Too much of this closing accounts scamming b******ds ive tried now 2 whole days to find 1 reputable site that doesn’t have endless reviews warning people to stay away and found none without withholding winnings, closing accounts after a win, making it impossible for customers to play with your endless requests of ID i tried to join mr mega sent proof of address 3 times over driving license passport and still not accepted for proof you are all a disgrace placed 10bet for a week then locked out of my account wanting a full list of proof even down to my paypl account and purchased paysafe voucher receipts!!! The gamble commission needs to close these sites down theres no fun or trust in joining any of these crook sites

Attempted to log on to the site 23/10/22. I hadn’t used the site for quite a while. I was advised via live chat that my account has been closed. I have been offered no explanation for this and had received no prior notification. My account was fully verified to the best of my knowledge. Another company who will ban users without reason.

I started playing with spacecasino.co.uk since last year. Everything seems fine until one fine morning I came to know that I have no longer to play or use their services anymore. I was verified customer, provided every information they asked for. When I asked for the reason, they simply replied “in terms and conditions, they can terminate account without disclosing any reason”. That’s crap and disgusting. Worst casino I have ever dealt with ! Please Avoid ! Making it extremely difficult to withdraw a balance of £200 , asking to see my full bank statements , whenever I provide information they ask for additional information, even down to the format the information is sent in , asking for proof of a lost card which my bank said is bizarre ! They strict guidelines are an excuse , they simply don’t want to pay out , hopefully they go out of business very soon !

These guys are irresponsible to the extreme if you have any mental health issues with gambling as I do.After registering with GAMSTOP and letting them and many other bookmakers know of my issues – they still served me!! Genuine review , Space Casino are small players in the market , and will abuse the Gambling act , to avoid or delay payment , they will use the old trick of demanding bank statements, which is illegal ! In my case today I was reviewed by their player protection team , who agreed the my spend level was fine , I then went on to win £2500 , went to withdraw , then they said thay wanted bank statements , which is a complete fabrication of the Gambling act , I said close the account , and have filled a claim form for the CC , and will express my concerns to the regulator . These guys are tight and will try , any trick , and underhand tatic , to cheat you out of your money.From my reseach , its run by a bunch uni grads , seriously avoid this scam Casino, i really mean it !

Been a member for 3 days, won £300 from £40 deposit. Both withdrawals of £150 are shown as complete and I believe will be in my account within 3 to 5 days.Taken 1 star away tho because there isn’t a huge choice of games. This has got to the best site I have ever played on. The staff are really helpful and the speed of withdrawals is insanely fast. Most of the time they are in my account within 30 mins. Verification was super quick but then again, as soon as I joined, I uploaded everything so I don’t have to worry about uploading them later. Pays well to be prepared and compliant. Hi AllFollow up on last review.you could not make this up!!!So happily took £1800 which I lost ( and not complaining that’s gambling)But after being banned from playing more unless I send in payslips to prove I have money they want to send me the £6 pounds left in my account, yes £6 pounds.But are asking I send in loads of documents before they send me £6 pounds. Follow up on last review.After losing £1700 which I am not complaining about, I exept you win and lose, I have been barred from playing twice, first time they said they wanted a chat to make sure I can afford it, had the phone call and they were happy I could afford to play ,deposited another £100, lost it , then was barred from playing totally until I proved to then I could afford to play!!!!Apparently they set a limit of deposits without telling me??????Sorry in my opinion total scammers as they were happy to take £1800 off me, but won’t give me the chance to win any money back.Very clever, and this is why I strongly recommend you use the big casino sites, not little one man bands who are just after making a quick buck then sell the company. Avoid at all costs.Spacecasino is a absolute diabolical betting site, which no wins, poor bonus and technical issues. I deposited £930 in 2 hours of sign up. In those 2 hours I received poor game payouts and no bonuses. I contact spacecasino any informed them that his had caused me hardship they didn’t care to even refund 1 deposit so I could buy some food. I am still currently suffering to eat and pay bills and a the response I got from them is that they won’t be refunding me my deposits. This casino doesn’t care about its players mental health wellbeing and situations. Absolutely a con site to avoid at all costs.

Great experience so far.Deposited £50 and won just over £150 so i decided to withdraw £100 and play with the £50. By the time i had played and lot the £100 was already deposited into my bank.The only negatives are small and that’s why I kept it 5* so far, The validation email seemed to take ages and when playing the slots It wouldn’t go full screen as I would have liked.
