Joke betting site, constantly broken links with supposedly allocated “Free Spins”. …ended up costing me money (as I hadn’t realized the link to the game with the “FREE SPINS” hadn’t any free spins attached. No customer service took four hours to wait to speak to someone. I was no 1 (for 45 mins), still couldn’t get through in the end!! Been pretty loyal over the last few years but I’ve had enough…..going to Bet365.

I’ve been using betway for a long time. I made a 270$ bet that won and it says it’s paid out 540. However, they only paid me 225$ total. How did I lose money on a winning bet? I keep going in live chat and they said it was settled accordingly and then kicking me out. Please betway contact me and make this right. Been with Betway for well over a year, regular deposits, generally play slots for 20p or 40p, was playing at 20p tried to change it up to 40p it max bet by accident, played a £50 spin wiped my balance from £72 to £22, point blank refused a refund or a compromise, how this is ethical is beyond me.

Again i tried to deposit GBP25 and it just stayed with blue green and yellow circles alternating around each other. After five minutes lapsed, I came back and it was still the same. Absolutely ridiculous!!Withdrawel… so I made a Withdrawel of £400 how the hell does it take more than 24 hours to process it?! So quick to take your money but can’t be bothered to review a Withdrawel and process it their end.. live chat are completely useless and seem to follow a script of please wait for 24 hours for your Withdrawel to be processed!! I have!! Most betting sites have an instant withdrawel method.. think these need to get in with the times! So frustrating when all you get told is the same thing every single time. I won NZD 202,500 on Betway and requested a withdrawal between January 6th and 8th. It’s now been over 7 days, and my payment has still not been processed. Every time I reach out to customer support, I receive the same generic response that the operations team is reviewing my account, but they can’t provide any time frame for when the payment will be processed. It’s incredibly frustrating to see that, despite spending millions on advertisements and promotions, they seem to have no regard for their existing customers. I don’t understand how such organizations can do the business with customer rating of 1.3 star at first place.

I requested a withdrawal eight days ago. The day after I requested the withdrawal, my account was closed for verification and they requested documents. I sent all the documents to them within minutes to verify my account. And now it’s eight days later and I still haven’t gotten a clear response on what is occurring other than the operations team is reviewing my documents. I’m reading reviews and seeing this is a regular occurrence and BETWAY will not pay winnings. I will be contacting the gaming commission in my state by end of week if I don’t receive winnings.

Unfortunately I’m having bad experience and same issue as people before. Since 10/1 I didn’t receive a single withdrawal. Last 5 days I’m trying to contact customer service and find the solution, but without any success. Online support is not helpful at all, they are unable to conect you with financial team or supervisor. So the only information you get is they trying to fix it and you can contact them again in 48 hours. The only solution they found was to unable me to log in to my account. Which I tried to contact them again and they only apologized they having some connection problems in UK. So not only didn’t get my withdrawals.. I’m also unable to log on to my account. Avoid this betting company if you don’t want to wait over the week for withdrawal. Costumer service doesn’t exist on this site…

Avoid!! To make a deposit it takes one minute, been 48 hours since I tried to make a withdrawal and the payment still hasnt even been processed. Quick enough to take your money but don’t seem to want to pay out. All other UK bookmakers will have your money in your bank within 2 hours. Avoid betway!

Don’t credit you your free bet as per their terms and then when you try to withdraw to a card as I wanted to try get some of money back, they then say you can’t withdraw to that method even though you have used it to deposit and I am sure they need to pay it back to the same method. I was forced to close my account just to try and collect my winnings but have still not received these and am starting to doubt I eve will. you cannot contact anyone there and just end up speaking to a bot who cannot resolve your queries and they have no interest in resolving queries

Betway have a feature on their website where you can spin every day and get a randomly allocated amount of spins. For months, it was sincerely random, culminating a couple of weeks ago in a very fortutious 30 pound plus win for me on one of the games.Since then, betway have rigged the game, ensuring I get the lowest amount of spins, 1, every single time. This has happened over 20 times now, which is statistically borderline impossible. In reading this crooked company’s other reviews on this website, I’ve since discovered I’m not the only one.I contacted their customer service and they had the audacity to insist to me that the game remains random, which is a bare faced lie. Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I’ve chatted with several people over the last few days and all of them have been incapable of professionally handling my issues and were quick to dismiss me from chat. I have been playing on this site for YEARS with no issues and using the same device. All of a sudden after requesting a withdrawal, i get an email stating they closed my account because of a geolocation issue or a VPN use or something of that nature. I have no idea what they are referring to and have no reason to use such as I live in a state they operate. Ive heard from several people that this is a tactic used not to pay out and invalidate your winnings. I submitted the documents requested to prove my identity and have not heard anything. I am currently locked out of the account and have no way to see the status of my withdrawal or remove my Card and Banking information from their site. Any callback request has been followed up immediately with an email saying we tried to call you back but haven’t been able to reach you within a minute of requesting it. How is that possible? Considering all of the negative reviews it seems that this is not an isolated incident. My next step may have to be my state gaming control board as this seems to be a widespread issue.

I didn’t want to give it any stars but I had no choice in order to write this review. I am slightly concerned first of all is this site legit?Something is off with this Casino site I can’t put my finger on it. Where do I start?
