I've had an account with coral but haven't played for a number of years.. deposited £622 on Thursday and had a big win on the slots, withdrew £7520. The money was in my bank account Saturday morning.. time to close my account and run for the hills

Played the rewards grabber daily since January (218 times) and never had a single win. Nobody is that unlucky. It's a complete con job and Coral are the only bookie to rip their customers off in this way. They need reporting, bunch of crooks.

Finally! I now know why things have been different on the slots this year - its because there has been a pending investigation into coral’s owners. It feels good knowing i was right and that something definitely was wrong with the slots - they were taking us for what they could as they knew a hefty fine was coming. Unbelievable

I've just found out that entain owners of CORAL and LADBROKES have finally been fined by the gambling commission 17.2 million pounds for systemic failings by the online customer service for multiple breaches of the gambling code of conduct it's about time they have treated customers weather large and small gambling like cash machines for to long it feels good to know my case against coral was a small part of that 17.2 million pound fine all I have to do now is start my own legal action against coral now that it's been confirmed they are guilty good day

Im so so so tired of losing constantly - lost a few grand in the last couple month.Rarely even get a bonus game and when i do its paltry amounts that i win - today was £4 from £1 spins. They say its a game of chance but if that was the case then at some point in the last 2 and a half months i should of got an ok win. Between £30 and £200 per day for 2 and a half months, and £1 spins. Biggest withdrawal ive had is £200. Very rare that my balance goes over 100£ - (I buy in in multiples of £30 however ive cut back lately to £25 or even £20) probably happened 4 or 5 times - out of hundreds of deposits thats grim.It never use to be like this - i would say as recently as last year it was quite an even and regular pattern of winning and losing but even when you had a bad streak you would still get bonus games with half decent wins but when you decide to play on you end up losing it. Now however you dont even get that - it just gulps your money down doesnt even give you 5 minutes entertainment and when you do get a bonus game and think your luck could be in you win paltry amounts. I actually won 25p in 1 bonus game (£1 spins) then scored another bonus game and won 75p - wtaf man!? When your thousands down already thats just a final insult. Heaven knows how many lives are being ruined thanks to these. Its just not fair anymore.However its only fair that i mention that i have had luck with coral in the past - ive won £1k-£1200 a good few times (i do spend thousands aswell though). Back then the system was more fair and predictable - you lost some and then you would win some, all or more back. But now its just take take take. Asked a chat host for help but because he did not understand he ran away from the room! I have sent 8 (yes 8) emails to customer services and received 8 replies, all different all incoherent and each one of them blaming me for their error! I give up and will not be going back here. Please employ customer service staff who can actually understand an issue! Avoid this site at all costs!

I’m a online casino reviewer and I can confirm coral and gala who are connected are the worse odds RNG out of all I’ve tried and tested in last 4 months between the two sites I have deposited and lost £8k I know it’s that much because I deliberately set up loss limit. Has a reviewer I understand you should play for fun and gamble responsible but when u don’t even win even 10 per cent of deposit it’s not good please find one where it’s odds most American slot sites are still odds not rng therefore you have more chance of winning lottery than on rng slots.

Really disappointed in Coral. I've been with the site for years. I made 2 deposits. One £20 went through no problem. I played this and decided I would bet another £20. This £20 did not reflect on my balance. After 5 days of back and forth to live chat and email with proof of the deposit I was pushed from pillar to post. My bank provided me with codes to pass onto coral...after all this time I was told they could not locate said codes when it was in black and white...they then said they would like the codes and proof in pdf format. I'm sorry but...you got the codes direct from my bank , these were provided so you could locate the payment. Horrible customer service. I've now escalated this with my bank after a whole week of incompetence. I'm expecting my bank to get back to me within 10 days and have sent them screenshots of all chat logs with coral. Please don't reply with your s h I t e , because it doesn't wash. Will also be passing this on to the gambling commission. Good day to you. P•S , why are these crooks not being investigated? I will be going to the local media just to highlight the issue. * Was a loyal customer* All for £20. We could have avoided this review.?

Ok I have to start by saying I did win a fair amount recently. I must also add that there has been a clear change in the slots for sure (i have played here for over 6 years). There was never any blatantly obvious pattern on any games I played but over the last few month I have seen a vary clear pattern. A pattern that baits you in, you don't see it until your about £40-£60 in a slot but it's clearly there. Letters and wilds and such being just one off on a regular basis???? This for sure didn't happen before. Like I said I come from a point where I did get super lucky and win. Never again, the thievery stops here!!!I have been going into Betting shops for 40 years, although in recent years less and less frequently as they simply don't hold any appeal, in fact probably only go in a few times a year now, but I would like to relay to you my most recent experience in attending a Coral's Betting shop, 24/7/2022, as I hope it will sound as a warning bell and prevent you making the same mistake I made.I went into the shop with the intention of only have a few bets at Uttoxeter and spending at most £20, but boredom crept in and I decided to play a fiver on the slots on the FOBT's machine, I v rarely do this as in ALL previous occasions it simply goes straight through the fiver or tenner I put in, no features, no enjoyment, etc, but on this occasion I got irritated and five pounds quickly escalated to £10, to £20, then £50, not one decent win (bet had increased to £1 a spin).I therefore changed tack and decided to play the £2 a go Key bet roulette. I decided to play until I got a winner, I had several numbers covered to varying amounts. Some as low as 20p, some for a bit more. Well to cut a long story short, after over 2 hours of continual play, I had done 450 spins, lost £900 and didn't get a single win during this time. So 0.00% return on what is advertised as a 70% return minimum. I suppose I should have stopped a lot earlier, but the intention was to stop at a winner, which never came.To be completely frank, I consider this as theft, plain and simple. How these thieves, cheats and charlatans are allowed to operate these disgusting, vile and very clearly dishonest machines is beyond me, but this is downright legalised theft to another level completely.In all my 40 years of attending betting shops, this has been my worst and my distressing experience ever and I don't think I will ever go into a betting shop again. Needless to say, I got very little sleep last night and have been deeply troubled by the incident ever since (even though I can afford it), it's not the point. 450 spins and no win, just consider that point and it could easily be you, if you're a compulsive gambler like I am.I feel wretchedly sick about this and this will scar me forever more when I think about bookmakers. A bunch of useless people that lie, after contacting them about a problem in app, they told me my problem has been resolved and to reload the app. And when I do, the same problem persists. Two days later I still have the same problem, so I contacted them again and they kept me waiting 40 minutes only to tell me the problem has been resolved and to reload the app. Surprise surprise, I did that and the problem is still there. Absolute bunch of itios that work here and don't know what they are doing. I highly recommend bet365.

It's getting ridiculous now, I'm not even getting a bonus, ive had one bonus in over 1800 spins and it was £0 surely my rng isn't that bad? Deposited over €1200 in the past few weeks and not once have I been up? I'm not asking to win thousands or even hundreds, people are working hard for there money and want a decent game time, coral have really gone down hill I'm not sure how this rng works or they can set it for individual people but surely my rng isn't that bad?surely this needs to be looked into I can't imaging how many people out there that are playing coral and just losing everything because that rng is terrible

THIEVES!!!!Taken £85 from bank account and claiming they never, sent them screenshots, went onto chat to be told more lies about it and said they had technical issues, well sorry but no technical issues should take money from people's bank accounts, so after the chat session i tried logging into account and they had closed it all because i complained and asked why money gone out my account, will be advised legal action against this shocking company as its basically fraud what they have done,
