I am playing on betway since February 2020 never face any withdrawl issues earlier. On September 24th i withdraw INR 4000 which was paid in 2-3 days. On 27 September i withdraw INR 5000 which was not paid till now. Even got the email of transaction status which shows paid on 28th of September. Should have got the payment till now. Hope Betway not doing something fraudlent this time.

How do you fix live roulette ? Don’t play any live games you won’t win. Avoids all your numbers even if you only miss 3 out. Believe me I’ve got the evidence here. VERY DODGY SITE you have been warned

Asking for bonus credit..,..,,. They give me casino credit. i dont really use casino. Betway chat operator dont no what they are doing. not helpful and no knowledge when it comes to customer service.

My Goodness, holy cow.. so many issues with this online gaming operator so called betway…and for an obvious reasons people gotta throw with negative 👎 reviews against this lousy and fraudulent company…
I was opt to deposit for 1000usd initially and raise more funds to this online casino operator, but found with so many issues with this betway I rather stay away…

I had deposited ₹1000 on 24th September by UPI . But it has not been credited even after 7 days! My money is gone and their decoy help mechanisms will only make you more frustrated. This is a fraud bookmaker DON'T DEPOSIT MONEY, you won't ever see it again.

opened my account on the 6th September, took advantage of the the welcome bonus.. I haven't bet since, as money is tight and today they sent me an email telling me that I am no longer eligible for any sport promotions.. so bully and arrogant, I have few few other betting accounts and I have never received such an email from any of them…

Used them for a while but they've recently gone down hill with there customer service. Had a small win £70 requested withdrawals to my PayPal account as this is quick and is how I tend to deposit most times. So 2 hours later my deposit gets processed great. 4 – 6 hours after funds still not in my PayPal account. Contacted customer service for them to tell me they just paid it to my bank account in error. My bank account has been closed as of two hours ago so this money is going to disappear asked to speak to a manager but no chance you may as well s**t in your hands and clap. Never using them again.

Lying thieving scum

Following my below two reviews. The scum thieving c**ts rang me asking for my PayPal statement to show them the money betway have stolen from me, I got told it was forwarded to operations team two weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. I have now contacted West Ham united who are disgusted by betway and have contacted them on my behalf. Also my local member of parliament is on the case. Sick of these thieving scumbags thinking they can steal peoples money and be ok witn it. C***S

Original review: The way UPI/IMPS bank instant bank transfer options are marketed on the homepage, you tend to believe deposits must be instant. But I was wrong. Been a while since I made the deposit and still not seeing the funds reflected in the account.
On top of it, no option to contact any customer service representative. Only some stupid FAQ articles. What a waste!!

I have 4000 rupees in my betway account but I'm unable to withdraw them, as it's asking to verify my Identity (tho they verified my identity while registering) to withdraw. After n times trying to upload them all I get is "can't reach the servers try again later" I'm unable to upload my identification proofs and can't contact customer support what now should I forget my money?
This is very disappointing. I've seen lots of positive reviews for betway from Indian's but very poor services from them.

Dont register here, whenever you face a problem with a promotion/withdrawal it takes ages to solve. This is one of the worst customer supports i have encountered so far.

Updating: oh, looks like I hadn't read right, because theoretically there was a deadline of new registration bonus 👍; The UX and UI of the site in a great part isn't good, the giant menu, chat unnecessarily hard in app, a lot of times the app suddenly bug and I can't log in because of button have been blocked, but I can see the open bets 👍; when we would win a good odd in multiple is marked as void and they take a long time to close won bets like 37 hours ago; supports be like: "hello, I have a problem. Can you help me?" "Yes." "I have this problem" "Oh yeah, we can help but did never try to just solve by yourself?". I didn't have fun and I was sad (I would say sad as fu*k, but cute words and emotes sounds good to the company) don't kill yourself 👍

Scammers avoid at all cost! I bet a long shot 2 touchdowns to a less likely receiver in the NFL. He scored one, then nearly scored a second with still a full half to play. My 5$ bet would’ve paid out 855$, so because they saw that it might pay off, they voided my bet. The most unethical betting site I’ve ever dealt with. The fact that they only voided it after he scored the first unlikely touchdown is just wrong. What’s the use of placing bets if they can just void it at any time… Well I’m going to expose them everywhere I can. I hope the 855$ was worth the tens of thousands you’ll lose once I expose your theft. Avoid at all costs, they’re scammers.

Why so many bad reviews…is this a scam?
One and only problem I am having is the withdrawal time.most of time it takes 24-48 hours(bank transfer India) once you submit for withdrawal but this time it's already been almost 3 days I haven't got paid yet in my bank account despite the withdrawal status showing paid.

