I deposited a total of £50 for the first time a little short of 5 months or so ago for playing the slot games. I ended up turning that into nearly £600 within a few hours. A fluke? Maybe. However I have turned another £10 into £60 in less than an hour today. They aren’t the biggest wins, but £660 for a few hours work? I’ll take it!

Avoid at all costs! Really wish had read this site before joining and depositing money with this company. It's so re assuring companies like trust pilot exist to give the public a true reflection of companies like this in the eyes of the public. Play their online roulette it's a joke yes they will quote all games are random blah blah but a calculator could not even work out the odds the casino will produce everytime you play to stop you hitting a winning spin. Software seems really dodgy always seem to hit closest number to best staked number. Really hope the regulator reads sites like this and can investigate some of these companies

After I've opened an account with them, and deposited £450,I've won £1400,but after that they ve blocked my account, asked for my documents, which I think is normal, but after I've sent my bank statement and driving licence, they ve sent me an email that account has been closed and I won't receive any money... After 20 times entering in the live chat with them, answer is same.. Sorry but we can't do nothing about that... So without any reason they refuse to pay me the money they owes me... Complaint need made to Gambling Commission, hopefully they'll be able to help me

After signing up and uploading over 700 pound then another 400 the days ahead. I won nothing more then 5 pound and no feature on rainbow riches or any other game on 2 pound a spin or 1 pound a spin. I attempted to log in the day after and they'd shut my account. I rang up an was told I was shut for suspicious account. I was told to call back and never got through. When They did answer the line kept cutting off. Stick to sites you know. Gala. Buzz. Coral. All the big name places. These are con artists and nothing more

Although the slots are numerous and a good selection and variety, in my opinion it's impossible to have any sort of success as the win ratio is awful. Having tried on numerous occasions without any kind of decent win I am speaking from experience, I have used many many different slot sites and this one is probably the worst when it comes to having a fair and decent chance of showing any sort of profit. Yes there may be a win from time to time but you have to play the individual slot forever to get a decent return. I know slots are based on luck, but this site feels more like it will only drop a win once you have invested heavily. As I say, nice look and feel, but certainly not the place to go if you "feel lucky" and think a win may drop. I have tried my very best returning on so many occasions to give it another try but sadly with the end result. The cynic in me would claim this site is 'rigged' but no doubt the reply I would get would be the standard "we are monitored independently". Personally I would keep away from this one.

Enticed to place bets with this company with the promise of a promotion. When it came to receiving the promotion I was told I’m not eligible. No forewarning of this , only after bets had been settled. Refused to honour promotion. Had to involved IBAS who rightly found in my favour.

Grosvenor still allow reversal of withdrawals despite the Gambling Commissions edict of 12th May not to allow this. I feel this is against the spirit of responsible gambling and hope it stops immediately.

I cannot use your site as when I go to instant play on the poker section it just says that I have to resize the window but even when I adjust that it only lets me play hold em poker and not let me access my clubs poker tournaments . so I am unable to use your site until you fix this error !

The app is absolutely terrible I’ve had to delete it so many times and re install as it freezes and won’t let me access anything. Also the losses way overplayed the winning all the promotions only to get scammed. I no longer will be using grosvenor I’m going back to sky Vegas

I quite like the live BJ tables and the offers. But the app is awful. Always freezes and takes forever to deposit. The way you have to select the pictures almost everytime you log is pathetic and it always logs you out for no reason. Good casino. Bad app

Disappointed. Played book of the dead for days and days but no bonuses nothing just felt like I was giving my cash away for no enjoyment at all... Now your going to go on about RNG random number generator! On other sites they at least let you enjoy losing by giving a few bonus during the days you day. Honestly must have gone 600/700 spins of watching tumble weed across the screen.

They suspended my account without any real reason other than the fact I was just trying to withdraw my earnings of merely £40. When I contacted the agent with the Live Chat service, I was requested to verify my identity by having to provide my passport and a utility bill, which I immediately did only to be told that I now have to wait a week for them to confirm if my account will be reactivated. This is feels like a deliberate move to prevent or make it very difficult for players to withdraw their earnings. Whether I get my money back or not NEVER AGAIN I am using Grosvenor.

I only play roulette, I won £60,000 within a few weeks and was surprised that they paid it in two instalments within 4 days. Never had any problems whatsoever and generally have problems with all other online casinos. The only negative I would say is they use to have a points system which you convert to money whenever you want but now there's nothing.

Seriously they have suspended my account due to i made withdrawals. I dont get it ...my battery died they couldnt get through so they suspended my account and now i have to wait upto 3/5 working days. To make sure it was me making these withdrawals . 😡😡😡😡😡 and i requested to withdraw the remaining balance but only get it when i get a phone call from the safe gambling team thats another 3 to 5 days COME ON GUYS wot wrong with you. Joined the casino on Sunday and managed to win £320 which I later decided to withdraw and only £100 deposited!! I then decided to close my account to prevent any further losses being in control!! One hour later the casino have rejected my withdrawal and only refunded my deposits!!! Due to suspicious activity involving duplicate accounts??? I don’t have a duplicate account and had no intention of defrauding the casino. Pls stay away from them. I deposited £2150 and that’s to tell you I was losing a lot to have deposited that amount within an hour . But I was lucky continued playing and got my money back and up to 2380 plus but I’m still waiting for my hard earn money . They collected my money with ease but to return it is an issue. Withdrawal pending, review team are processing it , it takes 1-3 days to get it, just name the excuse simply they want you to cancel the withdrawal and gamble the funds . I’ve taken a self break from them so not to gamble the money. Pls stay away, most bookies credit your account immediately you initiate the withdrawal and with some you can deactivate the withdrawal cancellation process so once you initiate a withdrawal then you can’t recall it back. They don’t have such system. I’ve opted for one star cuz you have to give a rating if not it won’t have been zero.

Like it isn't difficult enough to get a win at this casino, they deliberately leave my withdrawal in a pending state after cancelling it once already. No help at all from live chat. Disgusting that they are happy to take your money but if you get lucky just once they do everything they can to not pay out..even though my withdrawal is no where near as much as I've deposited and lost at this dreadful casino. I just want my winnings that I'm entitled to, so I can close this account as I won't be playing here again. Every other casino I've managed to withdraw from process the request within an hour and I receive my winnings in my bank account the next working day. I do not recommend this casino to anyone... That is unless you enjoy throwing your money away and then being denied your winnings.
