Been waiting since February for my account to be verified,I didn't have photo id so was going to have to wait but turns out gambling commission changed it too birth certificate and two proofs off address as an option so that was all good. The gentlemen on the chat explained this to me, so a month later i got my birth certificate and now that ain't enough as I now need photos off my bank card I deposited with even though I sent them screenshot off my bank deposit from tonybet to them on February and now my bank card photos are too blurry etc even though you can clearly see the details. Got a £200 withdrawal waiting but they got £175 in deposits without asking me for id in over five separate deposits,might be closer to ten and I was just reading there that the gambling commission says since 2019 if the gambling company could have asked for id sooner (like when I was making all them deposits) then I should still get my withdrawal as it is too late as they let me deposit and gamble more so they couldn't have been worried about my age that much could they? even just my deposits back would be good even if that leaves me £25 down as I just want to be rid off tonybet,make you feel like you have been robbed,how can you as a betting company morally and illegally take deposits without id (5-10 seperate deposits) but then ask for id when they make the withdrawal then keep delaying the process with aww the photos blurry or that's not good enough,any advice on how best to resolve this issue anyone? If you look at the whole issue you s let me deposit so much because you s agreed I am over 18 or you s don't agree I'm over 18 and don't mind people under 18 gambling as should have asked for id when depositing but nope you s let me deposit £175 and then I get a balance over £200 and I want to withdraw and now you s want id...? UPDATE I have replied and tried to sort out on chat but my account has been disabled now because I have nerve damage (sciatica),this is not a joke anything to keep my money ?

I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people's reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don't bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past... and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. Yes, these enormous delays are terrible but at least I have received my winnings... happy end I guess. I Would like to thank Patricks and Sven for being helpful and efficient at support!

I withdrew £6500 2.5 months ago and I never received it, sent all documents back and it was a never ending deceitful delay tactics to prevent them paying out… well they never did pay out.Tonybet are not replying to me anymore… Devasted to now discover this website is running a scam. How on Earth did the U.K. Gambling Commission endorse them?? Thankfully the bank have refunded me for all deposits I made to these thieves

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can't withdraw my money) for support you can't talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query "we will send you an email".

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn't see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided. Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability. A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently "a relivant department" will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

12BET was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $18000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

No problems in that time until recently when they first froze account till i answered stupid questions on how we could solve problem gambling then i couldn't login at all. had to contact them. Got a weird, robotic note from them saying I was an unacceptable risk and that my account was being terminated. You would think they would email people at least without us having to contact them Lost much more than i won there. Their loss not mine

Opened account yesterday got lucky on slots with £20 deposit ...withdrew funds after getting wee treble up on football to top off a good night funds back in bank within 18 hours ,account verified on opening so thumbs up from me

I requested a withdrawal 9 days back, but still not received. They are playing all the drama by saying your account is under verification from 9 days I contacted them more than 100 times and they are telling the same story and playing with my money and time. This site is scam be aware of this friends. what will stop them from sending my money to me. when depositing they just do it instantly wait for you to loose your money. but when you are withdrawing the money. then comes the time they will show the real face and cheat you.

They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn't even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can't provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so. As they haven't given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend £100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it's not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.
