it can be frustrating when you feel as if you've not had a win in a while, however the amount you stake or the number of bets you place does not change the outcome of the game – the random number generator (RNG) remains constant and impartial."
If this were the truth…then why is there the option, on many slot games, to pay a slightly higher stake-per-spin to receive a "bonus boost" that offers double the chance of a bonus on each spin. Surely, it is impossible to control the rate of bonuses in a genuinely randomly generated game. Coral have shot themselves in the foot with this feature as it proves they have full ability to control and manipulate the outcome. This feature and the illegal ramifications of it have now been passed to the Gambling Commission for investigation.

Ok honest review, site csn be very buggy and a bit sluggish to use on mobile phones, the site though is easy to navigate and bright, The football odds are fine but in play caah out can be low compared with other sites. The casjno is easy to access but am unsure why they still let playtech host games, playtech for me are very untrustworthy with there software highly suspicious. For me 100% manipulated. Also the daily game reward grabber is fun but can be bugged occasionally. Now the biggest letdown is there generosity when things go wrong, other sites can reward you but coral are very tight fisted on giving anything.
