So even though I wasn’t asked to upload my identity I thought I would do it anyway to save any future issues I wish I hadn’t Since then I’ve been asked to verify again they have had my withdrawals in pending for over 4 days now I’ve contacted their chat which was pointless and even customer service just repeats the same information my first withdrawals were processed in 24 hours so why after sending identification am I not allowed my winnings

I deposited £25 and waved away the match bonus as its just not worth it when you have to wager so much to collect it.I played on the 20p roulette and got up to about £320.lost a few spins then won a few and took £220 out.I had a little bit bother verifying my account which was frustrating but eventually they approved it.Then I wen and read the reviews and tbh I was horrified what I read and just convinced myself I wouldn’t receive a penny.That was Friday and a couple of hours ago the money went in to my account so I’ve literally had no problem with the site.I am very wary of depositing again after the horror reviews but I can only say I had very little problems with them.I hope everyone gets sorted with their complaints 👍🏻

I've been playing and depositing now for quite a while on this site and up to now it's been very good , I've had around 10 withdrawals ranging from £50 to £460 and the money has been in my account generally the following day up untill my most recent request for a withdrawal of £450 as they now need documents for verification as by law yet the law didn't seem to matter on the previous withdrawals they put through or the vast amounts of deposits I put through and still allowed me to deposit after my last withdrawal request . After reading the comments on verification here I'm not convinced I'm going to see this money but will post an update in the subsequent days.

Joined recently no issues with site so far multiple losing visits. Think I was £80 plus down. There charge a fee 4 deposits which is completely alien to.me. I closed the account after speaking to a CSA via live chat. I sent verification documents and was enquiring if they had been verified. I was informed that they only check documents once a withdrawal request has been submitted. So deliberately delaying the withdrawal process in my opinion. There is no plausible explanation as to why they can't verify documents in advance. Anyway I have closed the account. In addition sports betting no best odds guaranteed on horse racing. They have to understand that there are serious competitors out there 4 would be gamblers and any serious punter that chooses to wager on this site with these conditions need a reality check. Given them 3 stars simply because the gaming platform is crisp.and live chat is accessible fairly quickly. My advice to would be punters find a different gaming site.

Quick enough to take your deposits and email to confirm them but after being told that withdrawals take 48 hours from when your documents are verified im still waiting 96 hours later , I've been told that my withdrawal is being dealt with by the " responsible gambling " team - never had issues on any other sites that I regularly deposit and withdrawal from - I won £7000 fairly yet it seems I won't get it. Shame as they came recommended.

After taking part in a targeted fb advert bet 10 for 20 bonus I recieved no bonus even though I had followed all the instructions. So as instructed I contacted live chat to request it manually. Apparently because I had taken part in a casino offer on another site in their network a month ago I wasn't able to get any bonuses. So then why am I targeted by their adverts and why can't this information be given before the qualifying bet is placed? All these betting companies seem to have no morals at all and the instant chat closure before I could reply after the copy pasta message was dumped in front of me was pretty rude too. I requested £200 withdrawal after them banking several thousands from me and even though I received confirmation that my account was verified my withdrawals was declined. They then kindly tell you to read a very badly worded T&C's about the promotion even though the advert says "Upto £50 welcome bonus and 100 Free spins on first deposit". Chat advisors kept shutting the chat and then eventually stopped responding to me. in process of complaining to Gambling Commission. This company will not last long deceiving customers into false promotions. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS. AVOID

I would rather look up at Gamble Nugget... Karamba is ok but the payout is not in minutes so there are better companies I guess but you have unlimited withdrawals! + layout withdrawals - pay out not so fast
