I have had a few encounters with disputes or queries re my account in the past and they have always been rectified but today Teresa pushed the boat out and I feel she needs some recognition for the efficiency and the approach and professionalism of her intervention with me today. Forever grateful x

AS SOON AS I WON £1700 THEY WANT VERIFICATION WHICH I HAVENT GOT AND THREATEN TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IN 7 DAYS IF I DONT PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTS. I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD JUST PROCESS MY WINNINGS AND I WILL CLOSE ACCOUNT MYSELF BUT THEY SAID NO. THEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE ALL MY DEPOSITS THOUGH AND NOW THEY HAVE MY WINNINGS TOO.

Usually I love Butlers Bingo ... but sadly since the beginning of this month I've deposited quite a lot with hardly any wins .. I keep thinking maybe the next deposit... but no .. Butlers bingo was my favourite site I have emailed and asked if they have been taken over but no changes so not sure what's happening.. I really hope to come back with a different review but so far not great

I have yet to win anything on this site after depositing multiple times! I'm a member of at least 20 sites that I use regularly and I am personally banishing myself from butlers bingo as there is no point its just a complete waste of money

Have withdrew a few amounts from this site before the largest being £300Today I won £1000 :) After messaging Rachel and Jessica they advised that as it is a weekend and my withdrawl amount is so large that it may take a bit longer to process and advised me to send in my ID in advance just incase it is needed for them to be able to process my withdrawl, which i have done. They did however both assure my that I will definitely receive my winnings.Now I just wait for my money. Easy communication and very friendly girls :) Thanks butlers bingo!
