The Product is expensive and does it even come with a cover.There is no CustomerService and goods did not get delivered as promised by the store when purchased.

Quality you can trust York Neptune is a wonderful store. We just ordered our bedroom furniture from there the staff were really helpful. I did have to chase the delivery which is a minor detail. The quality of the furniture is superb. Delivery men excellent and it looks gorgeous!

We have been loyal customers of Neptune for about 8 years now, and we have fully furnished our bedrooms, dining area boot room, office, lounge and garden room. The last two parts of the furnishing experience, we have not received that once prestige brand experience, items painted have not been professional. The customer experience team have been fantastic following through the issues we have had. Our next project is the kitchen, we have been assured that the kitchen part of the Neptune brand is handled totally separate from the furniture business, so no third party teams are involved. You may ask why do we keep going back to Neptune, well, the timeless style of the products are so beautiful, and rather than just walk away and find another brand, we hope our constructive feedback will help change the focus and bring back that “white glove” service we know the brand is capable of.

Great in store service from Bury St Edmunds store. I had ordered online and then saw the rug colours in store and changed my mind. They helped cancel and reorder the new one without any issues.

We needed a new lead for a ‘cable free’ table lamp we purchased several years’ ago that has now been updated and the power leads don’t match, but we loved our original one and wanted working! The Winchester Neptune team didn’t pressurise us into purchasing the new model, but found us a replacement lead so we can now use our favourite lamp, and all within days.Maybe contrary to expectations their excellent service did not lose them a sale, but has resulted in a new one too, (and not just lamps)!

Five stars to the customer service team who went above and beyond to help us out. We have a house full of Neptune and bought a dinner service just as it became discontinued (that was bad luck!). On a visit to their cafe they had large coffee mugs in our design… a quick email to the customer team and two of them are sent in the post to finish the set… big thanks from us.

Amazing service from NeptuneThere was a long lead time in my mirror as it had to be hand-painted….but it arrived on the due date and packaged amazingly to prevent breakages….First time customer…..but Highly recommend Neptune!

I have a lovely Neptune table and during a renovation I’d managed to lose the bolts to attach the table top to the legs. Spoke to customer service (Amy) and they couldn’t have been nicer about it – really friendly and sorted me some new bolts within a few days. Amazing customer service thanks loads!

Chesham staff were excellent but when it came to delivery 4 months later (paid in full up front required!) I had to chase the order. Delivery guy didn’t phone with advance notice as promised but pleased with the chair.

One of the nicest Neptune stores with such friendly and helpful staff I only go to Chesham store as it’s my favourite and I love browsing for hours and the staff are so helpful I feel so welcome and at home. Emily the manager of the store is really lovely and welcoming it’s a beautiful store I take all my family and friends their for their Neptune experience and they absolutely love it x

The shop is amazing, the staff were very welcoming and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Staff member Katie was very helpful and made the experience all the better with a smile and great customer service. We recently purchased a kitchen from Neptune Tonbridge designed by William (Bill) Benson. We are thrilled with our new kitchen – Bills design flair, advice and attention to detail were more than we could have hoped for. On our numerous visits to the Tonbridge store everyone was super friendly and helpful. The installation was seamless – everything exactly to timetable efficient and fast. Great products good service. BUT why do I have to drive 25 miles to receive my refund in person when you take a £7000.00 order by telephone. You really should rethink this.

After an initial hiccup ordering on line when the indicated delivery did not match the actual delivery date, Neptune staff were very helpful. The items arrived after a few weeks delay and they are as expected – lovely quality, well made stylish furniture items. Delivery staff were also very helpful and professional.

Had a lovely time mooching around the shop, was left alone to browse all areas. Ended up buying paint samples and a rug and then online ordering another rug and mirror in the sale.all in all a great experience and also a helpful and patient member of staff.

If you are slightly obsessed with interiors, this is a great store to visit. Always lots of creative ideas and something new to see. The staff are really helpful and fabric swatches very generous so you can see how they would look on chairs and sofas.

It was really lovely to meet Fiona for the Mood-board Workshop. Looking at material samples, paint samples, and hardware gave me the opportunity to pull together ideas for my future bedroom, and with Fiona’s help presenting them in a beautiful way.

Kept updated about delivery time after being given 3 hour delivery slot. Delivery crew were helpful and courteous. Unwrapped everything and put it together and put it where I wanted.

We have had our lounge re-designed by Rosie Lester at Neptune in Tonbridge. From the minute we were introduced to Rosie, we knew that she would do a great job! She spent time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes and has gone ‘above and beyond’ to enable us to have a design that works brilliantly. There is not a day, we do not thank Rosie for doing such a wonderful job. She has managed to combine colour, texture and materials to provide us with a fantastic space. We absolutely love it. To say Rosie did a great job, is an understatement.

Loved the product but I had chosen the wrong size. Would have liked the option to have an exchange, but this was not mentioned. Therefore I had to do a return and reorder, costing me £10. Otherwise very pleased.

I made an online purchase of a kitchen clock. The ordering process was very straightforward. Delivery was quick. My parcel was well packaged to prevent any damage during transit. I love my new clock, the quality is excellent. I will definitely be using Neptune again.

Very unhappy that Neptune are to close their Home Design Department. Over the past 2 years I have used this fantastic service extensively and still have an ongoing order and planned to use this service for future projects. To pull the rug on this service in its entirety is unbelievable.

The ladies who work at Neptune Farnham are all so warm and helpful, they always make us feel so welcome and make time for a chat . I visited to purchase a replacement Bowsley plate and bought some candles too . I am awaiting an online order too , that was so easy .

A wooden towel rail failed in our Neptune kitchen which was fitted in 2017. Jon at Neptune Tonbridge organized for a new part and a fitter came and replaced the towel rail. Excellent customer service and very professionally executed.

I visited the Hailsham store wanting to buy some faux foliage for a vase. The staff asked if they could help and showed me different foliage ideas. This was so helpful seeing the different options, and I left very happy having bought what they suggested. I visit this store often and always find the staff so helpful, greeting you with a cuppa and letting you browse for as long as you want with no pressure!
