WH is slowly, but surely on the decline. Over the past few weeks, I have experienced the following: 1. Interruptions during live streaming of dog/horse racing – effectively missing the race(s) I’ve wagered on2. Winning bets voided because they were placed after scheduled off time 3. Opting into daily promotions only to find that the “free bets” weren’t always applied automatically – meaning I had to waste more time chasing this up through live chat4. Extremely poor customer service when contacting WH through live chat. The initial Will robot is a joke and the service agents leave a lot to be desired. Very little compassion/sympathy on display and it’s almost as if they could’ve give a hoot. All in all, an extremely sad state of affairs. WH are a million miles behind some of the leading lights in the industry. Needless to say, although a loyal and frequent customer, I don’t feel valued and will be leaving for pastures new. If WH don’t care, why should I??? Their loss!!!

So… I have been playing at betfair now for about 8 months and this is what I have to say, at first you get a few okay wins to reel you in so you think your going to hit a decent win but that soon goes down the shitter! They are absolute robbing C*nts who should not be operating and anybody who says “oh this person is only sayin this because their a sore loser need to think again because that’s not the case at all. I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve done it to warn people who are thinking of even opening an account with them to think again! This company have literally made me ill at times with the absolute shambolic corruption, they think there clever but it’s so damn obvious they conning people and that’s what there here for! My close friend has left this site a few weeks ago too because of the same reasons and I know plenty more people who have left them too, please people don’t let this grotesque company operate anymore go somewhere else these need wiped off the face of the earth!

Horrendous site for gaming, the only thing it does well is take deposits. All the games seem to sap your balance very quickly rarely hit a bonus and if you do the return is minimal and annoyongly games regularly crash. Also found that Betfair daily bonus is linked to how much you spend, deposit nothing you get nothing. Played the free Pinball bonus for 14 days straight and lost everytime, when you do actually win its usually a 20p bingo card or 2 x 10p free spins !!?? Other sites such as Bet365 regularly give £5 free bet or 10 free spins, thats a bonus and you dont have to deposit to get it! Betfair is one to stay clear of.

Initially thought they seemed OK but after using them for a good few months now they are just as bad if not worse than the other gambling companies. They closed my new account with money in it to retain an account I asked them years ago to delete which had not been used for many years. They said they did this because I had two accounts. I also asked them to delete all the records of me when I closed the last account and they confirmed that they had. They obviously lied. It took a long time for me to get them to delete both accounts and return my money. It was a long painful process. Then they email me to tell they have closed my account because I am a problem gambler supporting this with what I should do and how to behave. This mess was due to their incompetence, their flawed web site and no contact phone number. I do not suppose they care about their reviews either.

Won an 8-fold both teams to score last night. They have retained my winnings and won’t pay out!! Said I have another account with them. I have never used Betfair before in my life, I set everything up yesterday and there seemed to be no problems until I withdrew my £120. Logged me out and tried to log back in and they had closed my account down. I banked my winnings on a Saturday so I had some stake for the Melbourne cup Tuesday passed no money it’s now Wednesday and still no money in my account. I rang up customer service and was told one to five days and that I wasn’t forced to make a withdrawal. I won’t use bet365 again. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. I contacted them and their response was, we are sorry have a good night and your stake was given back to you. Wow so generous and caring. Just had a very poor experience with the paddy power shop in swansea.
Done a special on the Newcastle v spurs game last Sunday. The bet was spurs to be winning 1st half and 2nd and have more corners in both half's. I thought I had won 50to1. Got told by the woman after she made a phone call spurs did win 1st and 2nd half but its classed as 2 different games and spurs had to score another goal despite them winning 2-1 at half time and 3-2 the 2nd half. Never have I heard of this after 20 years of football betting.
The woman behind the till said she will sort out a £50 free bet but after 5to10 minutes of being on the computer said she can do a £10 free bet. I said no don't worry about it and I won't use paddy power again.

Overall a very poor experience and probably will not use paddy power again.

IF this was 6 months ago I would say 5 stars all the way, when I first joined PP the free bonuses were next to none, they were amazing and they really did give back to the customers, it used to be on a weekly or even every other day you would log in to PP games or pp bingo to see a free no deposit £20-50 bonus to play with or a free £20 casino bonus or something and I don’t mean the rewards club bonuses. but now they have got none, all there bonuses and promos are “ALL” pay for bonuses like spend £250 to get a £20 bonus or spend £150 to get a £5 bonus. They obviously have just got really greedy and don’t want to give back to customers, also talking of the rewards club I’ve been an advanced customer so I get the free £50 if you wager 2k a week but the issue there is if you wager £10 you get 10fs then it jumps to wager £150 and get £5 which fair enough but it then jumps from the wager £150 to wager 2k to get £50, nothing in between, surely it would be fair to have something in between like wager 1k to get £25 or something the amount of people that must just miss that 2k mark by pounds is unfair and just unbelievable. Ever since they linked with the other gaming sites they have just got so greedy I’ve gone off them due to this and god knows how many more customers they will Lose due to this.
