I got blocked out as they needed to speak to me about my spending, had a message saying I needed to have a chat with them, went on chat and they wanted to know so much about my personal details I didn’t feel comfortable giving it, they said they already hold my details it’s just for verification.I told them that I didn’t have all the information they wanted, and that was the end of the conversation. I have used this company for a while using different cards to deposit , tried to withdraw last week , sent proof of ID , proof of address and current card details that I had used for the recent deposits – withholding payment as they want proof of previous card I’d used which had now been lost and replaced , I’ve provided more than enough info to verify myself , plus they’ve the check to charge you for withdrawing money , if you ever receive it – matter being raised with IBAS

I don’t play on this site anymore. And the reason I don’t is because I won £6,004 on MegaBall. I was charged £150 withdrawal fee. I complained, and my account was then closed. I was told by the gambling commission that £150 fee doesn’t sound right. But still nothing was done. Be careful people.

Played What The Fox for 5 days one after the other spin after spin and it did not give me one feature in 5 days. Also I played for £1 a spin and in over a 5 day period this dirty rigged BS only paid me one win that was over £25, the rest was lower than £15. 1 star is too many, no problem depositing money, this was instant, but when it’s withdrawing into the exact same account. they want so many documents which you don’t need in the UK it’s obscene. bic number iban number with emblum of your bank, along with the normal documents, also it’s hard to find the right department to send too, because the site is that bad I’ve closed it so you cannot get in touch with the relevant department,has I thought the money would be in my account within a couple of hours still have not received my withdrawal saying my bank has declined my £100, don’t ever use this bookmakers needs closing down

Complete scam!!I had won over 1k with bonus money i wagered it all etc but (i didn’t read the rules and wasn’t entitled to that) FAIR ENOUGH so wasn’t able to withdraw, THEN went onto win £2633.28 with my own money no wagering needed no bonus rules as it was all my own money no bonus money to be told I couldn’t have that either! I had left £300 in my account to play with whilst I was waiting for the rest of the £2633.28 to be with drawn. Now the joke of it all is they said I can keep the £300 but they will take the rest off me!! It’s my money nothing to do with the bonus or wagering as all that was done on the previous win! Avoid at all costs! Had an account with them for a few months and withdrawals to PayPal were instant once processed however I withdrew £150 in various withdrawals and I am yet to receive it a week later. I have been told the money is ‘stuck’ and they’re trying to ‘unstick’ it however I have had 0 updates. Mixed experience. Had a couple of half decent wins. They brag about instant payouts but that only applies when they’ve processed the payment so a bit of ambiguity there.Recently a few times I’ve gone to the site it brings up the German version even after clearing everything and putting in the correct web address it will go to the German version 10 times or so then finally the uk version. I went on the live chat about this and while they were trying to blame my device ( I e experienced it on 3 devices) their replies were also switching between English/German. It’s made me quite wary of the site and I’m not sure it’s safe.

Terrible site. My gf wished she never got involved. She won £200 but they won’t pay out. They keep asking for documents to be uploaded even tho she’s uploaded them several times. Sham of a company. Avoid at all costs. There was no option for no stars. Also I’m just adding this in, The email address they want me to reply to is a dud. It doesn’t work so looks like it’s all a big scam.
