very concerned that stakes are deducted from my account before a bet is confirmed as accepted or declined, had to wait for that particular game to finish before missing funds were credited back to my account, really not sure how secure that is, I had no record of where my money, or bet was, and the company have no record of this transaction, this bet won but I only got my stake back, not sure what would have happened if the bet lost, never known a stake to be taken for a bet thats not been accepted. Its a shame everything else seemed ok.

They used to have a very awful website, the structure wasn’t clear and the layout was just terrible, however the site has been remodeled and a lot easy to navigate through. The in-play betting interface allows you to see whatever games are upcoming so you can choose. Customer service runs from 12 noon till 10pm, they also have email and live chat.

I made an account today, deposited £100 and placed some football bets. I won, approx £400 and now I cannot log into my account. The reviews on here all look fake and I am guessing I have been scammed for my original £100

Sportnation.Bet is another bookmaker whose website you can’t navigate through easily. Another major issue this bookie has is that they disable cash outs when they feel like it as a result, it is not advisable to engage in live betting. Besides that, they offer a bonus of 50 percent up to £100.

SCAMMERS: Received an email -: "We will charge a monthly maintenance fee of 5.00 GBP or 10% (whichever is higher) on the account balance. The first fee will be charged at the end of the sixth month after the last log in was recorded." UNABLE TO RESET PASSWORD!! BEWARE!!

Very quick to block my account. Terrible hours of live chat availability, not sure why they bother. Don't bother sending an email, I'm sure the mailbox isn't monitored. Odds not great, sites a nightmare and offers are non existent. Save yourself some time and use an established bookie.

The customer service is shocking 4 lads on a laptop somewhere. If you like to withdraw money when your ahead or won then not the site for you!!!! They have held on to withdrawals and once I finally shut the account due to the poor site and service they tried to keep final withdrawal. After lengthy debates and wasted time they paid my winnings out but to try and be clever they put in old bank account from which i never deposited.
Stick to big names the bonuses are horrendous too.

Keeping my large winnings for 3 days now I pending. All docs sent and account verified. Asked for withdrawal and told it will be done in next 24 hrs! Their site states 48hrs which is long enough. After reading some of the GENUINE reviews now doubting I will get my money any time soon. Absolutely terrible service. No explanation. Do they not realise no ones going to deposit again at their casino after that crap.
Update: Still withdrawals in pending nearly 90 hours after withdrawal request. Sent several polite emails.was promised would be processed in 24 hrs. That time has passed. Then promised would be processed today and it's now 10pm. No response to my last emails. Sent official complaint. They have 24 hrs to respond under UKGC regulations as 24hr operator. I expect to have to go to ADR then UKGC. Whatever you do DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. I looked at the is terms and conditions and they are not recommended by THE POGG due to their dodgy terms. I will get my money as I took no bonus and am fully verified but who wants to have to fight for it? Really shocking considering the strict regs now in place for UKGC Licence. You just don't expect this carry on from casino in UK.

AWFUL WEBSITE, PLEASE AVOID!!!!
I have had a very bad experience with them.
They disable cash outs whenever they like to , and when I asked the support team what is the policy on that, they responded, “we can disable when we feel like to”, in those exact words. And that cash out disappearance for no reason happened many times. So live betting is impossible.
And secondly, I had a recent experience where they altered the points of the match, and when I cash out when I started to feel like this bet is loosing, they changed them back to my favor, so not only did they alter the cash out amount, but also made me miss out of a winning bet. And when contacted they said cash outs are final, not even acknowledging the fact it was their fault.

And the odds then to be shorter than elsewhere to begin with.

All I liked was the option to see detailed statistics of a live match in this website, otherwise it’s really bad, please avoid if you like live betting.
