The lights in our Glazed Dresser failed due to a fault in the transformer after 8 years full time use. Neptune kindly and promptly supplied a replacement and then a member of their team came and changed the unit for us. He was most helpful and careful in his work, and they only charged for the replacement unit. Caring and good value service.

When we first started our renovation project, we really liked the look and quality of Neptune and decided to have the whole house decorated with Neptune. Their interior and kitchen design team was very helpful and prepared beautiful presentations of what everything would look like. The installation team was most efficient and helpful and we are completely happy with our experience. Special thanks to Jess and Mary -the designers, Sarah- design coordinator, Ian - installation manager, Eleven oaks- installers, and Tom -decorator. Highly recommended!

Neptune Chesham undertook the design and installation of a kitchen, study and utility room and were excellent at every stage. They worked seamlessly with our expert builder/project manager Simon Smith of Plumbsmith, Harpenden. Thanks to Rebecca, Fiona, Missie, James and Anthony at Neptune. Great job all!

Very pleased with my lampshade, my daughter helped me with ordering on line, & it was delivered without any problems, so well pleased.

The driver was really accommodating as I was out when he arrived and kindly waited for my return 40 mins later. On a general point though it would be much better to give a better idea of your drivers arrival not just 30 mins notice.

Fantastic help and support from Fiona the Home Designer at the Weybridge store. I've ordered several furniture items and have been very happy with the service from all the team and the products. Most recently Fiona has guided me through choosing curtains and blinds for 3 rooms. Excellent company. Their showrooms are incredible, beautifully decorated and arranged and I always feel that I can take my time when I’m visiting. Bought Arbroath baskets which I use for my shoe cupboard and for wardrobe storage. Beautiful baskets that last. Packaging fully recyclable and well packed. Very happy.

All round good experience every time. Not my specific location but have visited there several times and found it to be very enjoyable; so well kept. Great atmosphere with the Ladies (Staff) always making us so welcome. Thank you. Could spend a fortune in there. Budgeting just now but.....Oh....and Parking on site! :) Thank you

Ordered our Arundel table bench and chairs from the Stanway store. All very helpful we have been back and forth for months then took the plunge. Delivery day arrived Steve &Nathan delivered with care and attention lovely guys and all was as it should be. Issue is I am now addicted to Neptune!!! Thank you

Over the years we have attended cooking demonstrations at Neptune, Farnham. The one on Wednesday 11th December did not disappoint.Aside of the demonstrations, which are always fabulous, the store is always a treat to visit. Immaculately set out, warm and inviting. The staff are always helpful and approachable.

Very slow to receive our cushions, all the while you had our payment . It would be better to charge the client once the product is sent, especially if there is such a lo g wait.

Always great customer service from the Farnham branch. Order arrived on time but unfortunately am returning it as the finish on the lights is much darker than those on display. More black than bronze. Great pity.

The customer service at the Chiswick branch is outstanding. It would be true to say that however I have used Neptune, other branch or online, the service has been first class. Excellent customer service combined with high quality products are very important to me.

Very pleased with the Aldwych console table. It is well made & looks great in our room. It arrived very well packaged exactly on the day & time it was booked.

Beautifully curated collection. Quality used to be slightly better. The prices have become a little more inflated than products worth but probably due to import duties. Customer service department is good over the phone but some store staff not very welcoming until you spend thousands then they warm up, which is not genuine service and dampens the whole shopping experience.

Hailsham Neptune branch was very helpful and organised to despatch my 1st bed . I also order our 2 nd bed.

Nothing to grumble about other than the fact that returning a rug will cost you £10 unless you return to store. Considering the price you pay in the first place , I am amazed by this and somewhat displeased.

Really gorgeous decorations, and the cushion I ordered was top quality. It shipped promptly and I could track it all the way to me.

My order has been sent back to Neptune. The delivery driver never once turned up at our house. Thanks to the recent storm a tree fell down on our road so they didn’t bother to find an alternative route like every other delivery driver and postie. Funny though because that main road isn’t the only way to our house, and the fallen tree has now been dealt with. So now I have to deal with chasing this order 3 days before our Christmas Party when I wanted it for.

Just wish that the product was made in this country- we had to wait from July to December for our order.

I went to the Christmas wreath making at Neptune Chesham and had the best time.What a wonderful location for the session and we had the best time it was so festive, mince pies & drinks.The hosts were knowledgeable and provided everything we needed for the session and you are made to feel so welcome.I can’t wait for the next one.

Very helpful staff in shop who put up with our many visits to help decide on the piece of furniture we chose,Delivery was effecient,the team arrived within the times they said,respected our newly decorated room and carpet,taking shoes off. They set the furniture up and took all packaging away.

Wreath Making- we had a great morning constructing the wreaths with expert tuition and help if needed. Super quality items to design our individual wreaths with. It would have been nice to have had a voucher incentive to encourage purchase of some baubles or Christmas decorations afterwards either to add to the wreath or simply take home.

Neptune in Hailsham offers a truly delightful experience. The staff, including Shannon, Katy, Katie, and Rachael, are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always greet you with a smile. The showroom is beautifully presented, and both the in-store and delivery services stand out in professionalism. It's a pleasure visiting Neptune, where you even get offered tea or coffee during your visit. Overall, a lovely place to shop with excellent customer service.

We love coming to Neptune at Swindon, always buy things at the outlet shop, looking around the showroom is just fab and the cafe the icing on the cake!

Chawton sideboard in ink looks great. Beautifully made to a high quality and it came with four pots of paint for touch ups! Delivery guys were great, they assembled the units efficiently and were very tidy and respectful. We are delighted with our purchase.

Neptune delivery partner, DPD, tried only once to deliver parcel on 30/11/24 ( I wasn’t at home ) and made no other delivery attempt - DPD simply returned parcel to Neptune. Still waiting 5 days later ( 5/12/24 ) for a new delivery date but this can only happen after Neptune receives the original package back into warehouse. Quite simply - too slow and not good customer service.

Beautiful showroom, very helpful staff. Popped in to see the Christmas decorations but spotted some lovely marble coasters. Had to order stock in. Collected and love them!

Ordered a Gift card and it came the following day sealed and packaged well great service

I had a helpful response to my initial e mail with clear advice.Two lots of vouchers purchased arrived very quickly, nicely packaged.

We visited the Reading branch, we were made very welcome with a nice coffee.All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of their range.We placed an order and were told 5 - 10 days for delivery. It arrived within 3 days, the courier company kept us informed at all stages.

I ordered six baubles which were expensive already at £42 but as I couldn’t find the ones i wanted elsewhere I decided to order them. Using Apple Pay the delivery wasn’t itemised but it went through at £7 for standard delivery. They arrived and are not quite right so i wanted to return them and realised the returns label included means you’ll have a further £10 deducted from your refund. So in all that’s a cost of £17 for delivery and return of six baubles. Complete disappointment unfortunately.
