Everything was perfect apart from my trying to deposit the full amount of my last bet.I went on chat line and they told me to try again.Initially you would only allow me £700 and something which was no good to me.I thought that by upping my betting limit would make it okay but it didn’t allow me – at first.If l have a max limit of say £2000 daily which you ok’d l should be able to bet that amount.I actually wanted more….However, as long as we know my limits l am more than happy to continue using you as my Number 1 betting company.Many thanks for a very long comment, Alanhudson10

Appalling hiding behind industry worst BOG (not available until 10.00 which, in winter, is little over an hour before 1st race). I, like most other users (when they realise the late 10.00 start of concession) will have bet elsewhere before 10.00. Lost this client for bets before 10

I think I reviewed this site a while back and was pleasantly surprised that one of my suggestions was incorporated regarding extra place races. This for me is the quickest bookmaking site Ive used. We are also all adults and although BetGoodwin are committed to safe gambling they dont constantly ram it down your throat like most other bookmakers. Nice spread of offers and extra place races now!Would definitely recommend them!

Quite well presented site, there are a couple of clones of it… Poor promotions, hiding favourites at the bottom or middle of the betting on horse racing which I brought to their attention and it still continues, 2/7 fav on Saturday was fifth in the betting and it wasn’t in race card order. Some nice customer service, some awful. Any betting company would love someone who stakes as much as I do as often as I do on multiples but when I see every few races being paid out on at least one more place, I feel ripped off for supporting a smaller company. I’ve told them I won’t be using their site again beyond Friday and they don’t seem to care. They’ll miss customers who stake like I do but I think they’re annoyed that I’m ahead overall thanks to Monopoly Live. My sports bets have been woeful.Payouts are pretty quick, BOG on multiples but you’ll get ripped off for places as stated before. Even when they give you different odds for more places you’ll get ripped off further and you’re not getting BOG anymore.Looks like my relationship with them has broken down now so it would be foolhardy to continue using the site, My search for a decent smaller bookmaker continues…

Not had much luck here so far. The slots side is pretty bad, bonus games are hard to come by, poor returns and a very poor selection of slot providers. I’ll keep playing here for a little while but it’s not giving me much encouragement especially when each deposit lasts a couple mins and it’s just dead spin after dead spin. Compared to other casinos the slots here seem off and RTP seems not existent.

The casino side of it it’s totally rigged! I lost £3,000 with it in 10 minutes the roulette ball is controlled with a magnet! I tried it on 3 different occasions and same result what ever numbers you don’t have.. no not play yet casino side of it !

i feel totally annoyed and confused with Betgoodwin. i get an email daily to bet £10 0n Euros. if i bet £10 i get free £5 bet. but my account has been restricted. this seems to have been done by some secretive part of the site as the can not give me any further info on the matter. my brain is whizzing WHY? don’t bother with them in the first place. try a grown up bookmaker..
