If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Paddy power has suspended my account with no reason why! They have ask me to upload documents, ID, address and bank! I did all that straight away and now it’s 13 days down the line and still no update! I have spoken to 19 agents and 4 supervisors and all they have to say is we will be in contact shortly! It’s an absolute joke! No empathy for customers who spend thousands monthly with them! If I have uploaded documents why can’t you review it!!!! Last time this happened it was reviewed within 2 hours! Not 13 days!!! I had free bets from my paddy power rewards from the first week which now has expired also!!!!! And I want them aswell!!!!

This is the most corrupt cheating online site EVER.I agree with the previous review.It doesn’t matter uf you play, Blackjack,YOU will NOT win FACT. IE.played 16 hands win 2 ,lost 12 hands in a row, this is not a one off, happens virtually every time I play, so stopped playing this crooked game.Slingo lucky pants is soo rigged its beyond a bloody joke. Played again today, needed 3 numbers for full house, staked following, £1.98 x7, then need 2 number, £3.34 x2 ,then 1 number required, £8.18 x9 staked, number didnt come in and gave up as loss limit kicked in. Lost over £97 in one bloody game. Bet Builders are totally unfair as the prices are based on your selection playing the whole 90 minutes. So a player playing the whole 90 minutes maybe at 1-3 to commit a foul within that period. However he maybe a sub and only play 10 minutes, the live price would then be say 3-1, but you don’t get that you only get 1-3. Its a con.Thats why they give you free bets on Bet Builders.

Your slots are so f****g rigged that you can’t even imagine. Beware of Paddy Power! They suspended my account after consecutive wins. After I uploaded all the necessary documents they needed, they closed my account without telling me the reason why. Then when I try to claim the money on my account they only returned part of it since they don’t return winnings when they close your account. They will take the money of your previous losses but won’t give your winnings. They are scammers and scum of the earth and I hope karma gets them where they deserve it.P.S. I have only 1 account, I use my my own debit card with my name on it for my deposits and withdrawals, and I live in the UK. I never breached any rules whatsoever and just place normal sporting bets like anyone else. The fact that they won’t give an explanation makes their company questionable beyond doubt.

Account was closed for over 2yrs due to me using my partner’s credit card with her permission my mistake, but got account reopened last Friday and thankfully I did. I accidentally used a free bet on the wrong outcome and Paddy’s customer support rep Jayasri quickly voided the bet at my request and gave back my free bet. Easily one of the best bookies out there if not the best.

They stole my money. Played blackjack pretty regularly on paddy power. I won a big hand and st the end of the round, I got kicked for no connection reasons. When I reopened it, they “randomised” the hands in rng and dealer got a bj 😂 when I disputed this with picture evidence, they doubled down and refused to change the bet. How greedy can you get! Stay away from paddy power

For some unknown reason, I couldn’t get into my account and didn’t know what to try. I googled PaddyPower help and had an IA chat that was going nowhere until I asked to speak with a human. I have never had a problem with Paddy Power until recently in fact they were a breathe of fresh air until they took 192.00 pound from my account over a wrong score in a game approx 3 weeks earlier. As much as it was all their fault as it was their MISTAKE its the way that they did it by stealing it out of my account, had they had phoned me or something along those lines the matter could have been dealt with properly but to steal and then get denied the right to talk to someone in management is beyond me. I have worked in customer relations for over 35years and never denied a customer the chance to talk to a manager. I myself now is a manager and i encourage my staff to take their phone number or if i am available to put them right through to me. I have not bet with them since this happened and i do miss betting with them as they give good odds in what i bet online but when they take the high ground and think they can always point to their Ts and Cs which work in their favour 100%. What i do not get is they have lost a customer over 192pound and this customer has lost around 10 grand to them over a 2 year period. You work it out.

My fault, I should have known better. There are two issues with Paddies. The first is that there are limited things you can bet on compared to other sites. The second is that cash out takes a long time than similar websites. I’m not sure why I use PaddyPower given how slow they are.

Make sure you withdraw your balance before you use a free bet because if there’s an issue and it uses your balance instead of the free bet, then they won’t reimburse you. Scam company with no customer service.

This is the most crooked, rigged and unscrupulous betting site out there.Played Blackjack Vegas, dealer got 5 blackjack in a row, I got none. Dealers face cards are always 20 or hits 21 with 5 cards, I go bust at 12 after hitting 9/10. Dealer does not. Dealer is always beating you by 1. Dealer cleared me out of £30 after 15 hands straight without me winning 1. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE 5 STAR BOT REVIEWS. This site is a joke.
