We were able to view our Buckingham rectangular mirror in Neptune’s Chesham showroom then ordered it custom painted in a beautiful shade of paprika which perfectly compliments our dining room. Superb quality and efficient service throughout.

We ordered our Chichester kitchen through Neptune, and then several bespoke cabinets afterwards. The customer service has been excellent from start to finish and the end product has been stunning. A particular mention to the designers who helped us to choose the right kitchen for our space, and to the project managers and fitters who were very professional and made installation easy. Looking forward to planning our next room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neptune to others.

The staff at Tonbridge are off the scale helpful. Please may I acknowledge Sophie in your team. I have spoken to her twice in the last month. Once for advice on products and once for stock availability. On the occasion of stock availability, it was something as simple as, for sentimental reasons, I was looking for a matching Porter frames to one I received as a gift for Christmas. Sophie said she would check stocks and call me back. Within 5 minutes she did and offered to put them aside for me, of which I collected the following weekend. She couldn’t have been more friendly, efficient and helpful. I have since recommended Neptune to a friend who has mafe three furniture purchases. This is based on the service that Sophie have. She is an asset to Neptune. Hold onto her. And please pass my personal thanks onto her.

My order was accepted promptly & I was told when to expect my purchase. I was told when the parcel left & who the Carrier was. The Carrier notified me when to expect the parcel, between 14.19 & 15.19 on a certain day. Arrived, well packaged at 14.19! Very impressed with every aspect of this company, especially the finished product, which I love and sits on my table lamp nicely.

I would like to particularly thank the following: Lucy and the In-house team at Neptune Edgbaston, from the initial phone call enquiry, setting up the follow-up meeting with our dedicated kitchen designer and ensuring the final project was delivered on time and to our expectations. I have to say the Edgbaston store is superb, it was particularly helpful having all the kitchen options on-site making the decision process a lot easier. To Jackie who did a fantastic job designing the kitchen and took on board the vision we had and incorporated everything we wanted. As they say, it is all in the detail and Jackie certainly delivered. A huge thank you to John and the Neptune bespoke team in Swindon.John has been amazing, from the initial meeting with the builders, managing the installation and finally to the final hand over. No question/query has been unanswered and no detail no matter how small has been ignored. The bespoke team have certainly delivered, Some of the pieces you have created have been challenging, but the final product looks and Is fantastic, thank you.And finally, but no means least to James and Liam, fitters extraordinaire. Their work was meticulous.Would I recommend Neptune, yes I would without hesitation.

Best paint I have used to date. Two good coats and job done. Depth of colour (cactus) was amazing. No paint stink afterwards. Yes, it’s more costly than the usual brands but worth the extra pounds for a product that goes on like a dream and created a beautiful room.

We have a lifetime guarantee with our Neptune kitchen. The sink tap started dripping and we were sent a replacement cartridge but had to fit it ourselves. I think I would have expected this fitting to have been done by Neptune. However the tap doesn’t drip any more.

Having had our marvellous Neptune kitchen installed in 2018, we were pleasantly surprised to be reminded that we had a lifetime guarantee covering everything. Although our problems were very minor, we were able to have a couple of drawer runners re-fitted and an overhead cupboard retaining strut replaced.The kitchen really feels like new again!

We recently made a purchase of the Clovelly dining set from their Chesham shop and subsequenty noticed that the range included mugs to match.We ordered these online and these were delivered in quick time via DPD, items being well packaged. Great service from both parties and would use again.

Went to Neptune Hailsham while on a visit to England in November 2023. The staff where so helpful and followed up with me on my return to Ireland to make sure my purchase would arrive safely and on time. Lucy Doswell was my contact and she was great. Wonderful staff, they were extremely helpful. We went to look at the Olivia Loveseat in a specific fabric, they didn’t have it in store but showed us the Olivia Sofa and compared the measurements. They also showed us a range of fabrics which made it really easy to choose from, we ordered the loveseat in store.

Initially we popped into Neptune Canterbury just for a look. We were so impressed with the beautiful suites, we decided to use their interior designer, Sarah to come along and design our lounge for us. Well what can I say. Sarah and Sam have been so fantastic helping us to complete our look from the very first initial meeting with them to the final delivery and styling. We recently had our new kitchen designed and installed by Neptune Cambridge. Claire did a fantastic job designing the kitchen and took onboard everything we wanted and offered some great suggestions. James did an excellent job project managing the installation and liaising with our builder on the extension and timing of the installation. Ben, the fitter was meticulous in his work and left the place clean and tidy every night. Lastly but not least a big thanks to Danya for sorting out the issue we had with the dresser which was replaced with no hesitation.We absolutely love our kitchen and definitely made the right decision in choosing Neptune.

I bought the Ashcroft rattan wine chiller, rectangle tissue box cover and the condiment/cutlery holder before Christmas 2023. I contacted the customer service team and the delivery was split in 2 as 1 item wasn’t available straight away. The customer service was prompt and couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. I have the 3 items now and they are beautiful and excellent quality. I’m so happy with them. I will buy more of the range and recommend the company.

Really poor customer service .Inferior product.Contacted customer services regarding Bronte candle which was gifted to me as Christmas gift.I’m usually an avid fan of any neptune products and customer service but they have failed this time and I will take my custom elsewhere after their poor response.The candle didn’t burn right and left half the wax in the jar after spending so much tooing and flowing 3 pictures of the candle and correspondence.I was told that they only have a burn time of between 3 and 4 hours obviously this is incorrect as I have checked onside and normal burn time is 35 hours otherwise it would be bone of the highest priced candles on the market.Save your money and purchase your candles elsewhere as a fan of the white company candles I would suggest there instead of buying an inferred product from Neptune and they sure need to train their customer care staff to listen to their customers as they have sure list my custom!

Harriet recently helped us with the design for our bedroom, she was so friendly and from our first meeting we knew that she was going to get it right! She took on all of our ideas as well and opening our eyes to ideas/colours we hadn’t thought of. Harriet was professional from start to finish and even came to set everything thing up on the final day, which was flawless. The end result is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend using Harriet and will definitely be using her again ourselves.

Neptune is still using the hashtag ‘sustainable’ in your Instagram posts despite sourcing wood from NORTH AMERICA and then shipping it to CHINA where you make the kitchens and furniture. This is NOT SUSTAINABLE. It’s cheap and means you can undercut the competition. Planting a few trees with stump-up does not begin to cover the carbon disaster you are creating. STOP claiming to be sustainable. It’s not true. Focus on the truths and positives of your brand – sustainability is NOT one of them. If you want to be sustainable, make it happen, but don’t make false claims. You changed (backdated) your post claiming #britishfurnituremaking after my last review, but haven’t acknowledged your mistake.Corporate sustainable pretence is called Greenwashing.

Rescheduled delivery without warning numerous time and never informed of specific delivery date or time as advised we would be and left to chase them, uncontactable customer service, women at customer service was condescending. Happy with physical purchase but certainly will think twice about ordering from Neptune again. They are lucky their interior style is in fashion at the moment, but when it isn’t, they do not have a good service to fall back on and ensure their customers return sadly.

We used Neptune kitchen design service in Bristol for our new kitchen. The finish is wonderful and the quality is outstanding. The attention to detail by the designers was so reassuring. We are so delighted by our kitchen we wish we had done it sooner.
