Yes, BetBright will be refunding you if your runner comes out second in the FairyHouse.

Let us look at the offer:

First, you will have to opt-in to receive this offer as an already existing customer or register a new BetBright account if you are a new customer.

Next, you would have to bet at least £5 at the Fairyhouse

If your runner comes out second, BetBright would refund your bet in form of free bets

The maximum refund you can get from BetBright is £20.

You will get your free bet credited to your account within a maximum of 30 minutes of race settlement.

Note that the expiry period for free bet is 7 days.
