I have a docket from 2017 100 euros win at 11/8 horse won . After contacting the helpline said they will not pay me out .This is not fair as many other bookmakers pay out on bets like this year’s after. I have a online account with Boyle sports and have been a shop customer for years. They can keep the money as they don’t care about their customers DISGRACE

Avoid at all costs. My account has almost £40 in it, and they will not allow me to withdraw it. After weeks of telephone calls, emails and online chats and after sending them all of my personal documents they closed my account and kept my money. Still trying to get it now. Disgusting

I had to contact Boylesports regarding a withdrawal. Normally these take a day or so to credit my account but this one was taking slightly longer. Within minutes my money had been credited. I couldn’t fault the customer service.

I placed 4 x £5 bets for the Doncaster meeting on Friday 9th September.The meeting was cancelled but they refused to give me my £20 back which is absolutely disgusting – I tried and tried again but their customer service is one of the worst Ive come across ever.You’d think it was £20,000 I was trying to claim back.They said the meeting had been postponed – but I chose the horses only for that particular day and studied the going etc and several other factors and not for any other day.I did try telling this to their customer service team but they offered no help whatsoever.I have some bets outstanding with them, but after that, unless my £20 is refunded in full, I’ll be closing my account – life is too short to be affected by extremely bad customer service.

I had recently experienced a withdrawal issue from my account, to my personal account, and so I requested if this could be done on my behalf from a team member temporarily. This was resolved very quickly and I received my funds within the hour without any problems.

Please please ignore these fake one star reviews, after a few weeks of play I just don’t get the five star reviews!. Yet again I decided to play STARBURST SLINGO, What a mistake,it is a 10p spin I opted for, and I lost £90,yes £90 on a 10p slot.I got into the top round a few time, I staked about £28 in 1 game, but I got the 3 starburst reels, it is the most you can get and I got £11.10p, yes you read that right,this happened on 3 occasions and result was the same,staking up to £28 to get to this stage. This absolute disgrace if company should be taken off the market and not allowed to trade.they took £300 from me without a message or a warning then out of the blue I hit a deposit limit.now a deposit limit of £300 they put this in place without any consulting with myself and decided it was time to stop my account mid flow .Claire from customer service in Dundalk immediately rang me and took some details she said she would look into this and call me back . another lie I contact live chat this morning to find out what’s going on and they have decided to close my account without any notice. Betting site is fine , although the cash outs in football could be fairer. For example you offer a cash out when the bet is either losing or about to lose and more often or not when my bets are either up or looking like winning the cash out disappears.
