Refused to lift £500 a month deposit limit, despite me giving them 3 months' bank statements showing £15,000 in my current account, my passport and driving license, and answering all their nosy questions. Complete waste of time.I only wanted to use Tote to get 10% higher returns on pool bets, but I shouldn't have bothered. The website is so slow and clunky, I struggled to get bets on in time even when they did allow me to deposit.Had to close my account and request a refund of my credit. Will stick to Betfair in future. They take all Tote bets, the website is well-designed and quick and easy to use - and I am treated like an adult.

I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn't qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they haven’t followed the correct procedures. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn't read my complain. And now, i can't even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

sadly my experience with this bookmaker is disappointing given the exhaustive due diligence that this company applies regarding customer verification ONLY when you withdraw, not depositing. I perceive a lack of pragmatism and common sense and you should up your game

Bwin is an good website, do not look at those trash fake reviews! They are paying our money when you win, but they are paying it to late it takes 1 weeks, thats why I give 4 stars and not 5.Customers is also great they help you with anything out 24/7 open.

Withdrawal time is horrific, not only did i have to jump through a thousand hoops to submit the appropriate paperwork, ive been waiting nearly a week for a paypal withdrawal which is alleged to take 24/48 hours on their website, customer support just says im priority for withdrawal, absolute sham of a site. im considering contacting the UKGC

Do not use them! I should have gone to this site first before I put in my $100. As you can see from all of the reviews, it’s a massive SCAM….DO NOT go close to this almost illegally advertised website!!!! F’ing horrible, save your money for other gambling sites, PLEASE!!
