Discusting scumbags . Months ago i deposit few times with deth spins . Back few days after and see notification i cant deposit as i past my monthly limits of 100!!!

Absolutley no customer service no apologies nothing . Place a 100 bet last night for 6 events . 5 of them winner when tried to cash out surprise ,surprise my bet just dissapear from my account as was non existent . Been in touch on live chat with them and advisor said I can see your bet but our sistem si down and we are working on it , should be available in max 20 min . Well never happen and of course 6 game was lost so now instead of having 1800 from cash out I have -100 . I get in touch again today and they said is not their fault sistem was down last night 😂😂I asume was my fault .

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. Fortunately for me, last 3 weeks i met on guy on Instagram called premium_tip,the guy games are nerve wrecking!!!..I’ve won more than £75,000 just within the last 3 weeks, and guess what?, he doesn’t charge a penny for his games, you only pay him after you win!

Not the best casino as they only allow you to cash out 7k after winning 20k I could only cash that out so played wirh the rest and lost! After cashing out they told me to verify my I’d which I didn’t like as when I wanted my money I had to do this but was still aloud to deposit. After verifying my money was in within 2 days so this isn’t a scam website!!

just opened account on Bwin.com put bank details in 3 times no deposit showed up, used live chat, as feel unsafe using this website now, being told i can close account but it will reopen after a period automatically, no answers on storing personal data policy and rights to remove personal data asked 4xs No reply!!! Now advised by Bwin they have removed my details temporarly from Bwin, but also Ladbrokes and Corals etc, no warning or reason to do this. I have never felt unsafe with any other gambling site except Bwin.com. I have raised formal complaint and asked for transcript of chat.. still waiting… This site is very unprofessional and I would be very very careful about using it. I opened a Bwin account this week and deposited £2000 and then placed 2 football bets , both bets won returning just over £5500 so a profit of £2500 . My account was then closed an after day’s of trying to get some answers I was sent an email telling me a business decision had been made to close my account! I then rang and asked someone where my money was and how I could get it back to my bank account as I now had no access to my account to withdraw it , anyway to my shock and disbelief I was emailed today to be told I will it be receiving any money back … can this really happen in the gambling world ???

Terrible company kept badgering me with emails to verify my account and a bonus would be waiting so done that then they said you need to deposit I done that staked it and still no bonus they just con you with a bonus you won’t ever get and then deny all knowledge of the offer. I'm certainly no sore loser with sour grapes against any company. I have given one star but I really would like to know how to give no stars.
I had a 20 treble which they wouldn't pay- a simple bet.
I was met with total arrogance for no reason when I pointed out my bet was a winning one
I genuinely couldn't believe their answer "Our company has been instructed by our bookmakers that your bet is void "- and I was given the most ridiculous reason why!!

This review relates to the casino side of bwin. I initially joined up due to the reasonable selection of slots offered – I normally play quite a lot each month and naturally sometimes win and sometimes lose money. Initially with bwin I lost a bit of money then over the next couple of months I had a good run and made a profit ( I’m not talking a huge amount – about £200)
After this I got an email from them saying that I could no longer access their casino section due to a ‘business decision’. I can only assume this is because I won a bit of money on the slots. What a joke!!!

So if you want a company that are happy to take your money when you lose bwin are perfect.
If you want a company who ban you if you win any money from them then again bwin are great.
If you’re serious about playing slots avoid this site – there are plenty of fairer more trustworthy ones out there.
