I visited your shop at Chiswick yesterday and what an absolutely stunning shop. So many lovely items all beautifully presented creating a very homely environment for viewing. It was great just wandering through the various rooms, the outside area being an added bonus. So many lovely things on show, and I did buy several items of which I am very pleased. I no doubt will be back for more, possibly accomoanied by my daughters’ who have their own homes to decorate.My visit coincided with a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson, such a lovely person and a very enjoyable session. The tasting after wasn’t too bad either 😋. The staff were fantastic, very attentive,friendly, kind and helpful especially Charlotte Hunter I believe the manageress. Thank you for a lovely visit I could have stayed all day

I am really pleased with the step-stool I bought from Neptune York. There was no rush to make a decision and it was a relaxing experience. I bought this piece of furniture to use as a set of steps but because it is so sturdy, I find that it is most versatile and can be used as a coffee table, plant stand or a very useful seat when tying shoelaces!!!!

Hailsham is in my opinion the best Neptune store I have visited (of many!) ALWAYS super friendly reception and can’t do enough to help. They just know when you want to browse on your own, and when you feel you could do with some help. Can’t rate them highly enough. I have recommended to many friends over the years

Their. Customer service is brilliant. I had a fault on a garden sofa and the exchange was fine effortlessly and quickly despite the fact I live in Pembrokeshire so a long way from anywhere.

I visited the Cheltenham store on Sunday 7th July for one of their cookery demonstrations with Becky Wilkinson. From the moment myself and 3 of my friends entered, we were looked after. Becky was engaging, warm and an excellent cook and so far I have tried one of her recipes which was amazing and I look forward to trying the others. The whole experience was fun and a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I look forward to their next event. Thank you Neptune.

We have recently had our beautiful Suffolk kitchen installed which I never dreamt I would have! First thanks go to Michael & Audra for their brilliant help at the beginning. Our designer Hayley was amazing & totally ‘got’ what we wanted in the space we had. Kayleigh the installation manager kept us updated all along the way nothing was too much trouble to sort out. Adam who fitted the kitchen did a fabulous job. The quality of a Neptune kitchen & attention to detail is outstanding. We are absolutely delighted & many thanks to everyone who have been involved.

Love the furniture, disappointed by the delivery team who are really letting the Neptune name down. I love Neptune and am a loyal customer having bought my dining table, chairs, side table, coffee tables among many other things. Week I moved house I spotted some more beautiful pieces to add to my collections. Sadly the delivery was not impressive at all and definitely not “white glove”.

From start to finish we experienced the most professional and friendly service. An old Cotswold cottage is not the easiest to renovate but the team of Amber, Vicky and Toby, the fitter, were delightful and thorough. From our initial consultation, through the design process and build, they were efficient and supportive, maximising storage spaces we couldn’t have visualised ourselves. The outcome is a beautiful, high quality, clever kitchen which we absolutely love. We would highly recommend Neptune without hesitation to anyone thinking of redesigning their kitchen area. Lucy, Lottie and Pippa were really welcoming and allowed me to browse at my leisure and even made me a lovely coffee. I could quite happily move in to the store as it is so tastefully put together. I chatted to them about where I live and my closest Neptune store which is in Paris apparently. I chose a gift for my sister which Lucy kindly gift-wrapped. I have told my friends in Hailsham to visit the store for a friendly welcome and a wish-list worthy inventory. When I win the lottery, I’m buying the contents!

The paint sample I ordered arrived on time ,very well wrapped and I am sure will prove to be excellent paint , however only one colour has arrived and I ordered two .It is possible the other colour is out of stock ,but it would have been nice to know if that was so

I had a Neptune kitchen in my previous house and loved it, particularly the bi-fold cupboard which concealed all the clutter and the pan and spice drawers. I very much wanted a Neptune kitchen in my new house and have chosen Henley in oak. Again, the workmanship is beautiful.

I did not receive this as stated timewise so had to contact Neptune as it is for a 60th birthday present. Also the invoice was for £30.49 and I was debited £32.95. Not really impressed with the packaging either. Looked shoddy.

I needed to replace a smashed granite table top for a KitStone garden table that I had purchased 17 years ago, and discovered the same table on the Neptune website. On asking I was advised that yes it was the same product and they could provide me with just a replacement top and quickly. Delivery was arranged within 24 hours, not just by email, but a personal telephone call, which is highly unusual today! The table top was delivered as promised within the week, with excellent notification of expected time and date. The delivery team even asked if it just a table top I was expecting to ensure that hadn’t missed anything. The delivery team were super helpful and courteous and unwrapped the item and attempted to attach it to the base. However, there was a slight problem in that whilst in the right place, the screw holes on the base weren’t big enough for the screws sunk into the table. So whilst they couldn’t construct the item fully, they did repack the table, whilst we subsequently easily sorted the enlarging of the holes with a screwdriver, and were able to fix the top onto the table legs very easily. My only feedback is that the retailer needs to perhaps be sure that replacement parts will fit and therefore work with customers to check dimensions. Otherwise a very helpful and efficient experience and as before, an excellent quality product that hopefully will last another 17 years.

Attended an enjoyable cookery demonstration last Sunday with Becky Wilkinson at Neptune Cheltenham. Becky explained all the ingredients and methods clearly and simply, the recipes were very tasty. I look forward to attending further demonstrations in the future

Lovely morning spent with Julie and colleagues at the Neptune store in Knutsford. The class I attended was run by Julie who demonstrated and then gave individual advice on how to arrange Neptune Faux flowers in Neptune Vases. I was really pleased with my display. Excellent coffee and cake , chatted to some very interesting people. Thank you for a great session.

Attended a cookery demonstration at Neptune Cheltenham yesterday after seeing it advertised on their Instagram page and had such an enjoyable experience. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly which makes every visit such a joy. The store is packed with inspiring displays which means I rarely leave empty handed. Looking forward to the next event!

I ordered two pieces of furniture on line and then visited the Bath store ( that is amazing) I couldn’t be more delighted with the whole experience. The furniture is gorgeous and the whole shopping experience was excellent from being kept in touch about the delivery to the the guys that delivered and then I visited the store to choose a couple of chairs and the help and advice I got was invaluable as I had set my heart on a style of chair but the lovely lady showed me a much better alternative for my room I hadn’t thought of.

We have just ordered 6 replacement Neptune Havana chairs online – truly lovely and long lasting chairs – only to find that the accompanying (and essential) cushions for them have been discontinued. The best suggestion we have had from Neptune’s online help is to get the measurements from the website and have them made up by a third party. Not good enough really. Come on Neptune, that’s rubbish!

Very enjoyable morning with my daughter at Neptune Cheltenham at a cookery demonstration by Becky Wilkinson today. All very well organised, the food was delicious, the demo was really interesting and the showroom kitchen provided a very comfortable atmosphere. Lee the store manager was welcoming and helpful. There is not a room in our house that hasn’t been touched, in some way, by Neptune. We have been helped along the way by Lee and his team and have always enjoyed a warm welcome.Somehow, the Neptune style matches our style perfectly … or have we adapted ours to match Neptune?? Everything coordinates really well and it’s difficult to imagine regretting a Neptune purchase.My husband, daughter and I attended one of Becky’s cookery demos today and had a great time and some delicious-tasting food. Had a truly excellent afternoon at Neptune, in a superb kitchen setting with the lovely and very tasty cooking demonstration by the amazing Becky Wilkinson. We had a great talk, loads of fun and really excellent food to sample.
