Horrendous company. Rob, steal and cheat their customers.Stole £200 off me claiming they forgot to turn a market in play and so voided bet. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Worst site ever existed. For starters, sites always freezing where litterly you have to keep restarting your phone everytimr you come on this site as it messes with your whole Internet browser. Absolute joke it is. Most times it vN take up2 20 minutes from the minute your logged onto the site to play one lousy game for them only to get all your money from you. Crazy. I've closed my account because they deliberately put £100 limit per month on my account without any permission, i really think they are ripping people off on the games, time for someone to report it to the gambling commission as I think they are getting away with it. The gambling commission needs to go undercover they really do, and they can if someone reports it. I've spoken to them already and they will look into it.

The game I was playing is broken and it took nearly £400 extra from me for no reason and they wont fix it. Played in poker tournament. Come 7th and got put through to another then I came 4th and they put me in another then another I was first this was called phase 1 then they put me in another which was phase 2 I came 1st and then went straight through to phase 3 after phase 3 is was the final phase. Really long. I was playing for hours. Only 4 players were left in phase 3 and I lost from some 1 who had 3 of a kind and I had a straight. Even after all them hours of playing and coming 1st in the other tournaments I didn't even get a penny. They don't let you see the last winning cards. It's a big scam.
Same as all the other games. Slots tournament is a joke. Most you can win is between 50p and £2 and that £2 is hard to win but when it's starts you'll see people have hit over a 1000 points. Just spent £80 on 1 game slots and i might as well have burnt the money. Logged out and in to try and get the Random Number generator (rigged to hell) to change but no. Not even a win over a £1, most of the turns at 20p a go returned nothing. The gambling commission need to check the RNG out, but dont count on it as I reckon Coral has got them in their pockets or they are asleep on the job. I have never witnessed a gaming machine pay so little out unless its rigged. Surely there should be a certain percentage payout, in this case it must be 1% if your lucky. Most gaming machines have a payout of around the 70% mark. if that was the case my £80 would have returned at least 56 to 60 pounds, instead of nil. Worst site ever. Gamble here at your peril. Will complain to the gambling commission about the poor percentage payout. dont bother replying with your garbage about your rigged generator.
