Everytime I withdraw its says it goes into a short queue. But this takes far to long. I’ve been trying to look on my account at pending transactions yet it just says error pls contact us with you can’t as its a autobot.So I don’t know where my funds are.I have fast funds so withdrawal should take less then a couple of hours but they take sometimes over 24hrs to process and authorise a withdrawal. No site should take over 24hr to process its a horrendous system and very disappointing that they don’t even reply to a email. And the only way is to post a review on here.

By far the worst online casino you can use. By far the worst customer service possible. I’ve been trying to withdraw $750 for the longest time about a year now. I got in to try to deal with this manner and now my account has been wiped clean with out any trace if I took out a withdrawal or not. I’m also having the same issue with them!! I deposit through PayPal and then when I try to make a withdrawal to PayPal it won’t let me do it! I’m very disappointed with this company as it’s also impossible to get through to customer service to get any help!! It’s effectively taking your money and then not allowing you to withdraw anything! This can’t be right.

Just to echo what everyone else is saying. Very easy to deposit, impossible to make a withdrawal. You will get a message saying that “You need to make a deposit with this method before you can withdraw to it” despite the fact that you will have already made the required deposit. Making it impossible to withdraw any money.Also the customer service is very poor, leaving little hope of ever being able to receive your money back.Any deposits made with Betway will be lost.DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Please please please read this and the many other reviews before signing up with Betway!!!!I have finally managed to retrieve my money so I’m fully happy and aware that Betway will ban my account. I can’t complain about the website functionality. The betting and casino games work fine, the rewards they offer require silly gambling to unlock but although it’s poor, it’s explained. Their live support staff are powerless but polite, not you’ll ever get to speak to one.So why 1 star?Deposits are easy. Withdrawals almost impossible. If you try to withdraw money,bit will take at least weeks. But also Betway have a habit of Suspending withdrawals and not telling you. They will do whatever they can to ensure you don’t get any winnings.Communication is a joke, no email or phone options, just the dreaded Live Chat function. You will need to wait for at least 1-2 hours to get through. Fear not though as you won’t have to wait as it will disconnect during it. You won’t know that though.Live chat agents are friendly and polite and they look in to your account and refer it to the relevant departments. I honestly believe this happens. But these departments don’t do anything and the promises of communication won’t happen.I finally got my money out after just under a month due to emailing the manager. If I could give them a zero I would – honestly wish I had checked the reviews before using! Have been trying to contact them since the 8th of May regarding a withdrawal which they won’t give me, only to be told everyday on the live chat that I will be contacted in 48 hours (16 days later) no response to emails and when going back on live chat they become sarcastic and rude just refusing to do anything other than tell me to keep waiting! Head and shoulders above the rest in the industry in the worst possible way!!! Avoid them

Do not use betway you’ll win money and they won’t let you withdraw it no problems depositing but when you try too take it out they say you need too deposit first even tho I’ve done it numerous times.This is blatant fraud and like many other peoples reviews I see it seems too be a pattern, I am going too report this further I wasn’t aware that you can pursue betting company’s for fraud and rightly so

Disgrace. Do not use them or fall for the ‘we’ll contact you once we’ve reviewed your account’.. I was told that months ago and never had even a hint of an explanation as to why can’t get into my account.Money in the account which I cannot get in to withdraw, and a deliberately impossible customer service function.Bandits and pretty bad that they are still allowed to operate.Reporting to IBAS, media etc today. I have been using Betway for a long time and was satisfied until recently. On May 12, 2024, I withdrew $265 via Interac, and on May 13, 2024, it showed as paid. However, the email link expired in less than 24 hours when I tried to cash it in my account. To resolve the issue, I spent 8 hours trying to connect with a representative through the chatbox, but to no avail. As a well-known brand, Betway needs to improve its customer service to ensure high customer retention. There are no ways to resolve issues.

Worst customer service as they have none. You have to dig deep to get an agent. All agents are rude. They have claimed that 169 cad withdrawal is not going to be paid.Unbelievably they are saying I made a dispute in 2015. Waited over 4 hours in a queue that doesn’t ever go down my friend joined the same queue as well once you get within 5 it won’t go down anymore their customer service is a scam. I’ve got all the screenshots if anybody wants to see them. I withdrew in January and still haven’t received my money and nobody can resolve it so I’ve told them to shove it up there bum and I’ll let everyone else know how much of a scam that company is. Last night I won two bets and they were set as “voids”. Contacted customer service and after a long wait, they informed me that there was an error in the settlement and that it would be corrected by sport traders. Usually in these cases(Not the first time) it takes minutes to be adjusted but now Ive been told that there is a technical issue regarding the system that settles bets for that match and that there would be a delay and that I would receive an email when fixed and am still waiting hours later. On many occasions, Ive had bets or parlays set as losses or void when in fact they should have been set as a win. Ive had to contact customer service for that reason a multiple occasions to have results verified and reversed, which is absolutely nuts in my opinion, especially coming from a big company like Betway, whose name is featured on playing fields, team uniforms all over the world. And on top of that, at times, there can be delays of hours, days at times before you see that money rightfully come back to you. With no other betting platform, Ive had so many issues regarding bet result mistakes. I believe it is no accident that this happens so often and that customers around the world are being duped. 100% not trustworthy.
