Absolutely disgusting disgrace site. Placed a bet on a horse race, took over an hour after race had finished still didn’t payout winnings. Went to login to my account and they had closed account with no reason whatsoever. Went on chat to ask about getting my money paid into my bank account, told them that my old card I used to deposit with was no longer available, yet they still been trying to put funds onto old card that’s not available. Provided bank account number and sort code like they requested, still no payment received. Went into live chat in regards to this and get a absolute rude host Dan deliberately cutting off the chat and ignoring messages. My advice stay far away from this disgraceful site!!! Don’t even deserve a one star.

Used several online casino sites in the last 5 years and this one is the WORST for returns. Play for long enough and you start to notice patterns. Yes gambling is a game of chance but as a pretty savvy gambler I have definitely noticed the odds are are stacked against players on their table games. Played bigbass splash for more than 20h to prove a point it’s rigged that advertising 3/4/5 scatters for equivalent free spins .not once I got more than 3 scatters. Bonus round only gives 1 or 2 winning spins out of 10 .Contacted betgoodwin for them to investigate.. got a absolute disgusting agent called Dan that was more interested on giving automated messages. Never once offered to investigate this .Avoid this site at all cost

£90 withdrawal has been paid within 6 hours. £220 withdrawal has not although it may need approvals. I believe this is first withdrawals but can’t remember so will update if received shortly. I only play live games, had what I wanted. Not sure what promotions are like as I don’t touch those either.

I mainly stick to betting on the football.The website is pretty easy to use, good variety of markets and allows bet builders, etc. Seems easy to deposit and withdraw.But it’s taken a very long time to settle bets. My first win was on the English Premier League and it took around half an hour.My second win was on the Scotish Premier League. It’s been seven hours and it still isn’t settled.

Only use this for horse racing. Best odds is a huge plus as a lot don’t offer this. No issues withdrawing with having to show pointless documents like some apps and withdrawals are pretty much instant. Have had the odd time where I have tried to watch for example at lingfield, and there is no stream option for every race for the whole card, but they will show a random race in Brazil. Not sure if that’s a bug, but can be slightly annoying. Also, on some races there will be place markets, but others there aren’t. I assume it’s a bug as I have seen races with fewer horses offer 3 places, but big fields offer no option to place. Lastly, you don’t show some racetracks. For example, I want to bet in Australia, and for some reason there are only 3 tracks to bet on, but there’s actually 6 in total running.Easy to use and would recommend this app. If those three things were fixed, I’d give 5 stars.
