Butlers Bingo Review

Absolutely terrible I have made deposit after deposit. Some bonus related (Don’t go near ) I have never played on a site where the RTP is so bad the daily bonus offers are always deposit related plus wagering. They have you from start to finish. I tried different games different bets nothing changed. Good luck to anyone on here who has had a positive experience but I’m inclined to believe it’s not true. Find another site.

I was going to give 1 star they have set a limit of £40 a week between 5 apps they said it so I don’t loose too much but when they first set a limit I was winning some time’s I think it would be better deleting them

It hasn’t worked for me you deposit 100 and it gives you 70 this games ripping you off totally.. once you accept the bonus which they providing you daily you have to give them back x100 all those amounts , joke site it’s not looks a official as it provides you only building games which takes thousands to fill the pots

Where do I start, I deposited a small amount and won £850. Oh my!!!! they were not happy about me withdrawing this amount. They wanted the following information. Bank statement with the FULL name on the account, not Mr Smith, it had to be Mr Paul Smith, next, passport photo with all 4 corners, then a selfie, me holding the passport…..Does not stop there. Then they wanted card details, all 4 corners, then proof of a utility bill with the full name, not just Mr Smith, Mr Paul Smith. Not only certain attachments, it had to be a PDF attachments for them. It took me 5 days to do this.I received my money and they suspended my account. I mean what!!!! really, they are a joke.

Ok site, had a few small wins under £40 so no problems withdrawing but the wagering on all bonuses are ridiculous. Other sites only do high wagering on first deposits then after that anything you win is usually paid to cash. Other sites always take bonus money first then cash after… This site always takes cash balance first and if you win and withdraw you lose any bonuses/ free spins. So pointless using promos. Also max bingo tickets are stupidly high. Definitely better sites out there to use!!Should seriously look at other sites and how they offer promos…. This would encourage repeat customers.

Their welcome bonuses are useless. I deposited £10 to trigger £20 of bingo bonuses and 200 free spins on a casino game. In order to access the bingo bonus I was expected to gamble away all of my £10 stake, otherwise I could not use it. I played all 200 of my free spins but similarly had no access to the paltry winnings I had made, so it was a total waste of a lot of time. I ended up just withdrawing my £10 deposit, they obviously have no intention of awarding customers with their winnings. Their high rating must surely be due to bots. Will use other sites in future.

This company has took £930 off me since July the 1st and in that time have only payed out £365! Absolutely shocking site! Happy to take your money but this site does not pay out at all! They’ve just had £520 this weekend alone and payed nothing back out! Stay away from this site as paddy power pays out much better

I had not used Butlers Bingo before but was being given emails every other day. Offering 100 spins for a £10 deposit. These spins were only 10p and were also not all at once 50 on one deposit and 50 on another so not clear. The wagering was also not clear. It seemed impossible to beat any wagering.Also I could not deposit more than £30 at a time, but I was still allowed to keep depositing 20-30 at a time getting deeper into the red. In hindsight I should have withdrawn at only £50 down and cut my losses.Ending up using my last £30 which I turned into £100, but I must admit the game payouts were very low. Some wins did not even appear to be add up properly when I pressed spin right away. This seems a bit suspect. Most of games seem to be jackpot games or hold and spin games so low RTP. Only positive was the friendly customer service and payout within the 24 hour perioid. But I don’t see a reason to play here again. Good luck to those that do.

Very good site overall, the customer service are as helpful as they can be. Good choice of slots and bonuses are clearly and simply explained, the bingo is ok too. Definitely worth playing here. Payout is the next day so far which is fine with me, overall definitely one to go back to.
