In 2023 I was barred from visiting the Betfred Ringwood Branch by Jake who hated me because I won with most of my bets which compromised his targets. I am suffering from PTSD/PTED so Betfred/Jake has breached the Equalities Act 2010 and cannot be trusted. I am a valued Betfred Customer so Jake should be sacked for bringing Betfred into serious disrepute.

Signed up and was a promotion for new customers 100free spins when they spend and deposit 10pound did this to then say I hadn’t qualified because someone from the same address has used my address before so thinking previous tenant. Joke

I tried to place £10 to get £50 free pet lm a new customer,l needed to do the validation to set up account.sent pictures of drivers license both sides picture of myself with it in all l had sent five pictures of letters with my address on and none was aloud ,so lve given up .l like racing and bingo so to me l don’t have paper bills so it was hard to pick one never mind lve given up trying lm just using my balance to play bingo then l will delete account.

You will lose ultimately with all casino slots. However at least you win occasionally – not so with Betfred which seems to be one of those casinos (there are others) where you never win. Since joining a few weeks ago and having thousands of spins I think I have managed one withdrawal. Occasionally get into a few quid profit but nothing worthwhile then it’s always loss after loss until the pot is bare. The slots appear to be rigged more than most. Don’t know how such casinos keep their clients because here is one who has had enough.

Ive given betfred a three because I know they are trustworth of paying out withdrawals I would give them more but unfortunatley they dont seem to have any slots from the playandgo provider.. “mostly my favourite (book of dead) there are other book games but unlike book of dead you cannot set the lines to 1 with a 2p stake and hope that you get a bonus.. lol :)…

Thought I would make one more deposit of £30 and maybe I would have at least a decent run for my money. It lasted about 20 minutes this time. Got 3 scatters twice paying £1.96 and 74p. I have played in Betfred for quite a few years. Recently they have changed platforms and it is appalling. I play blue wizard but every time I go on a fire blaze it kicks me off and I have to re join the game. On Saturday I went on fire blaze roulette, I played a few games with repeat bet the out of no where it rejected my bet, one of my numbers won and if the bet had not been rejected I would have won £98.50. Poor streaming quality, 1st bet placed had two selections voided in error and the stake was restricted!! Kept getting error messages today – ‘ your last bet was not placed successfully, please try again’ this happened for a good 30 mins, missed three winners!! second review of betfred and i hope this helps anyone and everyone who is thinking of signing up to these thieves.They asked for my feedback and I gave them it, within 24 hours I received an email telling me my account is to be permanently closed with immediate effect…TRUTH hurts eh betfred. I have managed to spend more than £3000 in a year with them and banked £30!! Everything about this site is just plain wrong. The slots are the worst I have EVER seen, you are guaranteed the lowest payout possible IF you actually manage to get a bonus round/scatter, EVERY TIME. I can honestly say this site is completely rigged, I have played for a year and it never failed to take my last day in day out. Be warned they DO NOT play fair and their RTPs are falsely advertised. No doubt they will query my review and ask trust pilot that I prove I was a customer, no worries I have kept your email as proof seeing as I can no longer access my account and take screenshots of my net deposits.
