Every thing is gd and even customer support is good but problem with the withdrawals. No instant withdrawals and main thing charges. Even for 900 rs withdrawal u should pay 230 rs . It will migrate users to other gambling sites like 1xbet , melbet etc . instant and no charges.

The worst customer service of all time I have seen. They don't respond you instead they make you wait for long time till it connects and the chat ends automatically. You can't talk to anyone. No one will help you. And I made a deposit and won the price. But they are not letting me withdraw my money. They are showing as if I have to complete some target to withdraw my money. Very very very experience. The worst site of all in my experience. Don't trust them they will just make fools out of you.

This is scam website, if someone deposit money they have to play full amount otherwise they will not allow you for withdrawal, this is violation of responsible gambling. Hello 43y/o man from Norway who highly advices you to stay away from Comeon.com!! Registration to start playing is easy, but why are you not informed from the start to send in a copy of certain documents regarding first withdrawals??? Because they want to return your withdrawals and waste your time, so there is a bigger chance of you spending that money on the casino instead. (This is not so bad) At one time they forgot about a withdraw of 10.000kr (1000usd) which I made. I contacted them 3 times regarding that money. The last time they apologised and blamed that specific operator of the game where I was playing and wining😅. I was shocked that they would use such a cheep excuse!!! But still no money came into my account! And as for today, they have stolen about 70usd from me. I deposited 3 times : 200kr, 250kr and 200kr (exclusive their high charges) at the same minute because it seemed to fail. Money was deducted from my account, but they never entered my Comeon account. I was asked to wait 1week to see if the money came back to my bank account, but it didn’t. The worst part is they are demanding full PDF files of your private accounts so you can prove nothing got back in. This is a terrible violation of personal protection. Personally I mean a serious company should easily find this information in their own system, but they show not to have control at all! I was stupid to send them the bank documents which they wanted (all transactions from the 13 June - 28 June from my personal bank accounts) but I didn’t get my money back. I tried next 2 weeks to get my money, but then they asked for my bank statements one more time (about a month after the money was deducted from my account), I would not do that, I had enough of this BS! The 10.000kr they forgot about was first given to me after I contacted a private person who I found on a Internet forum, who contacted Comeon for me (I guess he had some connections with higher employees at Comeon). It took about 5weeks from the withdrawal was made until I had the money. I was very thankful to this person and offered him some money for his time, but he would not except that money, so big thanks to him. I played for around 40.000usd in about 2 1/2 months, the last day I played I won 5.000usd. When I wanted to withdraw this money, again they returned my money to the Comeon account with a programmed BS excuse that I needed to send in documents of proof again, even though I just did it a month ago. By this time I knew I would leave this site and I sent them the documents they wanted. At customer service they apologised the “mistake” Comeon “made” regarding “documents of proof”. As soon as they approved my withdraws, I put my gambling limits to 1kr (10c), and stopped playing. After a 12 day period I had my 5.000usd on my bank account. Today I closed my account and I will leave this review on as many sites as possible. I am ashamed that our Norwegian B celebrity (John Carew) is representing such a dirty site, but what doesn’t ppl do for money these days even though they have quite enough from before???! Sorry to you all on his behalf. I do how ever have to give credit to their customer service. They reply fast, are polite and seem to try their best, but it does not help a lot as long as the workers higher up are making f...-ups which customer service can’t overrule. The 70usd was stolen from me, and I decided to forget about that money and delete my account today 1st of august 2020. I wil not waste more of my time trying to get this money back. Please stay away! When it's getting approved I am able to withdrawal my money.but when my pancard documents approved now they told me to upload bank statement then I am able to withdrawal my money.when bank statement approved I can't withdrawal my money then they told me to upload my driving license and my debit card front and back side image to upload with expiry date but hide the cvv number... The worst experience ever with ComeOn. First I had to fight for getting my balance added to my account. Secondly when i asked for refund, they said it will received in three days, later they added it in my balance instead of refunding back. Now from past 7 days, i am fight for refund, they don't allow to withdraw as they have a foolish capping of minimum withdrawal amount. ComeOn doesn't want to refund they only give different excuses. Customer care support is pathetic.

Hello, I have very strange experience with these guys. I deposited via Neteller and now I want to withdraw. I have around 700 euros there. However the only available methods for withdrawal are MUCHBETTER AND TRUSTLY. I`d like to withdraw via the same payment method so I decided to contact their support team. Unfortunately all the bad reviews for their support is true. Very slow and unadequate! First I was on live chat, they told me they can`t do anything and advised to me write an e-mail. I wrote an e-mail and two days there was no answer. I sent another email-...and the answered me...to withraw via Neteller. Imagine...like they dont understand what I `ve already explained to them. I sent another e-mails. They replied me that they are sorry....this is technical issue and now it`s fixed so now I have to request it. But I logged into my account and its the same- they didnt fix anything. I sent another email and they replied me to clear the cookies. But I cleared the cookies and it`s one and the same thing. And it`s already a week. Guys, I dont know, do they have coordination in their support or this is just a method for slowing down the payment. Please, help me

Plus: Free best and Risk-free bets are not subject to wagering demands afterwards. Minus: They never deliver freebets and risk-free bets automatically. You'll have to spend hour on hours in dialogue with their customer service before they have enough documentation (quailfying bet ID's, deposit documentation, correct formats in attachmentes etc) before you get anything from them. Your per-hour salary will be extremely low if you say yes to their offers! Also quite low odds compared to opponents.

Like others on here, I had money in my ComeOn account when they closed their UK operations and have been unable to get it back despite many emails that have been completely ignored. Makes a joke out of their standard response to other reviewers to contact them by email or live chat as emails are ignored and there is no live chat! I will be referring this to the police as theft if not refunded soon. I wonder how much money they have scammed from UK accounts by closing their UK operation.

I have emailed their support team three times now and never received a response, even one acknowledging that they have received my email. I cannot use live chat as there is no function on the website. I cannot help but feel that ComeOn have stolen my money by closing up shop in the UK and ignoring all of my requests to get this money back.

Without a doubt the worst bookmaker I have ever used and unfortunately as a problem gambler I have used pretty much every site there is. I opened an account over 3 weeks ago and made a £200 deposit. The site would not work on mobile for me so I withdrew my money and requested account to be closed because of my gambling problem. Since then I have been asked to send ID and bank statements 3 times. All 3 times documents have been accepted. As soon as this is complete the support team at ComeOn start ignoring emails. Eventually 3 days later they send an email completely changing what documents they need to process a withdrawal. I never even placed a bet on the site, closed account the same day it opened and 3 weeks later they are still dragging this process out. Accept deposits instantly but when it comes to getting money back the support team are absolutely pathetic. Whats worse is that senior management have been involved and said they would investigate this and it would all be resolved within 7 days. 10 days later and still nothing is sorted. The way this whole situation has been handled is disgraceful and I feel that even giving 1 star is 1 more star than is deserved here! You can even look at all the reviews and see the same crap copy and paste email from the customer service team pretending they will help out on all the complaints. Avoid this site at all costs and stick to the main large bookmakers with positive reviews

I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too. As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge. They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would've at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that's after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it's my; last money to survive and I'm feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don't think their customer's wellbeing or even life matters.
