I would give it-15 if I could.I was complaining about the fact that I had been playing the free tournaments religiously everyday for as long as it has been going( which they couldn’t tell me because they didn’t have that information, yet they told me the date, time and amount of my 1st deposit OVER 7 YEARS AGO!) Yet had won no more than £1! They said it was revolved around a rgn, which is basically a random algorithm, certified by an independent company! All rubbish! Even the laws of average would be better explained! So if it was a year at minimum 3 times a day equaling 1095 games and I’ve probably won a total of around £10!!!! TOTAL CON! I will be passing this to the gambling commission and will be asking them to look on this site for like minded complaints. Coral being one of the main players and other complaints like this have been lodged with the commission AND THEY’RE STILL DOING IT(???) Refused to reimburse me !!!!So I was playing a new game Coral Riches , I won three bonuses which didn’t pay out I continued to play thinking there might be a delay it going into my account. Nothing contacted them several times gave them information. Nothing. I even added more money and played the game again, but nothing. Continued to contact them they asked me to look at the screenshot and transcations funny enough it only shows the transcations for one day not the rest. Told them this , to be told that there is still no error, if though it says so on there page. Told me I won’t receive my money. Everyone seriously needs to think twice before playing thier slots tournements. I have been playing them for a very long time and i have only ever reached 1000 points once and i won 50p cash. I hardly ever reach beyond 100 points now. It is dead spin after dead spin. Trying to beat the bankers score is near on impossible because you do not win enough on the spins and you would have to get the bonus a number of times to even be close to reaching over 1000 points. Absolutely appalling site , yes you win some you loose some but coral it’s constant loose , so the games I play on coral I also play elsewhere , coral deposit £100 no bonus , no scatters nothing , just eats your deposit , on other site £50 deposit withdraw £500 ! The amount I’ve deposited on coral and had extremely low or no wins, scatter at £1 spin total win £1:90 ! Deposited £20 on Wednesday the money went out of my bank but never got credited into my coral account. Emailed them NO REPLY so called them and they tell me 3 days in a row that there is technical issues with depositing . If you’ve got technical issues regarding depositing you would mention it on social media at least. Coral please don’t even bother replying to this I just want everybody to know what a shabby bookies you are. I’ll get my £20 that I deposit from the bank. So I played piggy riches megaways at 40p per spin , and I was winning and loosing which you expect a game of chance.Then I landed 3 scatters and won 22 free spins starting at x5/6 per win. I soon got upto £180 something pounds and x16 per win, with 11 spins left , next spin I landed £14 / £15 win at x16 I was buzzing then the game crashed and when I rebooted the game my remaining 11 spins were gone and only won £247 which the math don’t add up. I contacted the coral team who apologised and said they were having technical issues but there technical team was dealing with it , now iv had an email saying there was no technical issue and no outstanding games to give back basically calling me a lier and now want a screen shot of the game crashing like I’m a clairvoyant and I knew it was going to happen , they have stolen my winnings and not given me what I’m entitled to. Worked at the Chippenham branch for 6 months, team was full of liars and criminals who simply don’t care about customer or staff welfare IN THE SLIGHTEST. The recent gambling commission ruling speaks volumes.To top it all off, I was baselessly and falsely accused of harassment via apparently pressing the ‘staffguard’ security button (that barely worked properly WITHIN range on shift) OUTSIDE of the store when a certain staff member was on shift. This was a failed effort to destroy my reputation in the town after whistleblowing to the company and gambling commission.Rotten from top to bottom, a complete hellscape that will stay with me for life. Well this is my final review of coral -DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!Ive used slots for years – always had good weeks and bad weeks but always had a sense that its fair – you win some you lose some. Now and again you might have a bad month even. However for 3 and a half month now (considering i deposit between 30-200 per day) i have lost a good few grand. Something has changed for the worse at this site and they are just robbing us blind. Dont mind loosing a bit but law of average states i should atleast get 1 decent win every now and then. 10’s of thousands of spins in the last few month and the most my balance has ever gotten to is £371 i think (and that was a 1 off) i use to win £1100ish on a good win before this year. I hope everyone actually realises about these free spins tournaments. You can not get enough points to reach anywhere near the top of the leader board. You do not have enough spins to play with. And it is dead spin after dead spin. And you would need to get the bonus on the slots a number of times if you was to get over 1000 points. Won over £700 today on slots. I go to withdraw and apparently I need to pass further security measures, despite my account already being verified. I need to provide photo I.d which I do not have as I do not drive and I no longer have a passport as its expired. I can’t complain about the slots but customer service is terrible. I tried to make a withdrawal but their system tried to split it between my new card and my old one. Completely rigged. No matter what coral says about the random generator. That’s absolute lies. Thus generator can be rigged very easily and coral are obviously doing exactly this.