This has to be one of the worst betting companies I have used. Even though I’ve done exactly what their promotion says by spending £25 they still don’t give you 2 free bets. Even when I’ve been on the helpline the customer service is disgusting.

Spoke to 2 live chat people today to discuss why I wasn't paid out on a bet. First one was Christian who dropped out? 2nd one was Megan who said that she would get back to me within the hour after speaking to the sports traders, that was at 14:20 it's now 19:55 and I've still had no response.

Few days ago I put some money on your website to play after when I went to check my credit card u guys took double payment from my Visa card but I approved only one time .. in history of my payments that day on my acc Betway there is the same time that u guys took money from my credit card at the same time the same hrs and min I took screen shot right away and contact you guys but wasn’t helpful ..I sent an email with pics of my statement and from mine betway account history payments time that was deposited was the same (the same hrs and min )how that can be possible but obviously only with u guys . They gave me a useless bonus that i did not want when depositing my first amount of money. Putting in 300 nok, i bet 300 nok. Then they split the bonus 50/50 for what i play. So had to contact customer service to remove the bonus. Why not let me choose when deposting if i want a scam bonus that i have to turn over 50 times?

At this point i thought to just run away from the site and withdraw my money, this process wasextremly time consuming. This entire process of a small fun bet ended up taking hours from my day. Next i had to make a paysafecard account.. jeuss christ. When all this is finally over i try to withdraw my money from paysafecard they demand 75 NOK for the process. What? how is this possible. I opened my account yesterday and added INR 200 for trial via Gpay but no point has been credited in my account (bank account debited). There is no option to raise a complain as for live chat it says, experiencing high volume (since 16 hours). Also, app is super slow on adroid.

First withdraw says complete but is now late arriving in my account. I have since received an email saying my withdraw method is not available. It states one of the methods available to use is visa. That is the method I am currently already using. The second withdraw has been stuck on processing for 3 days. If you can take money out my account in a matter of seconds I suspect you can put it back just as easily. Disappointed as I do actually enjoy the app and games.

Won a 9 team parlay and have been waiting almost 3 days for them to pay me out “we need more time to settle the bets”. App is a comply joke. Casino on that app has 0% chance of winning. App is extremely slow while trying to make a parlay. Customer service is horrible. Won’t even give a customer 5$ in bet credits for there mistake “sorry you don’t qualify for any bet credits at this time. There is no number you can call if you have an issue instead you have to do a live chat. If you are considering downloading a betting app BETWAY should be the last choice. I have video proof of the parlay and the bet # and am more then willing to post it and expose BETWAY for scamming me out of a lot of money. Bet disappears after I win it and is no where to be found under settled bets.

I opened an account with Betway and was lucky enough to get a few winners on a few different bets, they paid out on the bets and I even had bonus from the best odds guarantee. I withdrew some money and left money in the account to continue playing with. That is when the problems started, they were refusing what seemed like most bets saying the stake exceeded the maximum allowed. I asked why (over the chat option) and they explained that industry practises review accounts and decide which bets can and cannot be accepted. I would understand if they were huge stakes but they were only what I would normally place with other websites (nothing the industry would find alarming). They even refused a £40 win on a 9/2 shot but would allow me to place a £7.63 win or a similar amount.
I received an e mail stating –
We’ve recently reviewed your Betway account – and have taken the decision that you will no longer be eligible for any sports promotions.

This means that you’ll no longer be eligible for Free Bets, Bonuses, Best Odds Guaranteed or Betway Loyalty Points.

You can continue to bet with us as usual and any promotions you’ve already placed qualifying bets for or Free Bets recently used will not be affected.

Our decision is final and will not be overturned, but should you have any questions about any offers you have qualified for then please contact our support team.

HOWEVER – I am able to wager ANY amount on their slot machines or casino but my sports bets would be limited, they were extremely limited. I have closed my account and will transfer to elsewhere that will accept them.
The first withdrawal took 5 days to hit my account, keen to see how long the balance will take to be returned.
It would appear that they will give you anything to entice you and as long as you are losing money they are ok, if you win however it seems to upset them and they put restrictions on your account to limit your ability to win!!

I placed a bet on the San Diego Padres to win and after extra innings they did but o the winning selection part, after the match, it said I picked draw. Tried getting in contact with support but they kept telling me they di not see the bet and that it has been escalated. Kinda makes me regret not screenshotting the bet placed during the match because this isnt the first time.
I'm afraid my money is long gone and that future Betway customers have a look at reviews before they join. I'll definitely be calling out betway and hoping for a resolution before I start rightfully dragging their name through the mud as much as I can.
